The two women that worked down there,the manager and her employee Becca were very nice and extremely helpful.I recommend anyone that is looking for a new phone,or to change service like i did.I would recommend that you go down and see them and they should get you squared away with no issues and no hassle.
We paid $90 on the 15th and metro turned our phones off. They said we got a full month of service. Who in their right mind pays $90 for 2 weeks of service! I will be telling EVERYONE not to get metro and people who has it needs to change. I dont even want to give them one star. They give my in-laws numbers away after their phones was off 33 days. i have never had this bad of a phone service before!!
The employee Taylor, on 6/03/2021, was great and went out of her way for me w/ while dealing w/ my issue. Also she was very knowledgeable and put me up on priority for future purchases for my needs. Thank you for being great 👍 but i am unhappy with T-Mobile (the company) for a lot of reasons!!! Taylor gets 5 stars 🌟 and T-Mobile company gets 1 star 🌟 from me!!! #lovebeingwithmetrothough

To start with.I love metro. But here lately its hard to find one open. I checked around and finally found one open. So i go in and get waited on then other people walk in. The lady was taking care of my needs and i went and paid her for my phone but still working on phone. She was in cash register i thought she was going to hand me my change. But never did. I had to wait on my phone while she waited on next person talking and not consintrating on what shes doing. I waited in there hour to two hours already. . she still hadnt gave my change even though its 10.00. Said system refused my card so i had to use cash. . she knows she rip me off. Its easy to do with cash of corse. If she hadnt i wouldnt of went back to get it. Ill just not go in that one again. I still have my receipt has her name on it. I just go to different one from now on. I do recommend the one on stone drive at Walmart. When its open. Ive not had anything bad there yet. Just dont go to one on center sr

This place literally never honors their deals. They wont keep popular phones in stock. They never have any clue what they are doing. Wouldnt recommend for anyone ever. They need to do better considering.

Went in today around 5:15-5:20 PM. Wanted to buy a new phone and add a line to my account. Another customer was being worked with so I was looking at cases. The guy (fat dude) stops helping her and comes out to me. He asks me what I wanted. I told him first I wanted a new phone. He asked which one. I told him and he then tells me they are out and proceeds to go back to customer #1.I asked him if it was just this store and he tells me to call around and check. He didnt even offer me any other help. I threw my hands up and told him I was sorry for bothering him and was walking out. He then tells me to leave and that he was calling the law! Really? For what? I didnt cuss him or threaten him. I APOLOGIZED TO HIM! When I called customer service all they offered me was $10 and filed a complaint! Metropcs/T-Mobile doesnt care about their customers! Im done with them!
BEWARE!!! MY HUSBAND PURCHASED A NEW PHONE HERE A FEW DAYS AGO. IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. IT HAS TO BE RESTARTED OVER AND OVER BECAUSE HE GETS BOOTED OFF NETWORK AND CAN NOT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS. PER CORPORATE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO EXCHANGE THE PHONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE BUT THEY REFUSE AND WILL DO NOTHING! IN FACT WHEN I ASKED VIA PHONE FOR THE MANAGERS NAME SO I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB & CORPORATE HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME! Horrible!!! My mother had a Metro PCS phone that got locked up. We went to this store to get help. Tried to explain to the lady that we just needed a temp phone to activate to her account so that we could get a text message from google to get the phone unlocked. She had no clue what was going and called her district manager. She was doing a very poor job of telling her manager what was going on. I asked to let me speak to him to explain this she was unwilling to let me speak with him. She said that he said that I needed to leave the store and then threatened to call the police on me. These people are nothing but uneducated scum that are unwilling to help a customer!

If you call metro and speak to a representative be prepared to be lied to. Speaking to a supervisor is like having a conversation with a cat. Amusing but you get no where. Just amazingly bad customer service all the way around.

Go to the Metro dealer by Walmart on Stone. We got ripped off on our phones which is the way we run our businesses. Trust me you will not want to go there. They even sold me a wireless charger but failed to tell me it was for an iPhone. They wouldnt take it back and my husbands brand new phone froze a week later and they wouldnt replace it. He hadnt dropped it and we had it exactly 7 days. He has his elogs on his phone and they knew we needed them for business purposes. They sold me a case that they put on my phone that covered my camera. Couldnt take pictures without taking it off. They sold us on products and kept pushing and pushing. Now we either have to take it yo Charlotte and get a new one or call it a loss since they wont replace even with our insurance. I dont have time to work and then go to Charlotte to change a phone out when they could do it here. We basically got ripped and spent over 400 bucks. They also changed our account 9 different times without telling us till they got us the deal we had originally to thought we were getting.

THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN .I WENT IN TO SIMPLY PAY MY BILL AND AFTER ME TELLING THE GUY I ONLY HAD ENOUGH TO PAY MY BILL AND WOULDNT HAVE MONEY TIL NEXT WEEK TO ADD LINES HE KEPT ON TRYING TO GET ME TO SPEND MORE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM I DID NOT HAVE SO HE COULD MAKE HIM SOME COMMISSION THERE WAS A STORE FULL OF PEOPLE AND HE KEPT HOUNDING ME TIL PEOPLE STARTED TO LEAVE THEM HE STARTED YELLING AT THEM TO COME BACK THAT HE WAS DONE WITH ME AND RUSHED ME OUT WITHOUT MAKING SURE MY PHONE WAS BACK ON CUZ IT WAS OFF FOR A WEEK AND HE TRIED TO TELL ME I HAD TO PAY A LATE FEE...I BEEN WITH METRO FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND I KNEW THAT WASNT TRUE CUZ MY HUBBYS PHONE HAD BEEN OF FOR 3 MONTHS ONE TIME AND THEY DO NOT CHARGE LATE FEES ... .SO HE WAS TRYING EVERY WAY HE COULD TO MAKE HIM SOME MONEY.. . THEN WHEN HE REALIZED HE WASNT MAKING ANY MONEY OFF ME HE RUSHED ME OUT DOOR AND TOLD ME IT COULD TAKE UP TO 2 HOURS BEFORE MY PHONE WAS BACK IN WHICH I KNEW WAS BS ALSO CUZ EVERY OTHER TIME IT WOULD COME STRAIGHT BACK ON. ALL I KNOW ID HIS NAME WAS BRIAN AND HE HAD DREADS. BUT HE NEEDS FIRED. COME TO FIND OUT HE HAD CHARGED ME $38 EXTRA DOLLARS AND WAS HOME BY THE TIME I HAD CALLED BACK SO IT WAS A DIFFERENT GUY THAT HUNG UP ON ME. THESE STORES ARE TRASH THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO MAKE THEIR COMMISSION CUZ THE OTHER KINGSPORT STORES ARE NOT AS BAD AS THIS ONE WAS BUT IVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH ALL OF THEM WHEN THEY REALIZE THEY ARENT GONNA MAKE ANYTHING BUT IF THEY ARE GONNA MAKE SOMETHING OH THEIR ATTITUDES ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. BUT I WILL BE DOING IT ONLINE AND NOT IN STORE. BUT I WILL BE PICKING THE PHONES UP FROM THE STORE .JUST THEY ARE NOT GETTING ANYMORE MONEY FROM ME OR ANYONE I KNOW IF I CAN HELP IT. So my advice to these stores if you want to stay in business get some employees that has respect, morals, and manners that is not only there to make their commission ...... ALSO MAKE SURE THEY ATLEAST ACT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT BE PRESSURING PEOPLE RUSHING THEM OUT AND YELLING AT THEM. I WILL BE CONTACTING BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! ALREADY FILED COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE.
