Repaired my vehicle following collision. They performed an excellent job restoring my car. I was kept updated from beginning to end. Staff was professional, courteous, helpful and patient. They had my vehicle completed ahead of schedule. This was a pleasant and painless experience. Should I ever need a body shop again, I would return. I have since been recommending Quality Collision to many people and will continue to do so.

I have had a number of vehicles over the years and had work done to some of them. In dealing with different places to have the work done, I havent dealt with people like those at Quality Collision. They were all so friendly, curtious, and professional. I cant begin to explain how great the work that they did. It was well above and beyond what I expected. Any vehicle that I may have in the future that would need work done will definitely be done at Quality Collision. Any one that needs any type of body work or painting done, this is the place to have it done.

They live up to the standard of their name “Quality”. The work done was quality and timely as indicated/estimated. Customer service is great. It has only been few days since I took picked up my vehicle, if I have additional comment later, I will update this. Their work is excellent. I’m thinking I won’t go any were else for body repairs in the future. Quality Collusion, Inc is the place to work.

Keep updated via telephone calls and e-mails during the entire process; somewhat disappointed with the pre process since months went by without any contact or communication by rep from Quality to ensure acceptance of claim and date repairs were to be made; fell by the wayside; also told I would be able to obtain step bumper but none issued or supplied when told cost would be equal; overall pleased

Very knowledgeable, professional and really looked for me.. helped with everything, set up everything for me.Would def use Quality Collision again for any repairs needed.

My son had an accident in Massachusetts ... $10,000+ needed in repairs at a body shop in Massachusetts ... brought the car back to PA once it was fixed and took it straight to Karl at Quality Collision in Kingston ... Karl checked out all the body work ... all the mechanical work to make sure the repair work was done correctly by the Massachusetts body shop ... he did it for free ... he washed the car after he was done ... he was offered payment and DECLINED saying Its just the way we want to treat customers around here ... i was frankly grateful and speechless ... ive never had another experience like this ... ever ... all I can say is Karl and his team are sensational and if we ever need something worked on in the future, Karl is getting the first and only call ... thank you Karl very much

They worked on my truck, fender was not fixed brakes did not work. Contacted my insurance and was told they refused to.look at itI had to take to another company to get fixed, the brake lines were damaged and fender in need of repair but they missed a damaged hub assembly and I just that repalcd.wkrh all the ball joints 3 days before the as ccisent highly recommend to find an alternative location. Dont normally complain about a business but this was and still is a bit much 🤐🥺
