Hands down the best auto garage I have ever used in my life.These guys not only take pride in their work, but they go above and beyond what is expected. The Best service I ever got!My radiator pipe burst late Friday afternoon almost at the closing time and a local supply house did not have a part, so I thought my vacation weekend is ruined. However, these guys stayed late, came a get me, searched everywhere to find a part and fixed my car at a very reasonable price! Supper nice and honest people! I wish I have a mechanic like Everett where I live. FIVE STARS!

I guess they might be a good mechanic, **as long as you dont own a ford.**I was lied to by them, regarding work I needed done. Also not sure if I was lied to about past work which I paid for. If you own a Ford vehicle, avoid this shop like the plague.

I purchased a used car from a dealership on Albany Ave, which at the time I test drove it needed the drivers seat adjustment switch replaced, and the rear passenger door handle replaced. I was told by the dealership that the car would be going over to Everetts to have the work done, and it would be ready for pickup in a few days.To replace the driver seat adjustment switch the door panel needs to be removed. Within a couple weeks of picking up the car, water leaked into the drivers footwell twice. The first time it happened, we figured it was a clogged drain, and the dealership took the car back and cleared the drains. I ended up having to take an afternoon and remove the carpet to get all of the standing water out of the floor pan. The second time it happened, with the drains having just been cleared, I took a closer look at the door seal, and thats when I realized that Everetts didnt put things back in quite right when reinstalling the door panel, and there was a piece of plastic trim overlapping the rubber seal in one area, and when you closed the door, it was getting sandwiched in between the seal and body of the car. Since fixing that, Ive had no more water in the drivers footwell.So after all of that, I go out one night when again its raining, I open the rear passenger side door, which is the door they replaced the exterior handle in, and I hear water sloshing around inside of the door. I go out the next morning and pour a cup of water over the door handle, and a good portion of it runs right down into the door and out through the bottom drain holes. I try pouring a cup of water on the on the other rear door passenger handle, and no water gets inside the door. So I removed the handle myself, and surprise-surprise, one of the two gaskets under the handle was not in right, leaving a gap where the water was getting in. I fixed that, and have not gotten water in that door since.Im not mentioning or faulting the dealership here because they did try to address the initial leak, and the whole reason I purchased this car from them, is because I had purchased another car from them years before, and had 0 issues with it. Ive had no other issues with this car, other than with the work done by Everetts.
