I needed routine maintenance when I scheduled and wanted them to check my tires. When I went in, the service rep was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and when he couldnt answer a question about the phone problem I was having he got someone who knew involved. And guess what - the problem was my husband and I not knowing how to use it properly. They explained it and it works great now.We dropped the car off and was called about 90 minutes later to say it was done. I expected them to tell me that my tires need replacing, but was told I could probably go another year on them - great. They did suggest 3 other things to be done, but I only replaced the cabin filter which I knew from the prior oil change was dirty.I feel we got great service from Honda

Robert Munson was the first to greet me as I pulled up. He gave me an accurate estimate of the time my service would take and assured me he himself would come find me when the car was ready to go. Sure enough, after waiting in the large and very clean customer area, Robert came to tell me the car was ready. He also reviewed an inspection checklist to let me know the car was in great shape. What I really liked is that he didnt start telling me that I needed unnecessary repairs just to increase the price. And he made sure I got a car wash!!

Jared Stoutenburg and his Team are always a pleasure to deal with. No one wants to send the car away for major repairs, the first thing you worry about it the cost. He recommended a finance company so we could take advantage of a lower interest payment plan. That made the whole process less painful! And, as we know lots of parts are on back order, he called with updates so we knew what was going on with the car. His Team had a big project with this repair and I understand they really wanted to get the job done, working longer and extra hours. Very much appreciated.I feel very comfortable using Lia Honda in Kingston. Thanks to Jared. :)

I had a computer issue that was attributable to mice chewing through a wire. Sue Kelly and staff quickly identified the problem, order the required part and repaired within 48 hours. Once again, excellent, competent, timely and friendly service from Sue Kelly. Cant ask for anything more from a service department.

The service I received at Lia Honda of Kingston was excellent. My service advisor Mark Wertheim was professional and courteous. He was articulate and explained to me what was wrong with my car. I would recommend Lia Honda Kingston for car repairs.

My wife picked up her car from Lia Honda and when she got home, noticed grease stains on the drivers seat. I called was was able to bring the car in and Lia Honda was able to clean up the mess quick and easy. Robert Munson answered all questions I had and kindly apologized for the mess. I appreciated Robert Munsons help.

Excellent! Jared in service made everything happen in a good way for my sons 2007 Accord with 275k miles. What was most important was bringing me into shop to view the serious problems while the car was on the lift. There was no question what was needed. Big 👍

Great service. But hope they moved to a better location. While waIting for my car to be serviced, heard gun shots fired nearby. Told to take cover behind sevice desk. Honda closed all doors while police searched area.

Who knew that taking your car to the shop to get serviced could be a pleasure? Anyone who doesnt have a Honda should get one for the quality of the service, quite aside from how great the car is!

I came in for a oil change, then I was told I needed over, $2000 worth of work on my car. I took my car to my local guy and It wasn’t urgent to get the fixes as they made it out to be.

Went in to get a ground wire fixed. Got car back and they said I needed a knock sensor. Got car back with engine light on. I get knock sensor to put in myself. I find that they broke my knock sensor and hung the wire back away from motor. Poor service. They should have replaced the sensor at no cost. They broke it. Not to mention they wanted 242.00 dollars for something they broke.
