Friendly staff, able to locate what I needed. Staff went above and beyond in helping me out and implementing the Line Buster checkout.

The person who checked me out at the register. the most pleasant young man !! He told me his name but I cannot remember it for sure. An altogether pleasant shopping experience.

I like this place it’s clean and orderly. They are well stocked too...Sometimes there isn’t someone at the door when you need them my swimsuit had a tag and I beeped no one came to help me I had to go and interrupt another cashier and ask her to help while she was with someone... I also don’t like that they have no music playing it’s just weird to walk around with no music and all you can hear is other people conversations. Lol

I love the selection and quality of Target. I love getting 5% off my purchase when I use my Target card.

DISAPPOINTED IN LACK OF STOCKTarget has not been restocking the guittary chocolate drink and Im incredibly disappointed in their failure to supply this to their local customers. I decided not to buy another from Target, until they put this product basck.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I was very impressed. Tv was in perfect condition and a good price.

Out of all the stores in Kingston, I feel like our local target is the only one taking covid seriously. I always see them sanitizing carts and always sanitizing the self checkouts after each person uses it. Its very rare to see those two things together anywhere else here and i definitely feel safer shopping here than other places.

I found my big beautiful yellow throw pillows for my living room. I bought them from target... Jillian and Kate were so helpful. There was a discrepancy with the price and Kate solved it. Thank u ladies

I shop at Target often. The Kingston store has excellent staff. This store is clean and always well stocked. In addition, the employees are always, always, always, helpful, friendly and work hard. You should be proud of them, it really shows in this store. I love my red card, and I love the benefits. Great return policy and great products. Thank you Kingston Target.

A huge selection of elf cosmetics. ELF cosmetics are vegan and cruelty free, no amimal products and no animal testing. Who wants to put animal poopoo on their face? Who wants to put urine on their face? With normal cosmetics... thats what you are putting on your face!!!!!

Easy and convenient, great way to minimize covid exposure here in NY. They also use shipt for home delivery and I appreciate my order being left on my porch and being able to tip through the app.

Very disappointed with the Target experience.It always surprises me that brick and mortar stores still dont get the customer service thing. Amazon provides more customer service to my key strokes than Target did to my standing at their cash register. A number of mildly deceptive signs throughout the video department sold me on buy 2 get 1 free. Yes, I did not read it carefully. Let the buyer beware. But if they wanted to be on the up and up why didnt it read Buy 2 get 1 free except New Releases in the same size font. They were counting on at least some of us getting fooled. When I got to the register the supervisor had to explain to the cashier why my DVDs did not qualify for a free one. She virtually ignored me.Now compare that to Amazon who will surprise me by sending me a refund after I had already received my purchase because they found it being sold cheaper than the price I paid when it shipped.And lets not talk about how easy they make returns, or how they send me suggestions for items I may be interested in based on my purchases.Frankly, they provide the kind of customer service that we used to expect when walking into an independent retailer before Target and their like drove them out of business. How many more mass market retailers need to close before they realize Amazon isnt taking their business, theyre sending us there.

Even though they forgot to bring out half of my order at the drive up, the girls worked really hard to get my stuff together and get my stuff out to me. I appreciate all their hard work during this crazy time. I’ve never had a problem with target’s drive up service in the past. Even though there was a slight hiccup today (it happens, we’re human!)the girls worked extra hard to make sure I was happy. Will continue to use this service.

Great store with just about anything you may want. Prices are fair and sales are great. My go to store. Unlike another box store in the area..it is clean, well organized, with pleasant and helpful employees. No long lines to check out since they keep them staffed according to volume of customers. Recommend highly.

Targets overall look and the clothing department are very attractive. The pricing is also good compared to big box stores such as Walmart, but with much less waiting on line. I love Target.

To be completely honest I did NOT have a great time at Target today. Around the holidays stores become very busy, so yes I can understand that the workers are tired. But if your sign says 90% off and you don’t mark it until the customer gets to the register, then that is the store’s problem. DO NOT blame the customer because your workers are too lazy to ring up each discounted item individually. Also next time put your signs in the right spot and DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY. If you don’t like your job then quit. I shouldn’t have to deal with rude workers when I haven’t done anything at all. I am absolutely appalled by the workers that work at your facility. I am also not the only one that was expecting to get the 90% off deal. So before telling me what is on sale go check for yourself, because if it does say that then you better give it to me for the price it says.

This is probably the heart of the Hudson Valley Mall. Always well stocked. My 4 year old loves to come to see the new toy and game choices. The Starbucks in the store creates still more of a draw. Also has grocery options. Definitely a local powerhouse of retail.

Theres always great deals on the Target App cartwheel. Im always going into the store to find the hidden sales. I needed soda today, and I was so happy to see that for the Labor day Sunday and Monday there was a great Target Circle offer.

Today my buddy and i went into this location so he could pruchase a television and some other goods ..his name is Micheal Wolff ..(with 2 fs) ..after waiting patiently in line to purchase his items, he reaches the register at which point he proceeds to pay with a valid bank check with all pertinent information cleary peinted on the check as well as providing contrasting proof of identification to proceed with his purchase only to be told his check couldnt be accepted because he didnt meet the top 1% trust category enabling him to pay with a check ..Wth ?? Im sorry people but i didnt know that a bank generated financial instrument was no longer acceptable in these United States !! So after enduring the embarrassment of being denied the ability to pay with this form of legal tender .my friend is then accosted by security and asked to pay with a different form of payment which he does, he proceeds to leave the line and head straight to the customer service counter to return all that was just bought ..after being questioned as to why he proceeds to read them the riot act as to the b.s. he was just subjected and his utter displeasure with his treatment, they made with the apologies and even went so far as to offer him a $ 10 gift certificate in which he promptly accepted and tore into 2 and gave it back and told them to give someone 2 fives that needed . .lol my buddy is witty as heck .. long and short of it people if a place does not accept legal tender other than green or plastic .. take your business elsewhere where youre appreciated..hit them where it hurts ..the fiscal line ! Do not support this location !!

Can your staff not count or are they just too lazy to make change? It shouldn’t be that much work to ask someone to break the $5 bill spit out by you own self checkout.

Target was always my go to place to shop until recently . My last experience was having a cart full of items and not a single checkout register was open. I was told to use a self serve register . Self serve is for single purchase or few items not for a cart full. Two times before that I had a checker tell me I had to bag my own items, again I had a cart full of merchandise. Needless to say Target is no longer my go to place to shop.

I really enjoy a worker who is smiling (not facking it) and she SMILE that makes my day, a person with a smile enjoy s there job keep up the good work.

The staff at the customer service desk- was not helpful - The staff used to be wonderful at Target- Unfortunately, no longer. The shelves often have bare spots -the overall experience has gone downhill!

Ive always been pleased when I placed orders with Target...whether theyre delivered or I pick them up in the store. Always great prices and customer service.

The entire process was smooth, from the online ordering to picking up my purchase in the store. My only negative was that I had to drive an hour to the store where the item was available to pick it up because there was no option to have it shipped to my house.

My experiences with Target have been very positive. Customer order has been correct and timely.

I like the convenience of shopping from home. I live over 25 miles away from my Target store. I did not like the fact that although I paid for my order online, I was forced to pick it up in two days which was terribly inconvenient for me.

Very clean store and very efficient. Ordering online and picking it up is a breeze. One thing I really like about Target is that the customer service and bathrooms are right in the front of the store.

I forgot my Target Red card and was upset I wouldnt get my extra savings on soda. There was an assocoate in the grocery aisle that showed me my Red Card was already connected. She even showed me how to use it to check out. She we above and beyond.

It as seamless and saved the anxiety of shopping down the aisles, exposing myself to danger...

I returned an item and the customer service rep was rude didnt say hello or listen to a word I said as well as sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes when I asked if I would be getting cash back and then got nasty and said you paid credit even tho I paid with a debit card and put my pin in when I paid. So sadly this will be the last time I come to target ever again!

I found everything I needed, the reason I came was because my old target card was cancelled because I did not go there very often. So I applied for a new target card, which I received in July and today I got a letter from target stating that if I did not use the card very soon this new card would be cancelled too! I need so time more than a month between visits! Please😰 this is nuts!

A clean, impressively well run Target at the Hudson Valley Mall. Great selection, amazing pricing, and a quality staff make this a great place to shop. Starbucks cafe up front for when you want a good cup of coffee, as well as a pharmacy for your medical needs.

I purchased what I thought was new iron and when I opened the box the iron contained water in it and the packaging was clearly opened.

It was extremely easy to do. Able to pick up item on my break.

I went thinking I would be able to find a pair of pants that said where in stock at the store online I go to the target to find the clothing to be a mess I ask a worker near the dressing rooms she looked like a mess with clothes everywhere I ask her and she says no online says we don’t I show her my phone to her reply I’m sorry about that but we do not have them in stock. the store ( clothing section ) was a mess and the workers where not at all helpful
