Chris Bogacki is the best in my opinion. He listens, explains his personal opinion on product, is NOT pushy, and genuinely want you to be happy with the product you purchase. I got a new IPhone 12 Pro, a wireless charger, an otter box case, and a screen protector. He explained each product thoroughly and I think he deserves a promotion or raise. Every time we come in we get him and we leave highly satisfied. Good Job Chris! You have our business for life!!

Theyre cell service is atrocious in Saugerties and when you call you get passed around with no results.Stopped by the store today and the girl who assisted me was absolutely fantastic! Forgive me because I dont remember her name but she just transferred from another store. Ill be going to the store instead of calling AT&T 800 number from now on

Chris at this location was a true blessing. He is knowledgeable and patient, as well as the girl store manager. Chris never tried to get me to dl something on my own, and he stayed an hour after close to completely remediate the issue. It was an issue bringing my current number to prepaid through the online only offer of 8gb 12 month 300$, excellent deal and thank you!! Chris really gave such appreciated service, I plan on getting a gift card over to team for some coffees or pastries. TRULY excellent service. Thank you so much Chris

My service was great for the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly representative I knew what I wanted but I wasnt sure as to which way I should go. I believe my representative name was Jill she listened as my mind wandered whether I should get new tablets with a new phone or should I come with my own phones and just upgrade my service plan. At the end of the day I up graded my service plan that works best for me go see the crew at AT&t Ulster Ave Kingston very professional grade friendly service.

I you live near the AT&T store in ulster you couldn’t get better service anywhere these people are in such a hurry to help and so respectful I got a new phone there yesterday and the sales man didn’t try to sale me something I didn’t want and helped me set the new phone up even told me I could come back anytime and as many times as I need nope you can’t find a better and more friendly place for your phone needs

I should have absolutely positively listened to my friend when he told me to NEVER go there. I ordered an iPad Air (online) back in February, and I assumed it would come with a SIM card so I did not order one with the same order, but when it arrived I had no SIM card. I then ordered a SIM card online as I thought it would arrive fairly quickly like the iPad did. It apparently was backordered, and I never received an update about anything (I only found out today that it was backordered and why Im in this hellish mess). The SIM card had a number attached to it which would automatically have been associated with my iPad. I waited and waited and waited, and the SIM card STILL never came, and I was unable to view anything regarding the order. I went to the AT&T store in Kingston as I was already down there, and explained what happened. They gave me a new SIM card and I was on my way. Apparently, they should have attached that SIM card to the original number, but what they did was open it as a new line and it automatically had my iPad as paid for. I was doing the installment plan therefore it was not paid for. I didnt find out about any of this fiasco until I got an email from AT&T telling me I had 2 weeks to return my device or I would have to pay for it in its entirety, all because they messed up when they gave me the new SIM card. I had to have customer service open a case so that I will then be able to keep the new number associated with my iPad all by paying it off in one installment instead of the installment plan. The hour + long phone call with customer service could have absolutely positively been avoided if they had done their job correctly at the store in the first place.Update: STILL dealing with the fiasco theyve caused MONTHS later. 0/10 do not recommend this store!

I had made an appointment ahead of time. Got to the store. After it opened, I was immediately ushered in and introduced to Vinnie. I needed a new phone and he was very helpful and patient. Have to admit it was nice not being rushed through as in the past. The social distancing has its advantages. Great experience!!! Thank you, Vinnie!!!

The person who helped me was awesome and did beyond her job to set me up with the new phone.They were out of stock of the cheaper models that were in my budget, but due to the long drive to be at the nearest AT&T store I needed a phone there and then for my needs. In unsure about the new one I signed up for etc but it was an urgent need.Ive always been with AT&T from the start a day dont want to go to another vendor, just not super happy about the overall deal. As I said the staff at at&t have always been great on all levels. Especially at the store this week .

Pretty good, right now they have you check in then wait in the car, looks like theyre keeping it pretty clean and theyre definitely following social distancing. As far as customer service, its all about who helps you, Devon is the best most helpful person that has taken care of us at this location. Incredibly competent, he goes above and beyond. Really creates a no stress experience!

He was helpful and polite and guided us through a very long and arduous learning process with new phones, new passwords, and all sundry manner of extra things. He was wonderful. Excellent service by Chris. Hes a keeper.EDIT: I had another occasion to stop by today needing a solution to a problem that AT&T support couldnt solve. Malcolm solved it, then tested the phone to make sure it worked properly.So on the two occasions when no one else at AT&T seemed to be able to help me, the staff at the Kingston store stepped up to the plate and knocked the ball out of the park. It was well worth the 50-mile drive each way.UPDATE: I had another problem yesterday that a clueless phone rep at AT&T couldnt understand, much less solve. So I called the store, spoke to Joel, and took a ride to Kingston. He got me up and running in no time flat.This is an excellent store staffed by people who are competent and actually care about their customers. Highly recommended.

Walking into cellphone stores always seemed like a hassle for me. The thought of money just seamlessly vanishing from my pocket filled my mind as I walked through the doors of Kingston’s AT&T store. As I passed through the doors I was approached by a man surrounded in light and he went by the name Chris Bogacki. Chris single handedly made the experience of upgrading my phone from android to apple as painless as possible. There was no hassle, he shot straight from the hip giving me All the answers to any and all questions I had. He was a true tradesman of his craft. When the gun smoke settled I walked out of that store with a new iPhone as painless as possible. Thanks again to the man, the cell phone slinger, the provider of cellular technology Chris Bogacki!!!

The way to get in line is not obvious. Theres a display on the south wall showing the names of people who are in line. I was able to get in line after an employee finally asked me if I was being helped. But I had to wait awhile for one of them to ask. I didnt notice a check-in kiosk, but maybe there is one. A few people walked in after me and seemed just as perplexed about how to politely get attention. They walked out before getting any.There were five employees working and five groups of people were being helped. One person was ahead of me in line. It took 20 minutes before I was getting the help that I was there to find. But when I was eventually being helped, the person was efficient and kind.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have had the worst experience ever. With the store itself and AT&T in general. The employee we dealt with first (Alphonso B) lied repeatedly. When we went into the store to get them to fix their mistakes (lies) we waited for 2 hours only to be told no one could help us, we had to wait for the manager to call us back. The manager never called us back and no one EVER answers the store phone, it just rings. We have gone back multiple times looking for the store manager and every time we are told the same thing.... the store doesnt really have a manager right now and they dont know when he will be in. We were told we have to come in every day to check and see if the manager showed up that day. The phones were supposed to be b1g1 free, they are not. They never removed either of the devices they made us trade in. We are paying for phones we dont even have. Every single thing they told us in this store was a lie and no one can help us, they just pass us off to someone else. We have been loyal customers for 6 years. Verizon is starting to look better and better.

I was only there because my sister-in-law was getting a phone for her 12 year old daughter but I did like the service and the ambience of the store. Myself Im a Verizon person and would never switch from Verizon as I know that in some mountainous rural areas I will get my Verizon signal and my friends who have other carriers cant.

I have had some serious issues with phones that were definitely resolved and it probably would have been much more trouble to go to Albany to the apple store. The employees are super cool, helpful, smart, kind people, but it must be understaffed because the last time I was there I literally waited 2 hours for the guy there that had started my ticket the day before. I almost flipped my lid waiting that long! And yes- I had an appointment. I’m giving four stars not to AT&T but for the people that work at that store. As long as I’m talking about AT&T- I hate the design of that place! It’s so lame to have fake plastic snacks, fake oranges, fake popcorn and fake coffee- especially when people are stuck there unhappy waiting for unplanned hours!I think they could afford a free coffee station and maybe some snacks?! Even the car wash has that!!! Listen up AT&T- it might be a good idea to improve your goodwill factor...

This place will falsely advertise deals just to make a sale. The employee I dealt with Aplhonso B was unknowlegable and completely lied to me about the deal I was receiving. NEVER even took phone line off I traded in so I was double charged and more. And After calling At&T customer service and even speaking with their so called Loyalty Dept NOT A SINGLE person could help and basically said We are sorry he gave you wrong information, We can have him RE-Trained All everyone says at AT&T his either deal with it or see the Manager WHO is NEVER even there. Ive gone in store numerous times with no one willing to even help fix this employees mistake. Ive been a customer for 6-7 years and am ready to go somewhere else as this isnt the first time this company has lied to me and my family. I recommend ALL PEOPLE in the Kingston NY area DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

Constantly messing something up. Every time I go there Im there for at least an hour then after I leave I need to spend another 2 hours on the phone trying to fix whatever they did. There has not been a single instance in which I have gone and didnt have a problem afterwards. One star is more than they deserve because of sheer incompetence.

Not to mention that their safe was “dead” so we had to come back three times to get our phones that in the end we did not buy. Apparently, even though u have the acc password and the last 4 of ss# they still cant give u any info without I.d. when u try to switch carriers .... p.sAt&t has partnered with Cricket Wireless .... meaning their service uses the exact same towers for 50% less cost check it out . Problem is, when I try to switch they make it VERY HARD !

They were supposed to do a contract buyout from Verizon. I traded in my old iPhone to them, received no credit, and then after giving them the proper paper work, did not do a buyout thus hurting my credit and giving me horrible customer service. Then I signed up for DirecTV to receive a secondary “free” iPhone and end up getting charged for it, then they cancelled my appointment without telling me after they stated someone with a different social security number but same name owed them money. I would never recommend them to anyone after this experience.

Associate Brian is very capable, professional and helpful. My low rating has only to do with the LONG waits and it always appears that hes left under-staffed. Today he was working alone! I dont understand how ATT can operate this way with disregard and disrespect for its customers. Id go elsewhere but I dont have any other choices.Also, dont even bother trying to call them.
