Had an okay experience with our rentalNot so great with the repairs for our laptop.

This is the kind of place that if you really got to have it now it works for you but when you go to a place like Walmart Best Buy an average furniture store and you see the price of furniture TVs and so on and you realize what youre paying at Rent-A-Center versus the prices in the average store patience is a virtue and is a lot cheaper buy a TV at Rent-A-Center youre buying four of them and getting one buy a couch at Rent-A-Center youre probably buying three couches and getting one get the picture

Spreading the word to anyone that doesn’t have the money up front. do not fall for rent a centers “deals” save your money up to buy what ever it is your considering.EXAMPLE. This 65 inch roku tv right here cost 450.00$ brand new from Walmart, but if you go through Rent a center and pay 25$ a week for 89 weeks that tv cost you 2200$. 😂 talk about hustling people. They are not looking out for you please don’t ever ever go through rent a center

Was told I Was denied for a washer and dryer because my references did not check out after contacting my references I found that only one of the references was called and he gave me a good review so I dont understand why I was denied by this company Ive use Rent A Center in Poughkeepsie and have had no problems with them will never go to Rent A Center in Kingston again

They were very nice when i went in a d applied but when it was time to get my tvs. The driver wouldnt set the tvs up. When we turned one tv on it was distroyed. I called right away and they said they were in the area and they where coming to look at the tv and bring me a new one and it never happened. I am so pissed, i was expecting a new tv when i got off of work and instade there is a broken tv sitting in my livingroom.
