Today I found the nicest quilt store in Kingston, N.H. Actually my daughter found it when she was driving around getting yo know the area. About 2 months ago I bought a used Destiny Baby Lock. Since then I have been trying to learn how to use the embroidery part of it. Ive listen to the tutorials, u tube and the know your Desyiny book but have only ended up being frustrated. So today I went up to Stitched in Stone to maybe trace this end. I was greated at the door by Tammy the owner. Warm friendly, and what could she do for me. I told her my story & within 30 min utes she had given me a lesson on this machine on just how to embroider. It was wonderful and she was so patient with me. The ladies sewing there were so nice I felt like I had been going to this store forever. My Destiny is being cleaned and tuned up at a cost of almost half the price that I have paid for my other machine. I am so excited about being able to use this machine. Tammy and her husband are truly wonderful quilt shop owners. I recommend this store for any issues, material, or classes. Its a great friendly store. Im a happy person. Thank you guys so much.

Poor communication. Older machine brought in for tune up. Working when dropped off but broken when picked up.This was not conveyed until pickup. No call to inform me it broke out quote to despair. Still charged for a tune up.

New to town and went into this shopby accident a few weeks ago. I am a quilter and they were so helpful and inviting. Very welcoming owners. Today I called as my machine needed service and was malfunctioning during holiday sewing. They had me come right in and fixed and serviced my machine in 90 minutes at 1/2 of the cost I’ve paid in the past. They were experts in the repairs needed and myMachine is running beautifully. They are all about customer service and maintaining a long term customer base.

Great fabric selection. Terrible repair service. They told me that they are an authorized Singer repair shop. According to Singer, they are not.I was charged for cleaning a nearly new machine, which was dropped off for repair. When picked up, there was a part taped to the repair ticket with a note stating, piece found inside of machine. The piece was not replaced and the machine was not useable. Also, the owner put down the Singer brand multiple times, even stating Well, if thats all you could afford. Its an $1800.00 machine.Again, they have a great fabric selection and offer some nice classes, but, unfortunately, I will no longer give them my business.

I ordered several pieces of ABC-123 fabric for an upcoming baby quilt and Tammy called me today to explain they were short on one of the fabrics. She said the fabric was 2 short of ordered and they would send what was on hand and refund the price of the fabric. This is the best customer service I have ever received. Will definitely be using them again and letting everyone know about their great customer service.

Ive been doing business with Tammy and Glen for many years, and Im totally satisfied with everything in the store, the inventory, classes, and especially the machine maintenance. Glen cleans my machine once a year, and when I get it back (quick turnaround, too), it runs like a brand new machine. Hes certified to work on any machine, not just the ones that are for sale at Stitched in Stone, I highly recommend Tammy and Glens services.

Im just finishing my second class at Stitched In Stone and am signing up for another one! I was referred to Tammy by a friend when I told her I want to learn to sew. I have to say . . . I absolutely LOVE the classes here. Tammy is attentive and helpful to everyone and she is such a pleasure to have as a teacher. I have learned so much in the classes I am taking here. Great fabric selection and supplies galore too! I am thrilled to have found this store.
