I honestly cant say anything bad about this Hannaford. From Chris in the deli To Brian and produce. To Paula on the front end. Every single associate that I come in contact with is more willing to help assist and make me feel like I am part of the team. I think everybody at Hannaford and I highly recommend that you shop at this particular Hannaford because they are more than willing to help and they are customer friendly there they definitely are top notch when it comes to customer service. Thanks guys for always being on top of your game. Thank you for making me feel like part of the team.

The young gentleman with dark, curly hair at customer service was very helpful with my first instacart troubles. As was the tall express line cashier with short brown hair. These guys know what theyre dealing with. Very prepared. Bravo.

Everything I need is easy to find. They carry my favorite Morning Thunder Tea which is hard to find. The staff is friendly & they seem to enjoy working there as most have been there for years.

Understocked and overpriced. However the cashiers are typically very nice. Also, no self checkout.

I shop here often, but I try to avoid any Hannaford brand meats. Ive bought and thrown out so much meat that was either bad by the time I got it home, or bad within a couple days of buying. I dont know why they cant figure out how to handle/store meat correctly.Only recently found out that if I return it when it happens theyll double my money back, but even making the trip back each time is not worth it.Has been happening for years, so this is not a one-off issue. Have been sourcing meat from Adams and Walmart when I can instead.

They Never have enough Organic Produce, Grocery and meats. Very unorganized as well. I find the people working there nice however. Especially Paula shes the star in that place. I hope they build the new store soon! Hopefully that one will be better managed..

Covid warning- Fine store except they seem to draw folks who don’t like to wear masks and don’t bother enforcing the rule that they need to. If you are at higher risk, I suggest shopping elsewhere until this is over. I hope they start enforcing the safety protocols here.

Good clean no calamities.

Fine enough store, but there’s been increasing number of customers being allowed to shop without masks lately. I noticed four people without masks shopping around the other day. Almost every time I’m in the store, there is at least a few people without masks on.I recently found out that it is a company policy that prohibits their employees from asking patrons to wear masks. This is insanity - you are putting your employees AND your customers at risk!!

Hannaford has the worst dirtiest belts at check out. Liquids on the belts for who knows how long, and is it chicken? No cashier cleans their belt. Very UNSANITARY!!!

The staff here is always very kind, and the bakery has a good selection.

Not everyone had mask covering mouth AND nose, not even employees stocking the shelves. Otherwise satisfactory. Polite help, clean, well stocked.

Quite a few didnt wear masks, which to each their own but talk about nasty. Store itself is OK but I much prefer the Ulster Ave location over the plaza.

Good selection of fresh produce and baked goods. Meat department is tops!

This Hannaford is the best around especially because of their totally awesome association named Paula. She is so patient and helpful, she always has the most beautiful smile ready to greet you and the positive energy to match

I went on a mini vacation to Kingston, it was a1 time stop at this supermarket, all I can say is that its a nice gourmet style place, very organized and clean.

What a dump they used to have a decent bakery and deli but now they just cater to food stamps recipients and old ladies go to the one on Ulster Avenue and youll see the difference.

I’ve been waiting 40+ minutes at the Kingston Plaza location to get lottery tickets. Not feeling too lucky now. The woman is loading the machine and keeps saying it will be a few minutes. But she stops to chat with people she knows. I was 1 of 4 people waiting to use the machine - several had given up and left. I otherwise like the supermarket. I’ve given up because there is now about 8 other people waiting. On the bright side - what were the chances of winning. So, it’s a savings of sort.

They dont enforce the wearing of mask. I was told by management that they cant in case someone has a medical condition. They could @ least have the staff get the items for the person so theyre not walking around the store unprotected. SMH🙄

Missing a few flavors in cheese and juices, for example. Nice hot bar.

Took my son shopping & couldnt find 2 popular items:Canned cheese spread & bagels so almost every employee in the store was in search of the cheese & finally found the last 1 in an unexpected isle go figure.

Always has everything I need when I shop there.The pharmacy and the crew are too notch!

Only real problem with this place is that they designed it so the bottle return machines are right at the entrance, so the moment you step into the place all you smell is old disgusting beer cans. Its a truly awful smell. Not sure why anyone would think it was a good idea to put it right at the entrance, just move the machines somewhere else. Basically, every time I think about coming to this for some groceries, my mind associates the place with that stench, which makes me less likely to want to come here. Other than that, the store is fine.

Went in to return about 10 glass bottles. 1 machine now accommodates glass, cans, and plastic. 1. Line of people 3 deep waiting to return deposits. Never again.

I usually go after work or at night on the days Im not working. Have been doing so for a couple of years. Always a present environment and the staff has been great, at times have fun conversations with them. Always have whats needed and when I decide to go eye shopping 😏 thats available also. Has been great for the old man!

The prices of many common staples in everyday cooking and use have gone up 10 to 20% in the last month. Need to start looking for discounts and deals at other markets instead of knowing youre getting the best already.

Im glad its there, but they need to clean this place up. The entrance always smells like beer spills because the bottle collection is right there. Move it to the back people! It makes the whole place feel gross. The staff is friendly and the price is reasonable however.

The store is always clean and stocked if theres anything they dont have that I want I just tell one of the store managers and usually they can get it within a week and theyll keep getting it. the employees are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. theyre almost like family

During my visit to the Customer Service Counter today (1/29) about 1:35p, Donna B., looked me in the eye and walked away from the counter without being properly relieved. I stood there for about 15 minutes alone! Finally, after inquiring about assistace...I was assisted by someone who was unaware no one was at the counter. This is the 2nd time Donna B. has done this to ME.

I think this is a pretty good store and I find that the employees are pretty helpful in the aisles. They also have a varied seafoodselection as well that seems clean and well-stocked.

This Hannaford is not as large as the one on Ulster Ave. Theres a pharmacy, bakery, deli, seafood, and pack your own salad and food bar.

Amazing store well stocked with a wide range of products. Easy to access and lots of parking.
