I find it hard to find confidence in products bought from any store these days. Many times I feel Im being over charged for something mass produced that serves the purpose but is made to break and producers dont care about the eco-friendliness of their products lifespan. We need better local produced items that are a part of a solution, not a problem.

I received three microwaves at my bridal shower. The cost was $80 each. I tried to return two of them but I was told they would not take them back even though they were on my registry. The boxes were all unopened. I recently contacted the manager he told me to bring the microwaves back to the store and he will exchange them. I kept one and returned the other two. The manager gave me $15 for each one. I was told they could no longer sell the microwave as it was not listed online. This is false as not only is my registry online but they said microwave. So bed Bath and beyond received $150 profit for my bridal shower. Very sad and disappointed.

A very easy return. Love this store except they closed so many that we have to drive 40 minutes to get there. Now we dont go as often.

Ask for Joe! I went in to the store to match curtains that I had purchased a little while ago. I was leaving the store disappointed, as I wasnt able to match them at all. Joe saw me and knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish. He brought me to his desk, searched the database, and was able to track down not one, but 2 of the same 4 packs of curtains for me!! Excellent customer service! Needless to say, I left the store with a smile! Thanks Joe! Keep up the great work!!

In my opinion I feel their pricing has gone up. My last experience wasnt good when it came to waiting on line.

This is one of our local stores. Went t here this afternoon ti purchase a gift only to discover that the store had just reopened @ 1PM when they got power back.The staffers very helpful, as usual.

Very friendly employees, was greeted as soon as I walked in, then again by another associate that was walking past. They were able to help me find what I needed with very quick instructions. Great service. As we were getting ready to check out there were 3 people on line and they immediately opened a other register to get us out faster. Thank you...

Nice store to shop. Even the layout is the same as any other store it still seems to be more comforting. Nice and polite crew works there. As for selection and prices, well, there is no difference from other stores.

Wow, no organization, no one knows where to stand in line. So much of store has no pricing or signage. Then after waiting on a line, was rudely told I was not not in line and then she asked who is next. Everyone behind me did not understand either, so left a cart of product in the front of the store. My entire family, we are done at your company bought items on amazon while in your parking lot for less being delivered next day.

Really awesome experience here. I literally left smiling. Every girl running the store was super friendly and helpful. I never felt so happy in a bed bath and beyond before. They should all be proud.

Im constantly trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt. Always low stocked and a mess, hard to find things. And to be honest, even though its a chain, a lot of it seems outdated compared to other stores. Its a small store compared to a lot of other ones Ive ever gone to, which could be why, but it seems a lot easier to go out of the way to a different location to get everything done in one shop. The 2 stars quite honestly is just for the fact that the staff is very kind, helpful and cheerful and make the experience decent and try their best to help you find what youre looking for or locate it at a different store.

Lots of items are out of stock, but probably due to the pandemic. If you have coupon some of the items are of great value.

Store clerks were busy, but pleasant. Store seemed clean and well-organized, but I couldnt find 2 contour neck-support pillows. I only found one, then I couldnt find the price for it. But I was glad I brought my mailed coupon & saved $20 off my purchase! Dont leave home without your coupons!

This big box store has very helpful employees. We usually like to buy local, but for convenience sake Bed Bath & Beyond is good in a pinch.

Bed Bath and Beyond is 1 of my most favorite stores. I could actually spend the whole day there. They carry items from make up to bedding, a limited amount of furniture, cook ware, hair dye, etc. Keep your eyes open for coupons. Even though their prices are reasonable the coupons are a big help. Even though there is an expiration date, they will still accept it !!! In case you didnt know that they are owned and operated by Harmon which I believe its called Face Values (same as Harmon) Bye Bye Baby and now World Foods. Therefore you could use the coupons in any of the stores except Bye Bye Baby.

Excellent service and products

Its a classic BB&B. They had great options there and the store was clean and the staff was friendly. They printed out pages from the wedding registry I was shopping for and helped me find things. I found what I needed and there was a nice wrapping station that I used as well.

Always an interesting shopping experience, fun to browse. Great selection of everything for the home. Dont forget to bring your coupons -- they accept expired ones, too!

Bed bath & beyond is a great store for almost anything you want or need for your home. The store is always clean and brightly lit. Friendly and knowledgable employees are there to help customers. The products are arranged in easy to see and reach displays. Last, but not least the prices are within reason especially with the store coupons.

High quality items. Great service both at check out and on the floor. Out of the blue and employee noticed I had a number of items in my hands and offered to bring a shopping cart for me.

Went there for Wedding registry. We were treated like VIP by management. Very pleasant experience.

I didnt end up finding what I was looking for. I looked up a bar of soap online and it said I could find it here but this bed bath and beyond doesnt have a harmon in it so they dont have a big selection of bar soap.
