Should have updated the info on hours of operation. Once I got in I was told that it’s closed at 4pm on Saturday after driving all the way from Seattle. The front desk was polite, but please update hours of operation.

The service department at Eastside Subaru is the best! I like to book my appointment through my Subaru mobile app a few days in advance and I can be in and out of there within an hour. I never feel like they try to oversell or like theyre being pushy.

When we first visited there was no pressure to buy just answered our questions - we were just looking at different options and that was great. We even went a 2nd time for a test drive, no pressure to buy when we told them we were testing several models. When we seected the Subaru we went back and asked for the same sells person, Nick, and he worked a very good deal for us. We were treated fairly, honestly and with great respect. Would definetly recommend them to others.
