If you’re considering curbside pickup, don’t trust their claims of inventory availability: they wait until after you arrive to tell you they didn’t have any of what you bought. Stick with Target, Walmart, or Amazon Fresh, who are honest about what they do and don’t have and tell you *before* you drive across town.

So amazing, much better than any of the grocery stores in North Carolina! Great location too!

This man without a mask was allowed to not only stand in line with other customers, but have a cell phone conversation while in line without a mask and was still sold his gatorade and ground turkey. This is a great example of why the pandemic hasnt ended.

This is a big store for all your household items, grocery name it. The staffs are so helpful and everyone is friendly. I got an hair straightener at 60% sale and I’m super excited about it. The prices are competitive too to Costco, Walmart and others. I’ll surely be coming here more often.

My laptop died while I was supposed to be working from the road today (not driving), soI rushed in needing a laptop charger for my car so I didn’t miss an important meeting! Love Fred Meyer as a whole but this location lacks in customer service and management.Multiple products are mislabeled and rings up a different price.Ordering online is even worse. Last time we did, they informed us that they’re running behind and to show up at 8pm. When we did we were waiting for so long that I went in to see what the issue was. Informed a manager and they said they would check and see what’s going on because they stop pick up orders at 8. That same manager left us waiting in the car for 30 min before I went in to see what was going on. He never checked but just said “well they stop at 8”Went in to complain to a manager and a rep took my info and said they would reach out.... no surprise that they never did.If a mistake was made then let us know. Don’t have us purposely sit out in the car and pass the buck to another employee. Zero accountability.

3 of the last 3 Swift Pork shoulder roasts I purchased here were rotten. I even cut one open IN STORE and gave it to the customer service rep, she gave ZERO fux, despite the fact that I shared my former employment with food handlers and requested that she inform the butcher block that there was a bad greezer in either the transport rig or the store.It was an hour before close so I dont blame her, but I will never buy meat in this store again again.

I enjoy 😇shopping at the kirkland store especially at the outdoor garden shop. The Manger there Raymond is always very friendly and knowledgeable about there plants and lawn care. but what really made my day was last week, I was shopping and the Manager Raymond was putting away Merchandise. I realized that I needed a few empty boxes for my no dig garden. He was so nice to give me ALL of there empty cardboard boxes and he loaded them into my car😊I truly appreciated that, he really made my day. I will be a customer for life with Management like that around 👍

This is a really huge 2-story Fred Meyer! Very nice and clean store with great customer service.

A little crowded, especially the peirce department. Also awakes very crowded with extra supplies and displays making it difficult to manuever.

I used to really enjoy shopping here but I have been really disappointed with their efforts to help make FredMeyer a safe place to shop. During the weekends, the store gets so busy that 6 feet apart is almost a joke. Customers were inches apart when grabbing their grocery items. There is nobody at the front to check for store capacity. Really sad to see that people are not taking a pandemic seriously and I dont feel safe buying any fresh products here.

Through no fault of anyone that works here Fred Meyer represents everything that is awful about capitalism. Everything comes wrapped in several layers of plastic. Yes, its cheap because its been made my labor that is not being paid for the work and being ordered in such bulk that theres no way to sell it all. I work next to this Fred Meyer so I come here often even though I wish there was a better option but I stopped buying lunch here because everything comes in plastic. I tried to bring my own Tupperware for the deli counter and they wouldnt allow me to use it. No compostable options either. Its owned by one of the biggest most evil corporations and tons of people rely on it for their everyday needs. Sorry, Freddys. No matter what nice shiny environment you create if youre not helping create a sustainable world you are a problem.

My daughter and I went there today and there was a woman wandering around everywhere with no mask on. I asked her why, and she tried to get up in my face, and said she had a medical exemption. I nearly had to pepper spray her to get her to back off, and she circled around, and came back at us again a little while later. That is bull shine. I mentioned it to a staff member, and he said there was nothing they could do, even though they have no mask no entry signs on the doors, and constant overhead messaging. She was walking around putting her fingers on everything. Make safe choices.

A big shout out to Justin at the bakery who did a fabulous job yesterday creating a custom cake by putting together three different flavored big square pieces of cake on the shelf! I wanted something mid size so it was perfect!! And we got a choice of three different flavors too!!

Went shopping here over the last weekend, got to the checkout and my debit card declined. Which is interesting because I have thousands of dollars in that checking account. So I whip out my credit card. Also declined, which is interesting because I have tens of thousands of dollars in available credit on that card. So I am forced to use their Chase ATM at the front of the store to take out money (and pay a service fee). Im thinking they are doing this purposefully to make customers pay for their ATM fees. I had a bar do this to me all the time. Little scams that make a lot of money. Pretty disgusting behavior TBH, wont be shopping back here.

I hadnt been in this fred meyer for a while, until this morning on my way to work. The selection is pretty good, but the layout is kind of a maze. It looks like they are working on rebuilding some displays currently.But the reason Im giving this place two stars is the customer service. Basically, I was having trouble with the self checkout because of the bag fee Kirkland has. So I pushed the help button, and there was no one in sight. So I leave and take my items to the register. THEN the lady running the self checkout decides to come and chase me down. And when I explained what happened to her, she tells me off in a talk-down to you sort of way.Well, im ranting a bit, but overall, not a great customer service experience. Also, you cant tell it to buy no bags. You have to use the no bags button.

Why do people come into this store with mask to take it off me go round store deliberately with mask off honking, sneezing, hissing, walking up behind me grading with no mask. Their are some workers whom will respect most customers but some I find they are harassing to. And will lower mask and come within 1 to 2 feet will mask lowered just like some customers.

The delivery option saves a lot of time. Instead of waiting and lining up, itll give you extra time to do other things.

You have everything at one place with a larger section of fresh vegetables and fruits. If you are looking anything a bit in small quantity than Costco and more than target or traders Joe. This is one stop shop. It has a pharmacy as well as households plant section. I bought this green-blue flowers.

I got all the help that I need.

8/24/2020 Signs on the doors stating No one allowed in without a mask worn over mouth and nose. There were 4 sticking employees with their noses outside their masks. There were also 2 employees without masks, a security employee and another who was talking to the person making sure people had masks on before entering. It seems that they cannot or will not make sure their employees are minding the rules and keeping us safe. I will be shopping somewhere else!

The people they have out by the main door to prevent shoplifting and help people with security tags have an excellent attitude and demeanor. I can only imagine how bored they are after standing there with no chairs or relief for 8+ hours and not one has failed to greet me or tell me to have a good rest of my day.The store itself is nice and has a lot of things, but their customer service is what stands out.

Most Awesome Shopping Experience.I came here this morning for all the animal treats and I mean all the animals. Squirrels, wild birds, chickens and Pugs, I can get all their treats in 1 store. So this mourning the computers were acting up, no credit card transactions going through. Not only did an extremely nice lady offer to buy my groceries, $67, but I had 4 of the employees doing everything they could to get these transactions going. Nothing worked ☹ they said lets give it 10 minutes. Went to the Starbucks in the store. Machines are down cant use my Starbucks card. Instantly this gentleman offers me $5. So grateful but I actually have a little cash. Thank you. By the time I sat down 1 of the workers told me the machines are ready, lets checkout. Scan my credit card, go to go. Left feeling so blessed. There was also a handful of customers waiting with me who were being helped as well. Good Job Fred Meyer. Happy Holidays 🎄

I had rent carpet cleaner from this store, and when I returned it back, lady who took it vack from me said that I did a good job cleaning it, but I never got my $15 deposit, I swear I knew it happening. THATS HOW THEY DO $15 bucks, will never comeback to you, no matger if you clean afterwords or not.

I was just at this Fred Meyer, where normally my experience is just fine, however, today my experince was not good. The memory foam pillow I had planned to buy had a very large sign saying 60% off. When it rung up, it said fully price of 29.99. So the lady at the self check out called someone in the bedding department where instead of honoring the sign, they took it down and said it was not on sale. So my boyfriend checked and it was definitely removed within the few minutes after we had just looked at the sign. Beware of the distrustful employees and always take a photo of the sale sign.

Just went to this store to pick up some grocery items. It was relatively easy to find what I needed. Many people in the store, most likely due to weekend shopping. Nevertheless, it was clean and tidy. I saw some popular produce items were getting low in stock. Luckily, when I was ready to go, there was a self checkout available so no need to wait.

I absolutely love this store. Talk about one stop shopping. My favorite is the quality and price of produce. The have everything. Salad bar, olive bar, frozen dots bar, deli, Starbucks, and much more. Honestly, my favorite store in Kirkland for one stop shopping with great deals. Worth the stop for sure. Like one minute off the 405. Super convenient.

I was shopping in the store using a scooter and holding my teacup poodle. I have been in the same store for years with my dog in my hand. I dont let her down, but today an employee with long brown hair in the nursery told me to leave. I told her I have not had any problems in the past but she said it was a new policy NO DOGS. She was so rude that I left and will never shop Fred Meyers EVER again.

It is a fine Freddies. Recently updated, much better prices then Safeway .I dont like the way each Fred Meyer sure has its own layout, and the process of updating the chain has taken years too long.But it is a good Fred Meyer store. Does not have the scan and go devices

Even though the store was very busy, I was able to get in and out quickly. Lots of registers open. Nice place. Clean and well stocked. Ever found 2 things on my list that I did not expect to get there. Really appreciate this!

Fred Meyer has good groceries, and a little bit of everything else. Seasonal items are esp useful- holidays, back to school, garden plants. And so long as you arent looking for something unusual or fancy, you can find it at Fred Meyer.

They need more cashiers at night theres only one person working cashier its not fair when your about to close trying to rush people out but yet you dont get another cashier to help the other customers trying to get there stuff as well

They should have someone monitoring the self checkout line. I kept getting cut in front of then yelled at by the lady who cut me off to back up and then someone behind me yell at me that the line starts back farther..... it’s my freaking birthday and all I wanted was some wine. But I get yelled at by strangers because they feel like it. I’m sorry this is a horrible experience during a time that causes more anxiety and they need someone to monitor the line so people can shop in peace.

This store in Kirkland is GREAT!! It has everything you could need, unlike ours in Shoreline. 😔 Very clean, organized. The employees were very helpful. Will definitely shop here when I come to visit family!!

This place is always great. Lots of cashiers, well-stocked and organized shelves, clean bathrooms, available carts and baskets where you would expect them to be, and typically great prices. Best thing about Fred Meyer is they are not just an excellent grocery store. They have everything else in great selection and value, from furniture to BBQ, to plant nursery and planting pots and supplies, to jewelry, As seen on TV, pharmacy, clothes, shoes...Ive been a customer for over 40 years at various Fred Meyer stores and am still happy they are around.

Good selection of foods, organic and gluten free. But the employees...jeez I dont think I have seen so many employees try to do as little work as possible. Dont bother asking for help - you wont get it.

Fred Meyer always seem to deliver good prices and selection. I enjoy the shopping experience when Im in one of their enormous stores. Especially the bulk bins and weigh your own tea and spices since its easy to only buy the amount I need. Sometimes if I take the time to look, there are good finds in the apparel department. Fred Meyers returns are fairly standard and usually not a lot of hassel besides having to wait in line at customer service.

Excellent grocery store with good prices and fresh selection. Recently added a nice modern gas station. They have a fantastic selection and a good organic section, and the staff is nice and knowledgeable. They rent carpet cleaners.Store is clean and is located in a good area. Easy to get in and out of parking lot.

Chicken sitting in standing juice, and only 4-5 pound packs. People who cook should look elsewhere, I guess if you’re buying bargain for a family to get them sick this place makes sense. Lots of missing items like sunflower oil and Boston lettuce despite the store footprint being massive. At least there’s 30 varieties of olive oil?Staff at least is nice and the lines move faster than any Safeway in the Seattle area.

4/6/2020 Not happy with Fredmeyer as they wont accept returns on clothing,shoes etc.But electronics and everything thing else is fine to return.Dont see a difference if everything thing else has been touched also.Customer service said they have no idea when you can get your money back.Please dont buy anything that is bedding cloths etc.

The Front End Manager, Amanda took a drawn out and tricky customer service issue, went above and beyond to make it right, and successfully communicated my issue with her team so that I would be taken care of on her day off. She took the time to call me TWICE, clearly demonstrating the lengths Fred Meyer employees go to in order to satisfy a customer. And mega shout out to Dean who saved the day with a positive, understanding and helpful attitude. This is how customer service is done! Fred Meyer customer for life!

They have everything. Been shopping in Fred Meyer s for 29 years. They never disappoint. I think this one is so big, it spans three time zones. Got some great bargains again today. 70% off. Just ask for the bargain rack.

I come in fairly often, 3 or 4 days per week. Usually to grab a sandwich for lunch as I work close by, or something for dinner. They have Boars Head meats and cheeses and very good fresh meat and seafood counter. Produce is always well stocked, fresh and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the checkout lines quick.

The watch guy is amazing! The people in the jewelry dept are always so wonderful AND helpful! And everyone else has always been so nice!😁❤

This is a newer Fred Meyer with all the normal expected food and non-food departments, including jewelry and garden departments. Theres also a Starbucks. Plentiful parking. Prices are reasonable. Has organic products throughout. Hot and cold food deli. Membership is not needed to get sale prices.

At 5:30pm. Multiple people in line. Two of the slowest people working there! Their new motto should be We go any slower well be in reverse! Will avoid the deli next time. Dang, and I love Fred Meyer!

Kathy and Sue were great in the jewelry dept. They helped me find the perfect ring and were responsive on checking prices of gold. Transparent and friendly; 10/10 would recommend for all jewelry needs!

Terribly snooty, rude, self checkout help. Three chatterboxes stood with their backs to me instead of helping with a simple issue.I turned around later and one of them was texting and laughing ignoring yet another customer.Keep up the great work you heros.

Every time I go there the aisles are blocked with the folks who stock the shelves. They won’t get out of your way. It’s like they don’t want you to be there. They used to stock at night, but not anymore. I have complained several times and get a reply that my comments are important. No, they’re not. The shelves at the store on 120th are half empty and the other half is full of Kroger brand items. I don’t want those, I want the major brands I used to get there. The new clothing line they carry is so inconsistent in sizing I can’t get anything. I am so disappointed. It used to be my go to place for everything but not anymore. I’m going to Safeway.

I find Fred Meyer to be a one-stop-shop for all our needs. While they arent our typical grocery stop, weve done so more often because of how close they are to the Cross Kirkland Corridor so we can shop after exercise and have all our errands done at once! I have found the staff, especially at Customer Service to be so helpful for a variety of needs. Their machine is back up and running so you can stop in for your new Park Pass.

Since revamping their store and produce area in the last month, Fred Meyer has added more fruits and vegetables which are my go-to foods

Worlds best self checkout!!! This store actually has 2 people that watch the self checkout and they are readily available for over rides/other shenanigans that happens with self checkout. I’m actually impressed every time I come to this grocery store

I always loved going into the Totem Lake Fred Meyer store. I know people there--staff & fellow customers alike. Its like coming home, after a vacation. Lots of smiles & greetings! Super friendly bunch!!

So I shop here because its the most decent cheap place I know. The produce section isnt that great or great priced. The bulk section is actually pretty good though. I dont love that they close at 11pm. But you know what I do love? The gas station. Holy heck can you save on gas if you shop at Fred Meyer for groceries and earn points. The savings make getting gas almost fun.

This is a great location and store. The employees are great! Often they will go out of their way to make us feel welcome and even give my little girl a balloon. The fruit bowl for kids is also a great idea! Kids can eat a piece of fruit while their parents shop.

Strange location, sort-of, but not unlike many places in the Seattle area where access is limited either because of water or large volume roadways.The electronics section is the most open Ive encountered in a FM. Most of the locations Ive experienced have it in a low-ceiling-hole-in-the-store. This electronics section, although no more enticing with their overpriced and mid/low end options, does have​ multiple entries for people interested in staring at high resolution screens.

This is my go to Fred Meyer... nice selection of produce, bulk food section, bulk spice section, large vegetarian meat alternatives (frozen section & refrigerator), and generic organic offerings.The addition of their gas station, and electrical energy for plug in cars (EV & Quick Chargers) during the last remodel complete the experience.

Always love Fred Meyers. There is never a time I cant find what is on my list. Love the produce always fresh and this is the only place I can find small apples. Customer service is always excellent.

Average on everything, not a very cheery crew, but Glenda our cashier was wonderful. She was personable and kind and thoughtful with packing our groceries. I would come back because she made the experience something to remark for me.

Been shopping at this location 20 years. Seeing signs of stock outs too often for convenience items. It detracts from one stop shop. As busy as it is, I continue to go to other stores I know stocks inventory. I am talking about empty locations in the store. Not that they dont carry it.

Kathy at the customer service counter REFUSES to wear her mask during customer interactions. She is breaking the law and disrespecting every Fred Meyer customer as well as her coworkers. Shame on Kathy.

Good quality fruits and vegetables, big selections of most food, relatively friendly staff. Better than average for big grocery. I almost never visit the large general merchandise section of the store. You can think of this store like a higher quality super Walmart.

Produce and meat selections are decent. Products as a services are great too. Clean and well stocked.

I’ve always like to go to Fred Meyer and buy their produce. This is is my first time coming to this location to send money at their customer service/money tree. My advice is to AVOID being served by Kathy. She was the only one there at the costumer service and there are 5 people in line. When another guy came to help her, the other person had served 4 other people while she’s serving me. When she served me, she multitasked and working on something else (writing down a list of numbers of dollars on a paper). She didn’t give me a clear instruction on what to write on the post notes so I wrote anything that could help the sending money to make it faster. She sarcastically criticized what i wrote and wrongly entered the amount of money that I wrote because she didn’t read it correctly. She went back and forth trying in working on something else and serving me. She didn’t respect my time and my presence there trying to go there out during my lunch hours. I came to a point that I have to tell her to hurry because I’m running out of time when she’s multitasking. Three stars less for the unpleasant experience of disrespectful employee.

Wow this place has changed a lot since 1990. When you enter the store the pharmacy is to the right, groceries straight ahead, and clothing and electronics to your left. Took me a while to find electronics but glad I did. I came in to buy a TV for my new place and left satisfied. A lot of the teens working at this store really care about the customers and their store.

How... does one run a business like this? It is taking almost two hours to pick up a couch I bought. They cant reprint receipts, even with my rewards card info. They are all over the place. No one cares either, no one even made eye contact with me the entire time. I am shocked. Bellingham has better service than this trash heap.

The Cashiers are almost always friendly and I like the selection at Fred Meyer.

The customer service was pretty orientation very friendly very outgoing,I had to cash in Total resource check... The bummer I was I was supposed to buy some groceries but its all good I just bought everything that I was legally consumed as baby... there was a question that I had at the register just from a different jurisdiction after I was checking out. Only because of the food drug and alcohol more of the FDA does one of my relatives who passed away in the State of California with his alcohol of kraken they tried to make it a Nationwide with the number of $20,000 to make it an awareness with a concentration of 94%.... other than that it was pretty decent it there was a helper clerks if people would needed it looked like they were pretty evenly staffed the store was need cleaned it kind of looked like it was a bit dysfunctional but there is room where people could walk through its not the same as like a 7 by 7 freeway its almost like it was bumper to bumper it just has a bunch of obstacle courses were technically if one person was to be intoxicated something might have fell over and thats just my own opinion but not something else but I thought it was a decent place so I gave it a four or five we could have it could be a 5 out 5 as well but Im not knit picking.

Hypermarket w groceries and clothing. Organic foods have their own section--like a separate dairy section and dry goods as well. Bread selection was just okay and Silken tofu was nowhere to be found.
