Theres nothing special or amazing about this particular location Though I do LOVE the self check out! Its fast, and never needs emptying because it doesnt accept cash. Aisles are clean and well organized.
Great location with easy parking and next to many other great stores. This location is one of favorite locations. I come here to do Amazon returns as well as drink their coffee.I recommend their coffee stand, however we ware that during these times their coffee stand is operating on limited time frames. 8am to 2pm.
This Whole Foods is in Totem Lake area. Its really nice ( I like our Bellevue one better . Just my taste) they have these waffles that are packaged that my Husband loves. Cant find them anywhere else . Theyve closed the pizza part which i loved and the salad bar is a mess by the time our lunch break comes around. And they only have one working right now, so for food on the go its not for us who come in for a later lunch. They do have fresh made sandwiches if thats what u like. I guess its what ur looking for when u go there. Their groceries are organic. So that says it all,i think.
Local market with great Washington fruits and vegetables, open spring thru fall and increasing their organics selections. Good pricing and high quality!
1 cashier at 6:30pm 6 people in front of me. They dont have any more cashiers.
Great parking lot and good produce selection. Always low on vegan cookies so go early in the day for those. Long lines for checkout and the store is oddly organized if you’ve been to other Whole Foods stores. Selection could be better but it’s okay.
Great organic food. The allegro coffee beans make good coffee. I just wish they sold un-roasted coffee beans.
Great selection of gluten free foods in this thwell stocked grocery.
Came in last week and wasted 30 minutes waiting for a Pizza. They took my order, but when I came to pick it up, I was told the Pizza guy never came back from his lunch break.Tried again tonight at 6:45pm looking for a Pizza- same guy pretty rudely turned me away because they close at 7pm. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere for my Pizza.
I love that before you put your items on the conveyer belt it is sanitized by the cashier. This store is more expensive than other supermarkets but they have a cool selection of products, a lot of them being natural/organic. They have awesome fresh meat, seafood, and produce. There is a fine selection of body care products as well.
This Whole Foods has rapidly gone down hill; it should consider becoming a Amazon return depot as theres not much food selection anymore. The deli & salad area was sadly bare - other markets like QFC, PCC, Met all have deli options - this WF was just sad. I scraped up the last bit of brussel sprout salad and rolled on out.I will probably visit the Redmond or Bellevue locations in the future. Or maybe not at all TBH - Whole Foods has kinda hit the skids after Amazon took control.
Kudos to everyone in Seafood and Meat dept.Special thanks to Ronnie who Always executes great cutting of chicken and seafood steaking!
Always clean and you can find good fruit and fresh vegetablesI always go there for fresh orange juice
LOVE curbside pick up here!! The shoppers alway pick good produce, pack it with care, and I NEVER wait more than 10 seconds before my order comes out! Shopping with the app really helps watch costs (Whole Paycheck and all...) but walking through the store is SO fun too! I love seeing the new produce they get in from time to time - always fun to try something new.
Great healthy grocery store discounts with Amazon Prime.
Very enjoyable customer experience and just overall a great place to fulfill your shopping needs!
Yep, they make a strong attempt for organic and/or local products. In bulk too!!
Spacious and bright new location with taqueria, relaxed seating space, and friendly staff. Redmond has more extensive offerings, but perhaps this will be more robust in the months to come. As all locations are, they are still lacking in more allergy-friendly, organic, and vegan deli/hot foods (PCC is still way better for that), but this is an overall very nice and accessible store. Although, why $7+ for two cold shrimp spring rolls and peanut dipping sauce?!?! (seriously, a nice Vietnamese restaurant with much fresher quality is way more economical)! However, this place makes for super convenient 2-stop grocery trips with its location next to Trader Joes!
Its a Whole Foods. I think it is a really nice place to shop, and location is awesome for doubling up a shopping trip. The people are great, and the parent company needs to do more for them. Loses 2 stars because Amazon.
They tried to charge me 5 extra dollars for the dressing from the salad bar! Rediculous!
The worse service I have ever experienced in a Whole Foods, or I should say no service. Way under staffed. If ur looking for good service it would be worth driving to the Bellevue location.
12/31/18 update: paper bags with handles are back!!! But you should def still try and #bringyourownbag ;)Original review: Nice to have a WF in this neck of the woods. Not super big, but they cram all the important stuff.Oddly, THIS location has moved to handle-less paper bags. WTH? How are you supposed to carry these??????????? I thought we left handle-less grocery bags in the 1950s where they belonged???? #bringbackthehandles
I always go for the salad bar and food there are so many different options, including the smoothies!
Wanted some fresh fish for dinner.
Stay away from those bagged fruits and vegetables, its literally cat in the bag. When you are walking in to this store, there sumo tangerines right at the entrance, if you pick the ones in the bag, you will get the most rotten and disguising ones out of everything. Pick yourself. What their stuff is doing, they fill bottom of the bag with rotten ones and place few good looking ones on top. Shame on them!!!! This is whole foods, not some China town rats place... Stop cheating people! Management needs to be FIRED!!!
Normally I love WF but today I walked out and left my groceries. Only 2 checkers and of course the extra ling line Im in the guy didnt seem to know what he was doing. Every single person ahead of me kept questioning the receipt. After standing here for almost 20 min I said forget it after he walked away to do his own price check. Meanwhile the self serve lines were at least 15 + people in line. I was there right around 5pm ... Extra busy time should require extra cashiers, just because you now have self serve should not be the replacement for busy times.
Smaller store. Contains about half the produce, meats, seafood than other whole foods so selection is limited.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I should in this case.I moved here last year and I go to this Whole Foods weekly. I’m always impressed by how reliable, helpful, and consistently awesome the employees here are. They always have well stocked shelves, short lines, and friendly people. What more could you ask for? When the pandemic hit, this was the only spot I trusted to order “pick up.” It seemed like every other grocery store in the area always messed my order up (I get it, stressful times) but even at the height of the pandemic they ALWAYS got my order correct and filled it on time. The cherry on top is that they know how to pick the best produce. I’ve never been disappointed with the produce selected for me.Whole Foods totem lake employees: if you see this I’d like to thank you for the awesome work you do! It really means a lot to be able to depend on people in times like these, and I can always depend on you guys when it comes to my groceries, and that means a lot more than you’d think. Thanks a bunch guys! Stay safe and healthy out there. :)
I did the inspection on your new building, WOW does it look great and inside everything you would want.
Be on the look for their extensive selection of cheese, beef and dairy. On the whole they have a good selection of organic & vegan products
Pricing is best if youre an Amazon member for groceries, but I find it to be a nice stop for a meal with family. The Totem Lake store is next to Trader Joes for and interesting mix of shopping.
Great store and location. Cant go wrong with Whole Foods.
4/5 stars because I disagree with their logic to utilize only one entrance and exit during COVID 19Management must be a group of misinformed MBAs because it simply does not make sense to me as a chemist (not an epidemiologist) who understands chemical diffusion.Make one doorway an entrance, and one an exit!Forcing people to utilize the same doorway as entrance and exit by shutting down the second doorway is moronic and an idea put forth by an MBA - my best guess.Food is good though
This is my favorite place to pick up my Amazon packages as well as things I need for dinner and wine
Not one of the biggest whole foods store but has plenty of options.
Seems at least this Whole Foods has gone downhill. April 2021 I waited at the deli for service, nobody acknowledged my presence, several people were working there its not like nobody was there, I waited probably longer than I should have then left. I figured I can go to PCC and get the same product for the same price.
Receiving guys are top level
I dont shop here normally. Last time I was here I got 2 slices of pizza, really enjoyed it. Decided I wanted a whole pizza so came in and told the guy at pizza counter that I wanted a whole Hawaiian pizza. The guy looked at me n said it wouldnt be ready for 45min. I said thats fine. He confirmed an entire pizza which I said yes. He turned and resumed what he was doing. I waited in my car, came back 45min later to see if it was ready. Different guy was there and was very confused. No Hawaiian pizza left, nothing in the oven. I just wanted a pizza but instead I just got to waste my time.
Not as big as some stores, but clean and well stocked
Last time i was here had a horrible interaction with a cashier, He wouldn’t split my transaction between two cards, very lazy and careless of how that might effect me.However today, Kim at the speed checkout was AMAZING. She did her job far better than i have seen in a good while. Easily split my transaction between my girlfriend and i without hesitation. We need more Kims around. Thank you!The 5 stars are for you Kim! Have a great week.
I go to all the WF quite frequently. By far the worst hot / salad bar. Always has been even when they first opened. They need to take a few pages out of Bellevues play book
It’s Whole Foods. Prices are above average. But quality is there.
Awesome location and plenty of parking spots
I loved Whole Foods before Amazon bought it. Quality of merchandise, quality of service to quality of owner morality has gone down since then. I shop PCC more but they dont have all I need and Whole foods is still better for my shopping needs than Safeway or Fred Meyers.
This Whole Foods location is aways understaffed and out of stock of everything. The meat department is the worst. Given the prices, I expect I wont have to make 5 trips to the store to buy something. This is just a waste of time. Id be shopping at a different location.
I go to Whole Foods for, believe it or not, their whole foods. Their produce is excellent and competitive with Fred Meyer and Safeway as to prices. I also buy my spices and herbs there because they have such an excellent selection and their prices are below most places.People say instead of Whole Foods it should be called Whole Paycheck because it eats up your whole paycheck. I say youre just buying the wrong things and you arent paying attention to prices elsewhere. Their prices on everything that I buy is often lower but always competitive. Now if they can just install self-check!
Not the cheapest but very convenient. Great quality and great offers if you are a prime member.
Disappointing! Sad to say that this location is nice esthetically and has pretty much everything any Whole Foods has to offer, but guest service is low on their list! I saw a team member standing at the check out staring at me with extreme hate in his eyes. Was it directed at me? Maybe not, maybe he hates working there or maybe its customers he hates, idk, but it was very unpleasant experience! Other team members didnt seem interested in working either, rather playing around. The hot food bar was looking pretty empty and some items completely out at 6pm. I would think this would be their dinner rush and everything would be full and ready to go. Sorry to say I wont be back unless absolutely necessary when in the area!
Had a great selection. Organic only and friendly vibe . lots of karens tho
My to go to place for fresh fruits 💘
Like new Amazon kiask. Like shopping there. Got great cake at bakery.
Great selection as always. Be ready to spend a whole paychek try the lemon chicken bowl, when they have it, its amazing!
Now with self checkout. Taking jobs away from the community and putting more work on the customer
Smaller Whole Foods than Lynnwood. Not as much variety or as well stocked.
Super clean. They have been doing a great job during COVID to keep everything clean.
Pizza is under cookedHot food bar is under seasoned and gimmicky*Do not recommend.
I ordered the full turkey dinner for 4 for this Thanksgiving. Upon opening the containers this morning I found that the sides had been frozen and after thawing became a watery, mushy, inedible mess. This included the mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy. For some reason, the green beans were ok. I had to make an emergency trip to another store to buy more fresh sides. This is the last time I will be ordering their pre-made holiday meals - this was a real disaster.
Very nice selection. Just what I expected at a Whole Foods.
I havent been to Whole Foods in a while. They are slightly more reasonably priced now, just slightly... I wish these guys had the spice selection they have in Alderwood, last time I checked there... Of course, they still have the super ritzy chocolates, etc. 😊
Great products and staff, but checking out always takes forever due to lack of cashiers.Update: not a problem anymore, upgrade to 5 stars.
Good selection of organics.
Not safe way to bike there, will get run over. So much for the environment !
Unfortunately they were closing so we were rushed. They had already packed up most of their meat counter so we were not able to get what we wanted.
Very clean price was reasonable nice place
Waited at sandwich bar as a woman just walked around behind the counter and ignored me and another person. Finally a male employee walked over from the counter where he was working and served us. Not accustomed to this rudeness from Whole Foods, totally a FM behavior.
There’s this one produce guy there that is always helpful (and really cute oh my god) who frequently helps me pick out veggies. He always knows how to tell which ones are the best. His name tag started with a D? He was kinda short and stocky and had a great laugh with dreamy rich brown eyes and cute freckles. Visiting him is always the best part of my Whole Foods trip.
We really need to figure out the Perk Up juice and coffee bar guys. The store looks great but it’s kinda pathetic how you have some BS excuse as to why it’s not open everyday. I’m a construction worker who comes in for the delicious smoothies that I can never buy because whoever’s running this joint doesn’t know how to schedule people correctly. I walk, not drive, WALK long distances from the job site to get here and even if I call in advance I have to spend my whole break waiting for the person to show up. The staff is friendly as can be but whoever runs this place needs to figure it the F out or quit.
Good version of whole foods. Usually a line to check out.
Overall good
Super clean. I felt safe with how much they pay attention to cleanliness. Staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help.
Today I was there to buy prepared dinner for the evening with my son, i also got beer for my dinner, the woman at register demanded ID from me and my son, I refused to have my son carded since WholeFoods collects personal information. A manager came over and also demanded to have my son carded if I was to buy beer from this establishment, she had a smirk on her face as she denied beer sale unless i turn in my sons ID, they where accusing me of buying liquor for minors; I am a US VETERAN, did serve my country to have these ignorant fools smirking at my face. Needless to say, I refused to comply with their made up policies as they also charge crimes on good people, this is America and WholeFoods is imposing on me as a paying customer, and mining peoples information. I will never comeback to any Amazon or WholeFoods establishments. If you do, bring in all your family members ID with you on that family outing.P.S.: their food carry out containers LEAK big time, a mess in the bag and your car.
Great selection of quality food
Whole foods is amazing, I really enjoy my visits to the new store in Totem Lake, Kirkland, WA
I have regularly visited this Whole Foods since they opened and have always had a positive experience. The staff members are always friendly and the entire store is clean. During the pandemic, they have started wiping down all carts, marking the floor to promote social distancing, and providing masks and hand sanitizer at the entrance.
Their food taste like dookie and too expensive
This is about the deli section. I found a fly on the bread. And there are unpackaged donuts, bagels, etc. Lying in that area. Very unhygienic.
This store has good quality food. The customer service is great.I shop there very often and I was never disappointed.
Picked up a healthy ready made dinner and scored $10 to use with Amazon Oct 13 and 14!
This is a newer Whole Foods build in the new style that is a bit more airy and open. Its very nice and clean, as one might expect of a Whole Foods, and the staff is very friendly. There is a slightly more limited selection of meats than some other stores, but nothing I desperately miss. Overall I think its a great store in a good location with plenty of parking. And sometimes the Amazon Treasure Truck is here!
Checker told me to go to Cusomer Service desk to get a gift card. No one was there and when same checker came to help someone else there he told me that he couldnt ring it up there...?????He actually acted surprised, like why would I think a Gift Card could be tung up at customer service?😕
I moved from San Francisco to Kirkland JUST SO I COULD GET MORE WINE AND CHEESE from VICTORIA. She literally saved my life. She used to work in the produce department, where she cured my scurvy and got me sober. She also introduced me to gouda and life has never been the same. My dog used to have cancer but it was cured after she pet him. Don’t ask me how, but’s it’s real.In a dark and scary world, Victoria is a brilliant ray of shining joy, radiating wonder like a beautiful sunset on a warm summer evening.
Was here to return an Amazon purchase.... It has taken forever to process and they dont give you any receipt so its hard to track. Literally been a month and a half to get my refund, and I still dont have it.
Love this place so clean food always good!!
Returned some amazon packages, awesome service and great food as well
My favorite place
Not my kind of store.
Hadnt been to Totem Lake in awhile... Wow! Nice store!
Good quality products
Consistently clean, well stocked, organized, and fastidious during the COVID-19 outbreak. Required masks well ahead of other grocery stores - appreciate them taking precautions seriously.
The food there is just to die for!!! So healthy and delicious and just makes me feel good about myself! I would give it a Dave star rating if the prices weren’t so high. A bunch of people I know are always complaining about how expensive it is. The other day some lady spent 107 dollars on four things, just to this one little bottle of vitamin of some sort. All in all I still think you should go, but not that often!
I thought there would be much more healthy organic food here. Severely disappointed. None of the stuff in the deli was organic so could not buy anything.
