This was one of the absolute best experiences Ive had with renting a space for my items. Professional, friendly, and informative staff. They took the time to go over every detail which made me feel even more confident. I love the safe and clean and down right beautiful location They certainly are a step above the rest!

This was my first time renting a storage unit and she showed me a few different ones and helped me find one perfect for what we needed and made the process so easy and quick. Wow, dont know much about storage places, but... This place is super convenient, super clean and secure. The temperature is controlled to a constant 68 degrees. A great place.The staff is always helpful, sometimes there are cookies along with coffee if you visit the office.

Laura and Jodi are storage super stars!!!! They really go above and beyond with customer service. The facility is nice new and clean. Its a very secure place to store. I had the BEST experience both when I rented my U-Haul truck and when I set up my storage unit. Jodi, the manager is so awesome to work with, and Laura was SUPER helpful....by far this has been the best experience with a storage facility that I have ever had.

This is a very nice storage facility. Staff is friendly they often have cookies, and coffee for customers bathrooms clean and heated units. Great place for small businesses.

The Manager Jodi was the reason I chose to use Kirkland Way Storage! I was looking at other places one Saturday (which were less expensive) but Jodis customer service and kindness won me over. I thought that Id rather deal with her than with the other places I tried. She also stayed late on Saturday evening to help me set up the billing because I took longer than expected to come back. Shes the BEST! So glad I found this place.

As with most of us, I write a review when I have exceptional service or exceptionally bad service. Im happy to say that I received amazing customer service from James at Kirkland Way Storage. James took the time to listen to my needs and show me several units to choose from. He also gave me a unit near the door as I requested. Not only that, he let me know there was a dolly or any type of packing supplies I could have needed. He even let my pup come in and offered to get me water or coffee. This place is the Nordstrom of storage! And they had a bowl for water for my dog! :) I mentioned that I needed to rent a U-Haul, sure enough, James let me know that I could do it from right there! He set me up and told me exactly what to do as I was a little nervous never having rented one (or driving) before. He went way above and beyond for me. I had to leave my car and he promised to keep an eye on it and let me know that they have cameras in just about every spot of the facility and parking lot. I felt like he really cared about my situation and did his best to ensure I had the best possible outcome. I appreciate it so much because he really alleviated so much stress and I just felt like every problem I had - James had a solution - and a quick and easy one at that. He really made a difference in my day. I was extremely pressed for time and his quick solutions and thorough help made me really feel like Kirkland Way Storage cares about their customers by having someone like him working there. Also, the facility is very clean and safe as well - top notch all around!

Was to told to wait 20 minutes to return a U-Haul because the person at the desk was helping a white customer (even though she was just sitting there not doing anything while they were filling out paperwork).

We worked with Laura a few weeks ago to shop for storage. She was very helpful. When we asked if they had any deals and also mentioned were also thinking to see the Public Storage, she oferred their first month half off deal that they had available in that time. She also showed us the storage unit and told us about locks and security, and gave us an estimate as well. All these made it much easier to close the deal. She truly went the extra miles to make the customer happy. I recommend Laura and Kirkland way storage 100%.

Best storage facility ever

Absolutely delicious ramen. I had the Tonkatsu, salt-based broth with the pork cheek meat, it was SUPERB. Very nice decor, Spartan dining room, super-friendly and helpful staff.
