Great place to store your stuff. Good service, specials, better prices than most. Definitely recommend them.

If I ever need storage again it will definitely be back here.

Great place. Most things are made of metal and its temperature controlled. They have a moving truck which is great for a local Kirkland move because it free for the first 20 miles. They also had some good promotions going on which beat all the other storage units around. Plus the cleanliness and costumer service was far above others which I rented from and/or looked into. Four-wheeled carts are also available to move loads. You must use a tubular cam lock which they sell for about $10 or you can bring your own.

It is not a high end storage but is secure, alarmed, temp controlled, and they offer a great deal on a moving van to move in, $0.99 after first 20 miles. 50%off first 3 months, great staff supper helpful and proactive to make sure I wasnt missing anything.

Bad customer service

This place is awesome. Great rates, great facilities, free move in truck and best of all...great staff. Had a billing issue and staff called me with a fix in under 10 minutes. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

This place is awesome clean and stays cool. Trevor helped me out and he was awesome at helping me determine what size unit I needed! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage on the Eastside.

Wonderful facility with friendly managers. Clean building with plenty of great amenities. I have had multiple storage units across the Seattle area and this is my favorite.There is one issue I have in regards to their pet policy. I understand the reason for the policy... just dont care for it, being an owner of a small dog. Thanks for all your assistance and outstanding customer service Money Savers!!!

The people working at this storage facility are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions I have and help in any way they can. The building itself is not the greatest, but not bad either. You get what you pay for. Security seems to be good.

We have been with Money Saver Storage for around 8 years now. They are conveniently located not far from our home and have the nicest managers. Theyve always been very helpful and have a truck that you can rent which has made it great on occasions when weve needed one. Very nice place to do business with!!!!!!!!!!

Its a storage facility. Not much you can really ask for. Good staff. Check. Open most hours. Check. Decent prices. Check. Clean spaces. Check. If you need storage, seems like a good option.

The negative reviews on here kind of threw me off a little but given most of them are from years ago, I decided to give Money Saver Mini Storage in Kirkland a chance. Im really glad I did. From the start, Trevor (The property manager), was very helpful in explaining everything. The unit had a little bit of dirt in it (Id expect this in any storage unit since thats the nature of a place that people dont visit often) but Trevor said he would remove it for me since I wasnt moving in my items that day. In addition, the free truck rental for move in adds a lot of value. The security here is better than I would have expected for any storage space. Each unit is individually alarmed so that if you didnt enter your code on the entry door an alarm will go off if someone opens your unit and since someone lives on the premises they will hear it. Overall, I would highly recommend Money Saver Mini Storage in Kirkland.

Very friendly staff. Storage spaces were great. At one point we wanted to switch to another bigger unit and it was very easy and got a great price one the bigger unit.would reccomend

Horrible storage facility. When we moved in it was so dirty there was tons of dirt covering the whole floor. Took an hour each to clean out the units we were renting and many full dust pans. This was made even more difficult due to poor lighting. Complaint was met with terrible customer service. We figured oh well, good location. Now we had an issue because our bank changed our credit card number due to concern on their part stating it had been compromised so they sent us a new one in the mail. This process took awhile and wasnt fast enough. This storage company slapped is with 3 late fees, one for each unit with no warning, $45 total! We reminded them of the situation and were talked down to for being late despite our situation. They were exceptionally rude and disrespectful. We plan to move out ASAP to Sherlock as they are friendly, clean, and have excellent lighting. Location not as convenient but worth it considering how terrible this place is.

The units are clean and secure, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The best selling feature is the price - much more affordable than that of their local competitors.
