The lady who helped set us up was really friendly and helpful. I needed a storage asap so I called the facility, 30min later I was all setup and ready to store. The area is spacious, you’ll be able to fit 2 cars side by side on the lane, and still have plenty of space left in between. I visited the office a few times to get supplies and ask questions. Each time, all different employees were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely worth the price and service.

I was looking for a 20x10 storage unit and with all the folks who are moving into Kirkland, it was hard to locate a self storage unit that was large enough to fit what I needed. After a long search - my mover David Lundy from Industry Movers recommended Moss Bay. I worked with Victor to secure a unit and they had a 50% special for 2 months at a very reasonable price. I signed up online and enrolled in bill pay with a CC. I then went onsite to meet Carol who helped me fill out the rest of the paperwork. She was also the onsite property manager and went through the way to access and exit the unit and provided a short tour. She was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. We had a large box truck going in and out and she was kind enough to hit the button to allow it to exit the entrance vs the tight exit. Carol is definitely the reason I would ever come back. The units are large and fairly tall as compared to others, and the non-climate control units make house moves more easier vs indoor climate control. Where movers have to fight the stairs. I highly recommend Moss Bay self storage over Public storage. Thanks Carol for making this a less stressful event!

Excellent location and very pleasant front office staff. I mainly dealt with Carol and she is awesome. Not shiny new, but units were clean, place felt secure, and best deal in the downtown Kirkland area. Other positives: Easy online bill pay, can park car very close to unit for ease of unloading/ loading, flatbed trolley always available, roomy units and especially appreciated the long shallow units which made stuff easy to access.

I currently have two units there, kind of wish they had some open garage door units and were 24 hr access

This is the best storage facility weve used, and weve moved between 3 different companies before finding Moss Bay. Moss Bay is an absolute pleasure to use! Their rates are beyond fair, theyre very conveniently located, Byron the manager is absolutely incredible and goes above and beyond to help, and its overall been an amazing place to store our stuff. The facilities are clean, well lit, and well maintained. We are able to get a 26 Uhaul box truck through to our unit and back out without issues. Highly recommend checking them out if you need to store anything!

First of all; the facility is squeaky clean and very well-maintained. Secondly; the location is suitable for all (on 2 major bus routes). Byron was thorough and particularly helpful in finding the right unit for me & my 19 year old-son. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to my friends and affiliates; well maintained & no questionable people or activities (secure).

Best storage I found in the Seattle area. Incredible manager, he helped me out more than once! Also I was able to keep my antique car inside my storage unit -this is rare. Thanks moss bay!

My wife and I rented a drive up storage unit at Moss Bay for seven or eight months. The staff was very helpful and the manager Byron was very friendly, he even refunded my payment for the month I moved out since I had moved out of the unit but didnt email them in time for them to cancel the auto pay. The unit was a little expensive, but in Kirkland everything is expensive! If I needed to rent a storage unit again in Kirkland, I would definitely go with Moss Bay.
