Every time I go to Missouri furniture I have a great experience. Kelsey R. Is definitely one of the absolute best sales people. She is always willing to help you find what you want at the price that’s best for you! If what you’re wanting is not at the store she helps get them ordered for you. She has helped me several times when the shipping is taking longer than expected, to try to find something similar at a similar price that is take home ready. She is truly really great and works very hard!

We have bought several pieces of furniture (couches, recliners, a mattress, headboard, chair with ottoman, and an entryway bench) and Nate Fajkus has been so very helpful with all our purchases. We went in on Memorial Day, and Billy Apel helped us. He was very respectful and gave us lots of space and privacy to discuss, but he would approach to see if we had questions and offer us a cold drink. He recommended Flexsteel to us after hearing us talk about lumbar support while sitting on recliners. He was very informative, friendly, and professional, and we bought a sofa, recliner, and a kitchen table and stools. Greg N. and Nick P. delivered our furniture today. They hauled it all up two flights of stairs, taking care to cover our front door so it wouldnt be scuffed. They took their time and were very professional and set everything up for us. Very happy with our experience at Missouri Furniture.

If there were anything lower than one star I would give it. This store is terrible. I ordered a mattress set May 25th. It is now Sept 2nd and still no mattress. I was told 3 to 5 weeks originally. After waiting 7 weeks I was told 8 to 10 weeks and that they just were not available. After waiting 12 weeks I was told it was at the distribution center and would b here in a week to week and a half. After waiting over 2 more weeks I started to make some calls. I found that there was 22 of these mattresses at the distribution center and they send trucks out twice week and the item goes out on the next truck as soon as they receive the order. It is over 14 weeks now and once again I am being told that it could b 1 to 2 weeks. They have never once called to update me on the status of my order. My advice, do business with missouri furniture at your own risk. Read ALL the reviews before using them. I am not the first to whom they have lied and I am now just waiting for the next lie.

I called the store and asked for a dryer between two certain price points, and Kelsey R. Helped me get exactly what I needed! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Really super kind business - everyone there!! They were so helpful and went above our hopes in what we were interested in and in how soon we were able to get it delivered. They are such a super kind team - sales, the managers, the delivery team (super excellent guys). Appreciated all the attention to detail they gave over the several purchases we made from furniture to appliances. You guys win at life!

I would not recommend this store, over one year of waiting on my furniture I finally received it. Have been lied to every time I spoke with someone. If you want your furniture delivered on time, I would look elsewhere.

Holy sales pitch. Didn’t tell us all the information. Sold us more than what we asked for. Didn’t listen to us on what brand we liked. Didn’t tell us about any sort of fee if we were not happy with the product. Just an all-around horrible experience. Will definitely never go back and will tell friends and family to do the same.

We went for a recliner boy do they have ALOT to look at n try outKimberly was a big help in pointing us in right direction.while husband was paying I started looking around I found a Beautiful dresser nice deep drawers n they roll out so easy so I got me something also..Could of kept looking, but you know how men are got what they came for ready to leave.they have all kinds of prices plus that day was giving off a percentage dont know for how long but doesnt hurt or cost to ask.salrs people are ready to help you n will look to see if have color you want out in back building or how long would take to get.They offer delivery or you can pick up.Great place to shop NO pressure take your time.I am recommending it.

Was told furniture would be delivered August 12. It is September 11 and still not gotten furniture, and said it would be another two weeks, after already waiting. No communication whatsoever and they do not care about timeliness and working with their customers. Would not buy from again.

I went in expecting to have to ask them to order a futon I found online, but they had in stock a top-of-the-line model that had been marked down several times. I ended up with a wonderful, solid piece of furniture for the price of the lesser model I had resigned myself to settling for. My son and his buddy took a trailer back a couple of days later to pick it up and had a very smooth experience.

Missouri Furniture is awesome!! Great customer service and great quality furniture. We worked with Rich and he bent over backwards to make sure our furniture was delivered in a timely manner! We will definitely shop there again!

I called Missouri Furniture on 05/23/18 looking to get a copy of a sales order from 02/05/18. I had very little information, but Matthew searched and searched in every possible way and finally found what we were looking for, and even emailed it to me. Thank you Matthew for your amazing customer service!

Shopping for furniture made easy... Our salesman, Chad, was friendly and knowledgeable. We left our first visit not feeling any pressure to buy, but yet very interested in the product. I called Chad a week later telling him we did want the pieces we looked at and when I arrived a few minutes later to finalize the purchase he had remembered the pieces we liked and had everything in order.Prior to making the purchase we looked around, the product price was better than their competitors after the sales price and additional promotional discount. I do believe I’ll be back as the need arises!

Rich was amazingly helpful. He respected our budget and found us our perfect bed. He and Billy answered all of the questions we had. This was the first purchase I’ve made in a furniture store and it will not be my last at Missouri furniture in Kirksville. The service was amazing.

Service was wonderful. They even took time to find my daughters you she lost in the store. The mattress we got is super comfortable and amazing. Our daughter didnt want to get out of it. Also she slept all night for the first time in a very long time.

We have bought 2 chairs, couch, dresser and bed over the years when it was Kelly’s furniture and this new store is like it never left. Diffidently worth the stop to check them out.

Was very satisfied with the salesperson she was very helpful. Only reason not giving 5 stars is the wait time between ordering my furniture and delivery date. Eight weeks seems a little excessive to me. They are an Ashley dealer and I guess they cant control what Ashley does.

Im disappointed in Missouri Furniture. When I bought my recliner they sold me a repair plan that was supposed to cover pet damage. When I went to submit a claim I was denied because they said their plans didnt cover pet damaged and that the associate that sold me the plan told me a lie. I called the store and the Manager said the person that I worked with was no longer with the company and there was nothing he could do to help me. Very disappointed and I wont be back as a customer.

Great sales people and great prices! They have a wide selection and lots of different styles. The staff are well trained and will be able to assist in getting the prefect piece for you, whether its furniture, mattresses, appliances, or spas. They even have an Ashley Homestore section!

Went looking for another recliner found just what I was after. Great price great service Bree ( I believe that was her name) was very helpful went out of her way to make sure I got what I was after. Wasnt our first time there & it wont be our last.

Was not impressed. I bought the piece we were looking at from the same store on line 100.00 cheaper and two day delivery. Was told it would take a week to 10 days from store.

Selection is great, prices are competitive, service is top - notch. Ryan is the best sales guy there is!

I highly recommend working with Rich. Very respectful guy who knew how to give us just the right amount of space to make the sale. A few negotiations back and fourth we both left the deal feeling good about it.

I will never go back to purchase anything else from this store. I ordered a bunk bed March 2018, was told it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. It still not arrived and it’s been almost 14 weeks! Was told from the salesman that it would be leaving the warehouse last week and still has not arrived! Please save your money and go somewhere else!!
