The team at the rent a center in kirksville is amazing. If they dont have want we are looking for they will look other rent a centers or even order it for us. We have gotten our t.v and laptop from there and now we are getting a dishwasher from there. I know we pay more then we would pay for it in a store but it also helps your credit a little once you pay it off. I wont go anyway else.

The most rushed & impresonal sevice I have ever received. Called in about an issue and was told no before I was ever asked my name, or account info. How can u answer no to a specific account question if they dont know who they are even talkin with?

So we just got a refurbished fridge 2 weeks ago. When it was delivered the lights wouldnt work, and the door sensor light wouldnt go off. Now I see ROACHES INSIDE MY FRIDGE AND FREEZER! Phil says Ill take care of it!! I Did Not have roaches till this unit was delivered. So doesnt that mean they are responsible if my house becomes infested??? And shouldnt I get SOMETHING like a week or 2 free JUST FOR HAVING IT IN MY HOUSE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISREGARD. I MISS QUENTIN AT THE KIRKSVILE LOCATION. So buyer beware double check your appliances from this location

Well I couldnt make my payment to rent a center today because Im down in women an childrens hospital with my son an told them when he gets out I will give them a payment. Well the new manager said I was refusing to turn there stuff in an refusing my payment an no one has our apartment keys. An I dont even have the gas to come to town to make the payment right now.

Rent a center has helped me out for the last 5 years. Now I work there and we do what we can to help people out. I love my job and I love my customers.

I wouldnt even give this place one star but you cant give negative points. We had washer and dryer delivered they didnt bring books or the legs for the dryer. I called and asked for them and was told I had to go to the store in Kirksville, Mo to get them. I live in Clarence, Mo and dont go to Kirksville. The very first month (I get paid on the third) they start calling me by noon on the very day I get paid. Giving no chance to too call in myself. I had a family emergency couldnt take care of things. Immediately they start harassing the people on reference list same day. When I called to speak to manager about being told I had to come get legs and booklets on product and harassing phone calls he was rude and made it out to be my fault. I did business with rent a Center in Kansas before they were very nice to work with even if you had problems with making payments they worked with you the people are rude and have no customer service ethics. I found out that what I was told was a new set ended up being a used set and ws playing new price. Needless tosay I had them come pickup their washer and dryer set.

I lived o Eldon mo.and the Rent a center employees there were awesome they treated me like family .I now live in milanMissouro and i deal with Rent a Center in Kirksville mo. They are totally awesome they treat me like family too if. I need anything all i have to do is call them.i cant afford to buy outright amd i know renting to own is expensive but at least if some thing quits or breaks down they will take care of it immediately i think the world of those guys there .Thank you Kirksville store for everything.Quentin youre a awesome manager .God bless all of you.
