Great hardware store. Lots of name brand, trusted companies. Similar prices to other places. They have just about everything you could need.

Was ok, but didnt have what I wanted. But in all fairness, nobody did. Something Ill have to order on line again. 😖

Probably the nicest one I have been to. Very friendly and helpful people. Not at all like the people in Drs Moines Iowa area.

They honour us Veterans with a 10% discount, unlike their Competitor across the street (Menards). Plus, I check prices online, and Home Depot wins 2 out of 3 times. The 11% bribe from Menards is not really a discount, its 11% check to spend only in their store, and its not instant, where if you needed it the next day, Tough!, youll get it in 2 or 3, maybe 5 weeks. I saved $15.00 today, so I ate out for lunch ($10.93), still brought home extra money...lol

Lots of ppl with orange aprons but very few that help or offer. Most hang out up front to watch you use self check-out or try to direct you to it. Not that impressive.

They treat you like family. I wish store was bigger. A lot of times I have to order online, but you can have it delivered to the store or your home for free most of the time. I use to shop at Menards right next door, especially since they have more to choose from being a bigger store, but you cant beat the customer care that you get at Home Depot. Menards still require masks even after the mandate and Home Depot doesnt push you around about it. Home Depot supports the community and Military, the other does not. I know several people from as far as Rutledge that has had a tornado or building burn down and Home Depot has always been there to help out. I never see the other store helping others. The store next door, just doesnt play nice with others. My family and I will always choose Home Depot over Menards everytime. Home Depot is the best!

They still have a nice selection of plants and gardening supplies.

Went there to buy DeWalt tools. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Home Depot is a nice little store in a lot of ways. They are hard pressed to compete with pricing at Menards who is right next door, but I am still often happy with the high quality specialty products that I find here! I know they are a good place to buy sheetrock.

Ive been in hundreds of home improvement stores across the country and I have never been in 1 that treat their customers like family. This store is ran by the best bunch of guys and girls. Kirksville Missouri Home Depot should be the model store for Home Depot.

Has many items that you cant find at other places. I try to shop at smaller local stores as much as I can, but when they dont have what I need I will and often do visit this store.

It was nice, flower selection limited and past prime, but no real sales yet...it has been so hot that their $30 flowers ought to be $15.99 now...or more to choose from if full price!! Begonias, hibiscus, roses, Gerbers daisies, lantana and lavender...thats about it.

They took good care of me.

The best of the big box stores. It mainly depends on the manager and how well it is stocked. Ive used this store several times in the past month. The workers were very polite and helpful. They had everything I went in for, each time. Very happy with this store, just wish they had one closer to my home.

Came here after a nasty encounter with a rude employee at Menards. It was instantly a much nicer environment with friendly and helpful employees. Strongly recommend giving your business to Home Depot rather than Menards.

So they went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty, thanks again DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT FOR ANYTHING 7/5/20 a good 2 1/2 hrs for help

Limited staff, even before covid-19, the ones who are helpful are over worked and under paid. If it wasnt one of the few places to buy supplies I wouldnt even walk in!Thankfully a wonderful lady by the name of Glenda works in there or this review would be a lot worse.

Thanks for all you are doing during these bizarro times. You all remain friendly & helpful and give us the freedom to choose whether or not to wear a mask. Keep on!

A nice shopping trip. Social distancing but yet excellent staff assistance!

My visit was 6/6/2020 at the Kirksville, MO store. There were no sanitizer wipes to wipe the carts down just a mounted foam hand sanitizer dispenser. I told the clerks at the customer service desk they where out and they said they were not putting them out anymore because customers take them. My suggestion was to keep the wipes at the customer service counter with a sign where the wipes should be telling customers to ask for one. They said nothing not even thank you we will pass that on to our manger. Folks we are in a pandemic have some common decency and care for others. I will not be spending money in this store.

I had a very weird request and this smaller Home Depot store didnt offer pallet jack rentals. However, after explaining my situation to Manager Dwayne, he was more than helpful! Not only did he get me exactly what I needed, he did it for a better price than the other big box Home Depot stores. I honestly have never had a more pleasant and helpful experience with a big box store in my life. I dont live close to this store, but if I did, I would give them all my business. Dwayne is an extremely helpful manager, thank you sir!

The best customer service at a HD in quite some time.

Not one employee helped My husband load 6 -10ft 4x4 post and 6 - 80 pound bags on concrete mix. The man at the front just told him where he would fine the post and concrete mix.That doesnt appear to be good customer service.

Staff acted like they didnt care or wanted to help, they thought joking with there co-workers were more important then helping i asked a lady one time about where something is and she said its over by there the plumbing stuff is ask her if she could show me and said that not my job and there are people in the alie to help find things and there worst then the cashiers same question and guy said well if is a plumbing piece its over there with plumbing and funny part we were looking for nobs for our cabinets and called the store and asked if they had anything and the lady said um i think but not sure so guess she looked and came back on the phone and said no and hung upWILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS STORE!

If they offer you a 11% rebate, DONT BELIEVE IT! They send you a gift card for it, not a cash back, so you have to spend it in store. Wouldnt have been quite so bad, but they arent up front with that beforehand. Other than that, the product was fine. The other thing I dont like is if you look for a second at anything workers swarm you wanting to help you and sometimes I just would like to browse. I prefer not to shop there bc of that

The assistant store manager, Mike, went way above and beyond to help me. He stayed three and a half hours after his time that he was supposed to leave work to help me build the perfect kitchen. He was patient, kind, and showed appreciation for our military family. He truly cares. He really helped us to appreciate Home Depot again after our horrible experience at the location here in Fayetteville, NC. If youre looking for Mike, hes the gray haired gentleman who looks like Jethro Gibbs from NCIS. LOL Thank you again for all of your help Mike!

This Home Depot has a great selection of products. We have been in this store for a variety of items and they usually have what we are looking for. Ive picked up anything from Dewalt tools, table legs, varnish, and a house plant.

Typical home improvement store, starts out great with terrific service and a year later you have to hunt for help.

I was treated very nicely by the young woman at the service desk and had no problems returning merchandise. Then I went to paint Dept. No employees could be found. Three others were waiting so I left and purchased paint next door at Menards.

Sad that people write reviews based on hearsay and not on true service. We just bought a fridge and stove in the appliance department, and Charmaine did a AMAZING job!!! She should get a raise, just sayin!We also bought some other items and took those to the front register, and the lady there (I forget her name) was adorable! We had someone asking us if they could help us every twenty or thirty minutes! Clean store, Bathrooms were clean, the service impeccable. I will be back for my stainless steel dishwasher in the next month or so! :)

We went to get some 2 inch foam. We walked around looking at it and there was nobody to help us. I looked on the other side and there were to employees leaning against lumber visiting. I asked if they were working or visiting. I was told that they didnt know anyone was there. We had just driven past them then got out of truck and was looking around. When they came to see what we wanted they acted like they didnt want to get it. They said it would take them a while to get it. It is not the housing business that is causing them to do so badly it is the store itself. So off to Moberly to get what we needed.

It sucked !! Two guys in tools didnt KNOW tools wanted a power drywall sander they had a few months ago but they didnt have a clue !! Wasnt where it used to be . They were more interested in this cell phones . I left mad . Poor help.

I am literally just walked out of home depot after walking up and down aisles very slowly looking for the items i came to purchase. We passes 3 sales people by holiday decorations and more down the center sisles and 7 in the small tools area and 1 in the door department. Out of all those people only the gentleman in doors greeted us....to be specific the girl in customer service who was helping someone did say hi but after thst only the gentleman in doors said anything. Not a single other person greeted us or asked if we needed help. After walking all the way around the store no one said another word until i got to exit door and a young lady made a comment about us not finding anything.....i should have told her i would have if one single person had made the effort to ask if we needed help. Normally i am happy at home depot, but to have that many people around the store and not one asks if they can help us....well just annoys me
