I want to express my sincere gratitude toward H & R Automotive for their customer service & walk-in responsiveness. I was on my way to my mechanic and they were closed so I stopped at HRA due to time sensitivity. Prices are very reasonable, staff is professional and attentive.An additional car emergency happened to me just a couple days after getting my car repaired and they accepted my walk in, again, and fixed it on the spot with no additional charge.I always dreaded the mechanic experience, I plan to go back to them.Thank you H & R Automotive team

The first time I went I was in and out in no time. Professional and great customer service, no complaints. This time I went there for an oil change and to rotate tires, Rohan saw my brake pads needed to be changed and told me right away and asked if I wanted them fixed at that moment which was very helpful. Highly recommend, happy with everything :)

Had very bad experience they sent my truck to someone to fix my transmission zand by the time I drove from Kissimmee to winter park and all the transmission fluid. Leaked out from actual transmission refused to honor their work very schotty job will never take my truck there plus my truck was there for 2 weeks freakin rip offs for sure these other peopleI dont know about but they messed my truck up royally thanks guys you really suck

Last week after the Memorial day weekend my truck developed a weird noise . I asked my sister about her Mechanics. She suggested HR automotive .I always take my truck to the dealership but is way to expensive this days.The team of HR was quick to identify the problem. They gave me a reasonable quote 50 % less than the dealership.By 4 PM they call me to inform me the truck was ready.Nice family business reliable, honest and on time with the job.Thanks to the entire staff for the professionalism and knowledge.Definitely will recommend this place to take care of your vehicle.Frank

Took my car to get repaired here many times and theyve never let me down. Amazing prices and reasonable. Ive also bought a vehicle here and had it for a few years, and never, not once gave me any issues.

These guys got me fixed and out the door in 15 minute stopped in with two bent rims on my trailer I had a spare tire with no rim they sold me a rim swapped a tire and got me back in the road for a great deal Id come back for sure

Excellent service. I have a difficult car to work on and H&R did a very satisfying job and guaranteed my new air compressor job for a year where other place would probably do 90 days.

I have always a great experience coming here! Hayman and Rohan (fatherand son) always go the extra mile to make sure my car has what it needs. I love that i dont have to waste my entire day at the mechanic shop, i drop my car off and the owners son gave me a ride to the loop so that i can do a little shopping and he came back and picked me up! They are so thoughtful! I highly recommend everyone to check them out. They are reliable and affordable and most of all FRIENDLY!!

Definitely the best experience I’ve had! Owner, Hayman, and his son are truly amazing! Needed both our Altima and NV500 to be serviced and they were able to get everything done within no time and for a great price! And the best part, because I work long hours and couldn’t make it in myself to pick up one car, the owner and his son, Rohan, kindly brought my car all the way to our home. I couldn’t believe they were willing to do this for us. They are Genuinely honest people that provide outstanding service and go out of their way for their customers. Would recommend to anyone!
