For the love of coffee? Yes but more so for the love of great service ! The staff are friendly and you can tell they like working with their team because they’re always complimenting and joking with each other. It’s a delightful experience to get grab coffee from this location :)

Weve gotten cold brews at a lot of locations. Maybe 40 in the last year. This one makes them the best. Full pumps and they shake as they fill with coffee so it mixes. Tastes the best of anywhere. Always a pleasure talking to the staff. Def our favorite location.

You can feel the great energy when you walk into this particular Starbucks. The Manager is awesome.

I have visited this location 3-5 times at different times and this location NEVER has raw sugar available. Not even the regular sugar. I try to give locations the benefit of the doubt but this will be the last time I try…I gave them 2 stars because their associates are super friendly but the lack of supplies affected the rating.

Friendly and efficient staff however, the line was around the block. Great to be popular, staff for sales tho!

Customer service is ALWAYS on point. The ladies (and gents) that work here are always kind, accommodating, and lively. They often give my husband coffee for serving in the Army, which is more appreciated at 6 am than one can hope for. The one time our order was wrong, I wasnt asked to pull ahead or wait. They quickly remade my order and made small talk at the window until they finished. Great team of people working here!

The staff at this location is impeccable!I drink at Starbucks often, but my husband has probably been once in his entire life. The barista was so patient and kind with him while making his decision on what to try! Will definitely visit again on our next trip.

I picked up a mobile order and just wanted to get a cup of ice and water. Told me I have to registers and the other workers seemed really confused that she wanted it to be it rung up even though it was free. I have been to probably over 200 Starbucks locations and never had to get rung up for a free cup of water and ice. Just was weird and little agverating

Drive-thru only had a couple cars ahead of me, went fast. Server was real nice. Easy to get in and out from main road.

Rip off for tourists because they claim to be within Disney vicinity. This is cowtown Kissimmee. Lines are always long, staff is rude, and they’re always closed. Never have coffee made and make you wait 30 minutes for brews.

Unfortunately, this is my first bad experience in Starbucks; I ask for my order and was deliver wrong; when I trying to corrected, was worse; I do a second pay for a regular or grande coffee; the girls give me something like dirty dark water; discost.What I noted was, that the associates dont give attention to the walk ins; I see one of then texting and answering text; please, thats not Starbucks atmosphere.

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, and the brand is strong in almost all of them. This location is no exception. With incredible service, a great team, and excellent accuracy on order completion, I really love visiting this particular location!My usual visit is in the morning, where I order for my wife, a green tea lemonade, and my own cafe misto. Always delicious!

Best Starbucks by Far, Im from LA and live in Miami now but this Starbucks staff was great. Leaving this note on my bacon gouda wrap (have a gouda day :) ). When in Orlando this is the Starbucks to come to.

I’ve been coming to this store for years! They make great drinks here and the employees are super friendly. It’s disheartening that some customers could be so cruel to service workers for things out of their control, especially in the middle of this pandemic! I wish people could be kinder to the baristas and understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter! Keep up the great work Osceola! You guys are the soul of the company!

So I went to Starbucks. The drive thru line was long so I thought ok Ill go inside. Well they are closed on the weekend, turns out they donthave enough people to work. Totally get it.

This location says they open @ 5am but the employees don’t start taking orders until a little after 6. NYE hours on the door also said 5am. I tried to wave down the employee but they were too busy talking. I wouldn’t be so concerned about it but it happens very often depending on who’s working. Used to love this location but they’re not reliable.

Stood there to order and eventually walked out. They didn’t notice me because they never looked up, so I gladly left this awful place.Why so many people go to Starbucks is mind boggling to me. Sheep is suppose.I was next door so I hesitantly tried them. No more.

I cant believe that its 50 degrees outside and this location is forcing people to sit outside. You guys need to update your info to reflect that you are not accepting dine in. If I would have seen that listed, then I would not have driven out of my way to come here. All other cafes including other Starbucks locations are allowing consumers to sit inside while they eat. I purposely drove out of my way to visit this location because it was my favorite. I am very disappointed about this.

Ordered a Very Berry Hibiscus drink, no ice, add lemonade. It seemed to me that theyre getting away with giving you less for your money. Look at the picture. Self explanatory. Prices go up and you get less. Also, the ladies restroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. Told the cashier about it and she gave me clueless look. What kind of business are they running?

Sloooooow! I was in the drive through like for nearly 30 minutes, and they ran out of caramel, something I feel should never happen.

It was crazy busy when I went, the drive through was slammed with over 15 cars. So I went inside. The line wasnt bad but the drinks did take long. I ordered 4 fraps: The presentation of the drinks looked rushed. I was buying it as a gift for my mom and her coworkers. For just under 30.oo the drinks should look and taste great. Just saying ✌

**Drive thru review only**Located in the LOOP area, this Starbucks offered a drive thru and I had the munchkin in the car, so I was grateful for the ease of coffee refueling. The drive thru was easy to navigate and signage was clear on the entrance and exit.There were only two cars in front of me and it moved quickly. It was midday on a weekend, so it wasnt busy. So I visited this location Osceola park way on 2/11/2021 I was the 2nd to last customer went on the drive thru at 8:55pm which it was open while waiting on the line the closing supervisor sends out a worker at 9pm in front of my car to put 2 cones and says they’re closed ! I know for a fact this unexceptionable in the customer service field . I called as soon as the cones were placed and requested the store number . who ever they have as a supervisor on 2/11/21 needs to demoted because he doesn’t know what customer service is.

Waited a long time just to receive (essentially) an iced creamer instead of the iced hazelnut latte I actually ordered. By far the longest wait of all Starbucks I’ve been to and didn’t even receive a decently made drink.

Change the open and closed on the app it says open for indoor ordering it’s confusing .... every Sunday the lobby is closed to order..... Mobile order pick up with a barista at the door only .....

This location charges more than the average starbucks in surrounding locations. Im used to asking for capuccinos at different locations so i know how much they serve (about 50% coffee 50% foam) but here they literally served me a shot with about 70% foam and called it a cappucino. Cant complain about the customer service.

It was 8:59 worker Ryed was already with the two cones up and his excuse was that they were already backed up, which is a lie cause starbucks is always back up. I even showed him my cell with the time and he refused service

Says that closes at 9, doors were closed at 7, no dine in even though everything else has dine in now.

Last time I was here I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line to hear that they closed 30 minutes earlier than the posted time and would not make my drink. Today they have no sign saying that the inside dining area is still closed so when i preordered my drink the barista rudely motioned to me to go to the drive thruAfter waiting 24 minutes from entering the drive thru line, my drink was made incorrectly. Needless to say I will not return

Always delicious!! My all time fave during Winter its the Mocha Peppermint Frappuccino but I switch it a bit by choosing white Mocha sauce. Wish they offered SF peppermint and SF Pumpkin Spice 😕😔

Good drinks but they usually take a bit longer than other locations. Dont go through the drive through, for me, it always takes longer.

I love this location because it is one of the only nearby Starbucks that is open late! These guys stay open till 11:30pm. The staff here is already friendly. The store is generally clean, and it is also larger (more seating) than other Starbucks nearby. They also have a drive through.Aside from that... Its a Starbucks! I like the drinks. Slowly coming around to their nitro cold brew. I usually dont get anything to eat there, so I cant comment on that.
