Good prices and good deals of gifts for the family back at home, staff were nice and provided a good experience, and werent pushy at all. We got plenty of stuff for reasonable prices. Oh yeah and the gator in the front is pretty awesome.

I was there with my kids to get some souvenirs. I had a great experience. The store was super clean. Saima was super nice and helpful. She showed us the things we were looking for. Great customer service was provided by her. My kids made her nuts but she always had a smile on her face while assisting us. I will sure suggest family and friends to visit this store. Nice selection. Many of these stores are the same, but this one was clean, organized and friendly. Great place for Disney memorabilia, including, shirts, collectible pins, and even figurines. We loved it and think you will too.

The guy that was ringing us up had already took ago it 15-20 minutes to get mine and my husbands stuff. Then my oldest daughter put her stuff on the counters after us and it took him 30 minutes and hes still not done. Were on the car waiting on her while the lady that works there to had to come and help out. She got 3 different families out before we left out of the store and my 2 kids are still in the freaking line.

Beautiful, clean, and awesome varieties of items from suitcases to towels to clothing, jewelry, etc. Dont pass up this awesome place!

They have a lot of cute gifts that are not pricey. Saima was really nice and friendly, she kindly helped us checking every single item we purchased to make sure everything was alright while making us feel at home, were so happy we met her.

Lots of stuff and cheaper prices. One side of the store for Disney and the other for general Orlando Florida souvenirs. The back wall has items for Harry Potter as well. Lots of Disney family shirts. Luggage, beach towels and accessories, sweatshirts, PJs and even grow your own palm trees are sold here. Apperal is mostly of Mickey and Minnie but a few other characters as well.

Stopped here on a whim the other day and was impressed with the selections and the customer service. Everything Disney is here! Clean and neat property. Face masks are a must to enter and shop. Try this place first and if you cant find it here... Prices are very reasonable too.

We were in town from Ohio and we justLoved all the options to chooseFrom . We enlisted assistance a coupleTimes from employees and I must say Saima was so awesome and so kind to us she was very sweet and helpful with all our questions and at checkout. Such a nice gift shop! Saima was great and incredibly helpful. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else close by and they had a nice selection of clothes and items for all ages.

Saimr was so great tonight! We walked around the store for about 45 mins deciding on items and she was helpful without being intrusive. She helped with a few selections, let us know about sales, and even gave us each a free shirt after we purchased many items. The prices were great, the exact same items are in the parks for DOUBLE if not triple! Would love to go back on our next trip.

I’m visiting from California and after shopping around many gift shops, Dream World gift shop is the best of them all. Saima has expertise customer service and made me feel welcome. The Selection of gift products was extensive.They only offer Disney items. Universal studios prohibits third party dealers.The store is well lighted and clean.Staff was courteous and polite.Definitely will come again and will recommend to others.

The employees where as nice as the souvenirs they were selling we were in the store 4 adults and 3 children moving fast needing to catch our flight back toSt.louis Missouri the staff was very friendly and helpful I felt they should not go unnoticed, these five stars go to; Siham,Sandy,and last but certainly not least Carley.

I have been coming up to Disney since the 70s and have been through any of different gift shop in the area. Yes I bought things at Disney as well, because you are trapped and in the monet. I usually and most aways stay on Disney property, but this time we had a group of seven people and found a nice condo with 3 bedroom on 1-92. My wife and I went out this morning in search of some Disney t-shirts and gifts and came across Dream World Gift Shop and 1-92 about one mile from our resort. Driving up on it we didnt have big expetattions because we all know they are very disorganized and usually have a strong smell about them. That all change in a instant after walking through the front door we felt that we were in a nice department store. The selection of merchandise was great and very well presented and most organized then I have ever seen in a gift shop on 1-92 anytime. I meet a staff member and then the store manger to tell them about our expericnce and found that she drives over 45 minutes to work each day only because she loves her job and that she does well. Her employees deserve a compliment as well and store store work as one well oil machine and have respect for one and other, but no one comes before there GUESTS!!! You have to go visit this gift shop!! Mr. Gary Catronio from south Florida.

If I could give it a ZERO star I would. Guy worker was rude and had an attitude during our shopping experience... and rushed my family out because they where going to close after I spent $200!!! Dont bother and go to the other gift shops!
