My first visit to this simple, small, side by side market/restaurant. There werent any customers when we came in on a Monday afternoon. Most of the market side appeared to be storage but it was not dirty.We wanted to buy meat. The only choices seemed to be chicken and ground beef. We were hoping for goat too. We settled for chicken that was cut up as requested. They would remove the skin for a couple of extra dollars. We also bought a package of pita bread from a box on the floor that seemed to freshly made.Then we ordered Quarter Chicken Leg and Lamb Shank from the restaurant to take home. Both had yellow rice that was better seasoned and tastier than the meat. However the meat was fresh and cooked nicely. It was not dry at all.We enjoyed the food and plan to go back again to try something else. However we will look for another halel market that sells more variety of meat and fish.

Just left GOOD FOOD and what can I say being from NY I knew GOOD gyro is hard to find but not anymore GOOD FOOD has the GOODS! The portions are unreal believe me when you see the pic! There is also a small market, for your shopping needs. The owner is a sweet guy, so make sure you let him know what you think!

The food was good but the service could use a lot of work. I was given a hotel bell to ring if I needed the server, who was the only person in the place. I was also told that I had to go get my own plastic wear and napkins.Good food and large portions. One dish could serve two people.

Egyptian food. Food was ok. Owners are really nice. Quiet place to eat on a corner of their market. The lamb stew meat was perfectly cooked, very soft and you dont need a knife.

Freezer Puff bread is good to make at home, potato sambusas by the register- yum! Great prices on fresh herbs. Ring of Sesame Bread was stale and not a good texture or flavor. The soft flat bread (pull apart?) with black seeds was so good! Lots of great variety on sauces and spices. A good butcher too!

We came here with my my 4yo and 8yo and they absolutely loved it. We were staying at the Best Western across the way and needed something quick, easy and local. This place was amazing. My kids cant stop talking about it. It definitely wont appease your visual senses as it isnt a fancy place but the food and portions are well worth a visit.

Excellent service from the owner. You will find here all the Halal ingredient you need and they have a good choice of fast halal food. Their halal sausages (Merguez) are a must try. Their variety of food fulfills all the tastes from Easter Mediterranean, Gulf, North Africa all the way to Indian subcontinent... you can find all the ingredients you need. I’ve always been a huge fan of Turkish Halal. This place is Egyptian Halal and Shawarma. It’s a nice change. The chicken and rice is amazing as you can see!! So much level flavor. Was amazing. Service and price is good too. Definitely recommend

My first time going to this was last year was by luck. We came in not knowing what to expect we ordered our food while the food was being prepared the owner came by and introduced himself to us, I have to say hes a great guy and and after the food was served we couldnt believe the food portions we had so much left overs and how good it tasted .went back agian this year same service, same food. I do recommend this place to anyone that is a looking for a good clean meal at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work guys. We will be seeing you agian next year, if got is willing

Decided to try it today. Its located inside the food market. Simple seating and atmosphere but the hospitality was excellent as well as the food. Decided to try the beef and rice with a Greek salad on the side. My wife and I shared the food and took left overs home and had it reheated for dinner. Good value for sure. Im going to go back try some of the other dishes.

So far Ive eaten 3 times at this restaurant. The food is clean and amazing, the prices are great, the owner is nice. We had the Shawarma, the half chicken and the sea food platter. We loved all of them, the portions are generous so you will have lots of left over. We will miss this place once we go back to Canada.

A small restaurant inside an international food store, run by a husband and wife team, with great food and friendly service. Portions are huge, prices are very reasonable, and the food is fresh and well-prepared. Entrees are big enough to serve two or three people. The menu is a mix of Middle Eastern dishes (with an Egyptian emphasis), American options, and fish (grilled). The lamb shank is EXCELLENT, and the seasoned rice that accompanies many of the dishes is DELICIOUS.

Our visit to Orlando was overall exciting and fun. While we were there, we stopped by Good food Halal market in Kissimmee. The food is delicious, the staff are super friendly, the overall quality is excellent, and the location is remarkable. If you eat at Good Food, you won’t help but go back for another meal.

Went for the 1st with my family and it was pretty bad... they didnt ask about drinks at all, the food was subpar at best. I ordered the steak sandwich and literally all I got was 2 cuts of thin steak on a thick hard bread... thats it, no sauce, onion, lettuce or anything.

Had Gyro sandwich which was basically gyro cold cut microwaved and served in uncooked Indian naan bread which is $2 for pack of 10 in any Indian store.The bread was not toasted and it smelled.Soft drinks are over priced at $2 a can.Pay %10 percent more and eat in a better place with atmosphere.They try hard to make you happy running between cash register on the grocery section side and make shift restaurant.First and last time I go there.

Good middle eastern food. The quantity is more than enough for one person. They are very generous with their portions. Quality is great also as nothing tasted bad. Considering that it is very close to Disney the price for each dish is very reasonable. Most of the other places around that area are very expensive. We ordered the beef shawarma [$10.99] and half chicken platter [$9.99]. Must visit if you are staying close to Disney or just in general.

The name is Good Food and it is really Good Food. Good ingredients,very well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Nancy, the hostess is so professional,so friendly and so knowledgeable with this Egyptian magical smile. It is a pleasure to dine their. The only challenge is this; you cannot finish the portion they serve you.

This place may not satisfy some of the standard restaurants settings. But the food offered here is awesome and tasty. The owner is very nice and helpful. Id go back there again and again.

I loved this little shop. It was a little different then most restaurants because there is a little store inside too. I had the gyro and it was very fresh and delicious. The portion size was huge and had to take the rest to go.

I purchased fish & rice from good food. The rice was not cooked well the fish was tasteless and not cooked well. The food was horrible I called and I complained about the food they were so rude. I gave them the food back and asked for refund the owner actually told me I’ll traspass you from coming to my store. I don’t know how he is running this business. It is a nice store for halal meat and middle eastern food items. It has a restaurant, the food of which is delicious. The store is quite big, and has a home-like feeling.

Escape the chains and hotel restaurants! The shrimp and rice was spectacular, the hummus and falafel perfect, and we fought over the last bites of the chicken schwarma. Dont expect much atmosphere; its just a few tables in a store in a strip mall, with plastic utensils and food served on disposable aluminum platters. But the service is as welcoming, the food delicious and hearty, and the prices incredibly reasonable.

Before I write for the food, let me write few words for the people managing the outlet. It seems to me like a family is involved in running the daily business. They greet you with a warm smile, introduce the menu and leave you for a while. They dont stress to place the order. You call them with a ring and they attend you. Its a small outlet, opposite to Walmart, with 4/5 tables, the atmosphere is very peaceful, they have a big grocery that sells halal products next door.Food Variety is limited, which is fine for me, as long as Halal food is served. They have Fish, Chicken, Mutton and other Snacks, fast food of same types. We tried Rice with Grilled Chicken which was amazing. Sufficient for two if we take extra rice. We also tried Chicken Shawarna which was OK, could have been great if the same portion was made into two Sandwiches with Added Salad and Pickles to add spice and tinge.Everything served was fresh and tasty. Price is appropriate.When I was checking out, my kids were at the gifts, souvenir counters and the owner generously offered each to take one of any choice, when he realized we are visitors. Very kind of him to add that personal touch.Later I came back again to buy 4 water bottles and the cost of the loose bottles was three times more than those offered in bulk qty. The kind lady asked me to take more water bottles and applied the discounted rate of wholesale. Again these family is not doing business, they are serving customer happiness. I have visited them twice in my short tour only because I was confident Im served halal food, because the outlet understands what Halal means.
