I love coming to this Publix. It gives me the same comfort feeling of Jewels grocery store in Montgomery Illinois. Employees are helpful and nice....I feel at home when I go there. A bit pricey but worth it...I love the Bakery section everything I tried there has been fresh and delicious. It has been a wonderful experience so far. I would definitely recommend this Publix by Bella Lago 😍 😋 ❤

I shop there everyday. Rarely have a problem.. the deli is a little slow but not bad at all.

Best grocery store ever! People say publix is expensive but you are paying for it to be not crowded, clean and friendly which you do not get any of at walmart. Also the meat quality is 110% better. Plus if you shop the buy one get ones and use the online coupons it evens out to Walmart prices so why wouldnt you shop here? Unless you are fond of dirty, dark, crowded places with rude employees.

I love this store the most even though there is a Publix closer to me I go to this one. This store is clean, well run, people that work there are all very sweet and nice which means a lot.I actually enjoy shopping at this Publix.

My wife and I love shopping at Publix at Village Shops at Bellalago. This is one of the best Publix I’ve known to shop at. The establishment is always super clean, employees are extremely courteous and the product are always aligned neatly and fresh! Super great job to the employees and management for their efforts!

This Publix was just as clean, organized and stocked as a other Publix. We were on the way to a friends house and wanted to pick up some subs. As we stood waiting for approximately thirty minutes, we watched as people waited for the deli, the hot serve party of the deli, and we watched the lady making the subs do so at a seriously SLOW pace. By the time we got up there we found she was very nice. But the people in front of and behind us lost their patience. When asked, no one behind the counters would call for help. of us. Just beware.

This is my 2nd time ever shopping at a Publix. One of the employees asked me how he could help. We were looking for the gluten free food section. The gentleman pointed out to me that the products were located all throughout the store in the appropriate section, and that there was a circular gluten free logo on each price tag for the corresponding items. Whoever came up with that idea should be commended! It made shopping for a family member with allergies so much easier.The store is nicely kept. I saw more than one employee restocking the shelves and pulling the items forward (it was called facing when I worked at Shoprite several years ago). The gentleman in the deli section was polite, as was our cashier and the lady who helped us bag our large order. Thank you Publix, we will be back.

Publix has always been a great store to grocery shop, people are always helpful, they greet you when you walk in. The store is always clean and well stocked.

We love buying at Publix not only because of the friendly associates and the organizational setting but for the most part because of the quality and fresh products from the deli, bakery, produce, and meets. In my neighborhood, there are others supermarket options that compete in price but in quality, there is a big difference, and that is why we choose Publix. However, during this past year, we all have experienced the struggle due to the pandemic situation, even though an associate is sanitizing the shopping carts, I have not seen any of the associates sanitizing the register are after the customers. And that is the improvement we need for the community.

This location is usually very busy, especially the deli. It is like the usual Publix atmosphere, very clean and courteous employees.

What a great Publix store with the nicest and helpful personnel. Items displayed so inviting and all items well stocked. Could not believe that when at checkout was asked if we found everything. When I mentioned an item I could not find the bagger went and found it for me ! Than you.

I stop to this location sometimes before going home. This is by far my least favorite! The staff is never friendly from the deli to the cashier all the way to the customer service person. On 3 diffrent occasions neither were pleasant. The strangers in the store were better than the staff! I wish i would have taken the names of all 3 workers which was all over color. Its a shame when your of the same color and cant get no respect as a person let alone a simple customer. I will come back

Publix bakery is my go to for birthday cakes. A couple days ago I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and was not pleased. I mean, you tell me.There is no green ( I bought decorations using the cakes color scheme), no orange candle light ( notice how the yellow candle just blends in to the candle light) and the candles are completely off in size, color and order.The cake tasted delicious. It just would have been nice to get the cake I ordered as seen on the picture.For the price, I was expecting better.

Bought their mixed fried chicken today..always great in the past. Today it had the appearance of 3 days old and tasted like it was, and whats worse, the workers knew it and still sold it anyway. Terrible, Terrible!!!

The staff is pleasant and helpful, but its not like it used to be because of all the development going on in the community, shelves are not stocked as before. We usually travel to another Publix to get what we are shopping for.

I visit this Publix almost every day. Nobody greets you upon entering. Nobody acknowledges you when you are in line at the service desk. The cashiers on regular registers are always wrapped up in personal conversations with the bagger. Very poor customer service. It is close to my house and its in a very convenient location. Love the bogos and the products. But the service is awful.
