Bad customer service, cheating on the price tag and Charging you additional fees without letting you know in advance and when you complain, they say because of not using cash.Is not everybody who carries cash. They should have a machine for credit and debit card holders.Very obsett when living from there.

Decent selection of hair and products sales lady was real nice and helpful

I got a new foster girl with biracial hair a couple days ago and was absolutely clueless on how to do her hair. I walked in and was offered help right away and they got me in the same day. They made my girl feel so special, she cant stop talking about her amazing braids with purple extensions. They even took me to the beauty suppply store, next door, to get me the right cap for her. Im bringing all my kiddos I get here from now on❤

Smaller selection however they have good quality products. If there is something you need that they do not have, they are willing to order it. Customer service is great, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. The store is clean and everything is neatly placed.

The have the best prices for African American hair products.Princess Beauty Supply has a huge variety of combs and brushes.My youngest son likes their shampoo and conditioner Products.

There is road Construction going 2 this shop. So it is hard to get 2. Also I found the products a little to much for a little shop. I could get better deals at Sallys beauty.
