I emailed them on a Thursday about a pontoon. They emailed me back with pricing and options. Talked to Bob on the phone the next day, a great guy. He emailed me the purchase order within 10 min after answering all of my questions, this was a Saturday. They are closed on Mondays, but, Tuesday around 2 PM he said the boat was ready. I am headed down tomorrow to pick it up. This was really really simple. After being a Car dealer for 15 years, here’s a little advice: ask for the best price, if you like the boat and you like the price, give a verbal agreement and request an email with the numbers broken down, if it is what was verbally agreed upon, give a deposit and go get your boat, also...have fun. I’ll definitely come back here to buy my next boat. Remember, they HAVE to make a profit. We all have bills to pay.
I have never had better customer service from any dealership. Zach and the owner Scott are willing to go the extra mile to help you when you have issues. Many dealers are transactional and the back end support is lacking, but I would say the back end support after any purchase is where Premier sets themselves apart. I didn’t even purchase my boat from them and also don’t own a brand they sell, but they were still willing to go out of their way to help me get back on the water on a holiday weekend at that! Love these guys!
I took my boat to Premier for regularly scheduled service on February 24, 2021. While they estimated a one-week turnaround, it was seven weeks before the boat was even inspected. Two more weeks passed before I decided to pick up the vessel, ready or not, on April 29. This alone wouldnt have warranted a review, but the encounter became stranger from there...The service tech was angry and aggressive from the moment he appeared, and became downright scary as the 4-minute conversation continued. I have never encountered anything like it.Upon getting home with the boat, I discovered that the prop and hardware were missing, which required returning to the dealer to pick up. Now Ive received word from the certified Yamaha Dealer who is finishing the work that a water pump, which Premier was to inspect, is missing. Ill buy a new pump rather than ever darken the doors of this dealer again.Ive owned a dozen boats over the past 35 years, dealt with dealers around the country and well-understand the challenges of boat ownership. This was the strangest, most frustrating and bizarrely aggressive experience Ive encountered with any customer service exchange. I wouldnt buy a paddle from these folks, no matter how far up the creek I was stuck!
Salesman was hardly ever around, slow returning calls and evidently had a home in mind for the boat. Tried to get financing on 2nd boat since first was sold out from under me trying to reach Scott! Spent hours filing form waited days for reply, kept calling for someone knowledgeable. Lost 2nd boat! After 2weeks and several trips across the county I spent 15 minutes at my bank and approved
Loved our sales process. However our first service experience with warranty was a nightmare. Had our vessel for over 6 months. Not sure if Ill continue to take mine there.

Bought a used boat from here early this season. Worst mistake I could make. Im sure all there new off the show room floor boats are great. Would highly recommend not ever buying anything used from this dealer. Sold me a 18.5 ft boat, it leaked oil, leaked water into the transom, mechanical fuel pump went out on our third time using the boat. When I called premier to ask if they sold parts for the boat they sold us they told me we dont deal in mecruiser or thier parts well if thats the case why did you sell a used boat with a mecruiser. Not to mention when buying the boat I had to go find my own trailer for itAll the way around, do your research these people are far from my first pick for a boat. Customer service is 0 star. My opinion is look around on letgo, Craigslist, or even other marine sales in the area. Worst experience I could possibly have here... 0 stars of it was possible.

He took all the time to answer all of my one million questions, no matter how small or silly.the on water delivery was an amazing touch of next level service. Purchased a new Moomba Max from Premier. Had a couple glitches to start (one recall) but they fixed everything and have been great to call in for general help. Zach came out to go over the boat with me and I also bugged Chaz several times on various things - both have been awesome!
Just found them and they are great people to work with. Storing my boat there also now. Honest upfront people and very friendly. Glad I saw them off the side of the interstate.
This place is great. They are extremely professional, yet laid back, down to earth, and friendly. Its easy to build rapport with your mechanic and Deliah (whom I assume is the service office manager), which makes the whole process pleasant. Never a problem finding Chaz (my particular mechanic) and hes always happy to talk to me about my boat, whats going on, etc.. Ive dealt with some irritating, incompetent mechanics in the past and am thrilled to have found this place.

Nobody answers the phone only voice mails every time I call, this is no way to run a place especially service which I left 3 msg over 4 hour time period. Went elsewhere to get my parts. Sorry but thats messed up

We stopped by, and the owner acted like he wasn’t the least bit interested in selling a boat. We will be buying a boat from somewhere within the next week or two...but it won’t be from Premier.
