I had Moses Marine work on my Yamaha F150 for a warranty issue this past spring and they had the boat for 3 months and then when I got it back was missing parts and had stripped bolts. I just discovered today when servicing my fuel filters that they put a 115hp fuel water separator on my 150hp. Do not buy anything and do not let them work on anything. Horrible experienceMORE INFO: 09/10/20 I have been called by both dealerships and asked to remove this negative review. Only excuses as resolutions. Blame the customer kinda dealerships!

I’m absolutely grateful that they were able to help me out in a pinch. I drove 11 hrs to fish Chickamaunga and my trolling motor crapped out on me. The guys at Moses had me come in 1st thing in the morning so they could see what can be done to get me back on the water. Few hrs later and my boat was ready. They are absolutely top notch and everyone from the manager to the tech staff were awesome. I highly recommend them for boat purchase, repair and anything else boat related you might need.

You may have a different experience but here is mine - Called up Moses for my Crownline 220LS needing a throttle arm. I have all of the hull and motor information, Bob was very adamant and quite rude about not being able to order any parts for my boat without me physically bringing in my boat to their service department. I was told that Crownline couldnt even tell me what throttle they used.Very rude and ignorant when it comes to parts and service. I called Black Label Marina IN FLORIDA!!!!! and they were able to order me all I needed for my boat with the info I had! I reached out to the owner of Moses Watersports and have yet to hear back....Dont worry, we wont bother you again. Oh by the way, thanks BOB!!! you gained Black Label Marina a new customer!

This experience was great. Dustin Burke worked with me through my crazy scheduling/rescheduling of our demo day. The demo day was wonderful. We took the boat out, the whole family got time to surf, ask questions, drive the boat, and explore everything about the boat. Dustin was patient, engaged my children well and answered their questions, and addressed questions that me and my wife ask. We never felt rushed or pressured to make any decision. He sit there while we as a family discussed if we wanted the boat. After we told him we would take the boat home he got right to work making this dream possible. He contacted our loan officer and had her start the process before we even got back to the dealership. This had to be the smoothest buying experience I have ever had from a dealership. Moses Watersports has shown great appreciation as we are a repeat customer and this is our second new boat purchase. Their gratitude and sincerity of putting my family first will keep me as a customer for years to come.

From the first time we contacted Charleton to inquire about the boat we wanted to purchase to the day we took our boat home our experience with Moses Watersports was exceptional! We purchased a new 24 MXZ from Moses Watersports. We live in Dallas, Texas which is a 12 hour drive each way. (The dealerships in Dallas are not good to work with.) This dealership was amazing to work with. We picked out the boat presented our trade in and they worked us an amazing deal in less than 24 hours. All in after making the drive and back we were on our new boat in four days. Great no hassle dealership!

Moses Watersports was great for us! First time wakeboard boat. 2019 Axis T22. Traded up from a pontoon. Charlton helped us with all the knowledge and took us out on the lake to go over everything on the boat. Super easy process. No pressure in buying. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

He talked about the individual boats that they had and let me decide which one was best for me and my family. There was no pressure at all to get the baddest boat they had... I felt like we were just a couple of guys talking about watersports.Dustin, the manager, introduced himself through a follow up email. And as I went back to the showroom, this time with my family, again, we were treated well and never once felt pressured to buy anything. It felt like the guys really know their product lines from the Malibu to the Axis boats.We scheduled a demo... Fantastic service by Moses! We had a recall on our boat and our home base is Indiana but we boat in Tennessee. These guys were able to fit us in for the recall fix and get us taken care of within a reasonable time frame. Would highly recommend.

I was about to pull the trigger on a MC until I met Dustin the GM of moses water sports. All i can say is Im glad ABC did what they did. I bought a Malibu 23 LSV which is by far a better buy than the MC. However what pushed me over the Edge was the outstanding Customer service and the level of respect I received from Dustin. Moses had my boat for a little over 2 months just for sparks plugs, I guess it’s hard to get warranty work done. Bought the boat new and not even a month after purchase I had this issue and they have had my boat longer than I have since purchase. If I had known what I know now I would’ve directed my business elsewhere.

This is my go to dealer for all things BOAT from now on. Took a boat in for an intermittent mechanical problem (a gremlin of sorts) which their service tech diagnosed and resolved quickly and efficiently. The bill for service was very reasonable and fair. Highly recommend this new dealer to the Knoxville area.

Excellent sales staff, very elegant lineup of tasteful boats. Service department is the best around with inboard certified mechanics. Showroom is clean a a great assortment of wakeboards and surfboards.
