Awesome. Don, Mike, and the other mechanic are the best. Great service, polite, extremely knowledgeable. They have my business from here on out. Went out of the way to make sure our boat was ready. I cant thank them enough for thier kindness and what they did for us. Amazing people.

They are great folks. They moved to a new location. They can fix any kind of outboard issue and keep your boat working in great shape.

I had bought a used trailer and needed some paperwork to get a tag. Fox worked with the trailer manufacturer to get me the paperwork and even mailed it to me. This place went above and beyond for a person that wasnt even a customer. If they will go this far for a non customer I know they will have my business when I am.

I honestly dont understand all these poor reviews. They did everything perfectly with my gun. Excellent prices and the gun repairman really knew what he was doing. And so many reloading powders! Best selection Ive seen in a while!

The guy has some cool gun parts/accessories but he has most of it priced high. A lot of the items dont even have prices and the place is very disorganized.

I have been there on several occasions for some boat engine parts and the staff has been very accommodating, respectful and patient. They even went out of their way to find answers to my questions/issues. This is the place I go to for my boating needs.

First off I just want to say that out of all the places Ive been they have the best prices for both Gun and Boat supplies. I honestly enjoy someone taking their time with each individual customer instead of rushing to get me in and out of the store. And to all the people saying the service was poor I know for a fact that if you treat the old man with kindness and respect he does the same to you. Remember this is a family owned business, not a chain that has money to make repairs. I can guarantee you that if they cant fix your boat or gun, they will tell you and try and find someone who will. I do recommend calling to see if the gun repairman is in before you take your gun just because it helps him be ready for you and make sure he is there.

Im surprised this business is still open. Sign outside is all busted up, not to mention the place looks like your walking into a house of horrors. Sometimes these are diamonds in the ruff, but that is not so at this place. There were only two people working in the store the one I asked first had no clue,but was nice enough to direct me to the owner who was nothing but rude from the beginning. Ill take my business else where. I recommend all do the same

Decent prices on reloading components and thorough service... Decent amount of stock. They have some hard to find items on hand. Definitely a diamond in the rough. Only real negative thing I can say is it can take forever to get service sometimes. They arent real quick about getting you taken care of. They take their time with each individual instead of getting the in and out shoppers, in and out. Old man can be grumpy sometimes but hell cant we all?

These people will try anyway to help you I had a question about something on a boat motor and instead of just telling me they couldnt help me he went and ask the mechanic. Great people

This is the 4th time Ive had to bring my boat back to this place. Started off I just needed a water pump and a small plastic clip. Got it back the first time and it had lost power would not plane out. Brought it back and they said the carbs and the fuel line. Took it back out and it wouldnt start. Brought it back in and they said they would have to look at it after a day they said the prop was the wrong size so switched it out. Took it out today and it wont start and now it is stuck in reverse will not shift into neutral. I was happy at first but now I am extremely disappointed with them. I will be bringing it back for the last time either they fix it or I will be demanding they replace the motor. Every time they have it the boat gets progressively worse and Im beginning to think they need a new mechanic. Just my 2 cents. Over $650 spent and now I have no boat. Thanks Fox and Company hope you do the right thing and make it right.Update....... Brought the boat back and they have vowed to make things right. The people here are compassionate and at least they care about their customers. Can not say the same about most other companies. Based on this I have increased my rating of them for now. Still am upset with the quality of work I have received up to this point but at least they didnt refuse to help or continue to charge me which is rare nowadays. Its admirable that they took responsibility. Hopefully they will get it fixed and I will not need to bring it back another 4 times.

I called & spoke with the old Hateful man about a part for a gun.. I Live almost two hours away & wanted to check on the part before making that drive.. He was ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE AND HATEFULLEST PERSON Ive ever seen.. They need to learn how to appreciate peoples money & businesses... CLOSE THE DOORS ON THIS PLACE

Just got my boat there today

This place is a joke. I took my boat in May 23rd. I got it back June 23rd and a thousand dollars later . I finally got to take my boat to put it in the water on July 18th. I had to wait for my wife to have surgery and recover. That is why it took so long to put it in the water. Camping trip to Milton Hill July 18th -22nd. Put boat in water July 19th, got out to the middle of Lake, and had to paddle back to shore. I tried one more time the next day, I had to paddle back to shore again. Took the boat back to Fox and company on Monday July 23rd got it back today Friday August 3rd. They wanted to charge me for somethings that were supposed to be done the first time they had my boat. My boat should have been fixed the first time. I should not have had to take it back. So what I am saying is my boat is still not fixed, it still has the same thing wrong with it that I took it in for to have fixed and they have a 1000.00 dollars of my money. So if you go to this place, bend over and dont expect any ky. Your f##ked.and dont think that you will get good customer service they dont have any idea what that is.
