I went to this store for help with my Apple Watch. After going to Best Buy, Verizon, and the Apple store itself with no luck and no help…..this place was able to HELP me and quickly. Very fast and professional work! I couldnt get my phone to charge unless I held my cord at an angle. He spotted the problem in 2 seconds. IT WAS JUST DIRTY! He cleaned it out for me with no charge! Wouldnt recommend anyone else other than Andrew.

My Ipod is integral to my enjoyment of life, so when the left channel went out I was really concerned. But the top notch techs at ifixandrepair fixed a difficult problem and put my fears to rest. GREAT knowledgeable staff...very courteous and personable. 5 stars for these guys.

I recently had my phone screen replaced at iFix and the experience was by far the best I’ve had when it comes to cellphone repair. I brought in an Xbox controller for repair because a shop I previously had it repaired at only caused damage to the controller and repaired an analog stick drifting issue that was non-existent when I brought it in. But Anthony here a ifixandrepair did his best to clean up the issue and fix the problem. He was incredibly friendly and gave me wonderful service. I will be bringing all my repairing concerns to him from now on.

I was going to go to apple and have them fix it but I would have to wait an hour and a half to even get an appointment. I went here and they replaced my screen in 30 minutes. I always give these guys my business when I need work done on my phone and you should too. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

The best service I have ever had. I had a broke MacBook Pro and I took it to Apple. They told me it was just ruined and told me I needed to buy a new one. I did not have the money to buy a new computer, but That was Apples only solution. I happened to see this store walking through the mall. They were able to give me a great solution and allow me not spend $1,000 on a new computer, while still being able to use mine!! They did not even ask for a payment. INCREDIBLE!! I talked to Anthony and Andrew. I 10/10 recommend!!

My home button was rattling and after YouTubing to diagnose what the problem was, I went to their site, filled out an inquiry and one of them texted me back. They were super responsive and gave me great directions to get to their store inside West Town Mall. Both of them were friendly and knew exactly how to fix my phone.I would highly recommend going to them for any device issues rather than going out to buy a brand new one! Thank goodness for this shop in West Town mall! Apple store is closed but these young men and women came to the rescue. Went to this store to see if they can fix our Randy McNally gps because it was malfunctioning and they reseted and updated it and got it working easily. They were really friendly and professional and made sure we were satisfied and offered a lot of resolutions to the problem. They do all kinds of fixes, would highly recommend it for the price as well. If it’ll take some time they’ll give you a call whenever it’s ready so you can browse the mall meanwhile. Efficiency

I thought I had a broken charging port on my iPhone 8+. I called and was planning on a $75 repair to replace the port. When I arrived, it turns out a piece of pocket lint had gotten jammed in the port which prevented charging the phone. The guys at ifix didn’t charge me a dime, just asked that I write a review. They could’ve easily taken me for the $75 needless repair and I would not have had a clue the charging port was actually fine. I was impressed with their honesty and I’ll be back to see them for future needs.

Ive been in the shop twice with iPhone issues. On both occasions Anthony has been quick, curious and, most importantly, able to fix my problems. This was after visits to two other iPhone stores, including official outlets. Thumbs up to this place for great service!

I originally went in because I had gotten locked out of my IPhone and apple was closed. Andrew and Anthony were super busy when I first walked in and they were handling all the business very well. When I showed them my phone they went into detail as to how they were going to unlock it, which unfortunately resulted in them having to wipe my phone clean. When the phone powered back on they walked me through step by step on how to get everything back on my iPhone. I will definitely come back if I have any more problems.

I had a very positive experience with Caleb at iFixandRepair. While he could not help me with the repair of my MacBook screen, he talked with me a long while about my options and pointed me in the right direction. He was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me find the right equipment to use to back up my computer. Overall a positive experience, even if if couldn’t get the screen repaired there.

When I went to get the headphone jack to my phone replaced, I was serviced by Micah. He was friendly and helpful. Despite the fact that my phone was quite densely packed, he was able to get it replaced fairly quickly given the circumstances. Nevertheless, he gave me a discount due to time it ended up taking. I have gone to iFixandRepair multiple times for any problem I may have with my cellphones. The employees especially David is always ensuring the best customer care. Micah was amazing today and fixed what I thought was a complicated problem! He knew exactly how to get my iPhone 6S to start charging again. He trouble shooted the problem with a cord that shows the charge power and after 5 minutes I was on my way.

Observed numerous favorable ratings on Google about this business. We then had two phones repaired there in the same week and were completely satisfied. We interacted with the Manager and three technicians. They take pride in their work and are genuinely concerned about Customer Service. I ordered a speaker for my phone and the manager told me it would be a couple days. I had to pay a $100 in advance. Its been months and they refuse to refund my money. Absolutely positively stole my $! I dont understand how they have a high rating unless they sandbagged there reviews which makes sense, just look up most of there 5 star reviewers they only have ONE review and its this store! Very suspicious. Dont spend your money here because if you do and your not happy your out of luck and $.

It ended up being the motherboard, and they didn’t even charge me for their services today.I really appreciate these two awesome people for their assistance today!

Dave was extremely polite and professional - overall a gentleman willing to answer any questions. I had my screen repaired like new in 30 minutes whereas other stores would ask you to leave your phone overnight. The phone is like brand new and cleaned out much better than I could have done myself. Price is definitely reasonable for the excellent service. Definitely went for the discounted tempered glass and a new case. 10/10 would recommend, very pleased.

My teenage daughter and I were incredibly impressed and grateful for the fantastic service we received from Caleb on 9/29/2020. My daughter dropped her phone and it was barely functioning. She needed it for some school communications as well as work for an internship that week and was concerned something had been damaged that would require a lot of time and $$ to fix. We couldnt make it to iFix It until close enough to closing time that I figured there was no way wed have an answer, much less a solution, that evening.But Caleb was there, and he went above and beyond to identify the problem (for the most part it just needed a screen replacement) and then go ahead and handle the repair while we waited, voluntarily and without even asking us about the urgency of the repair. He immediately showed that 1) he could see what the issue was, 2) knew how to fix it, and 3) he cared.Its all too easy these days to find, and then complain about, poor service, or even ok service for that matter. I was so impressed by Calebs professionalism in fixing the problem with the iPhone, and his willingness to spend the time to go beyond what he may have been required to do. Imagine youre getting ready for a Moltres raid. Your phone is dying. You plug it up to your portable charger. No juice. Change chargers. No juice again. Go to change cords and find this is the issue! My Amazon Basics cord broke off in the port. I didnt have any tweezers on me and I see IFixandRepair - West Town Mall directly in front of me. I figured theyd let me borrow a tool so I could save some $. It looked easy enough. Well thankfully Dave let me borrow his tool but I couldnt get it out! It just wouldnt budge! He offered to help. At this point Im expecting to pay. He got it out. Cleaned both ports of debris. Cleaned the screen and let me get back to my raid without charging me anything. A business helping you for free is so rare these days that I wanted to share my experience. If you need phone, tablet, pc, or laptop repairs check them out!

Great work, accurate, efficient and inexpensive. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Literally a stones throw from the Apple store. Apple required I replace the slightly chipped glass on my 6s plus before I could get a battery replacement. They wanted a lot of $$$$. IFAR safely replaced my battery and that slight chipping didn’t get in the way. I was lucky. I feel like I got a new phone for cheap!!!

Everyone was really nice when we dropped off an iPad to have the screen fixed. We dropped it off on Sunday. They told us it would be a couple days. Well I called and it wasn’t ready on Tuesday. Then I called on Friday and Gabe said that it still wasn’t done because sometimes they get behind with other devices. So I am assuming that it isn’t first come, first serve.I decided to just go get my device because I needed it back and other places do it the same day. When I got there Gabe was UNABLE TO FIND MY DEVICE. I stood there with my two children as he looked. I called mall security after I watched him flip back and forth between two screens while he was “looking for my receipt”. Once mall security got there he found it pretty quickly. Not saying they weren’t going to give it back, I just think it’s probably not the best look to give someone back their device before it’s fixed.I won’t be back here. Very unprofessional.
