Theyve really redesigned the whole store for a better customer experience. Friendly staff and an upbeat atmosphere

The designated super store in the district from what Im told. New layout and stylish fixtures and floors were added during covid. If this store doesnt have it they can sometimes order it to be sent directly to your house depending on availability.

Great customer service! An employee from another location called for me to check if this one had a specific item I needed to replace after it was lost. Madi took the time to check and held it for me even though it was getting near closing. Madi is very professional, but so personable and patient, too. Im really grateful to her and the other stores employee.

Great place to buy new and use games. Plus sell your new and used games. They sell game stations and latest products for anime,hits series, shows, movies, etc. Clean, easy to locate, plenty of parking. Owners/employees are knowledgeable about new,lastest and old products. Very helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices, clean and wheelchair accessible.

The folks at this location are patient and willing to answer any questions you have. When I bought a refurbished Xbox One that didnt work correctly, they immediately found another for me to use and swapped it out without any hassle.Very professional, friendly, and patient with all your questions. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about their products as well, so folks buying gifts for others should be taken care of well.

I don’t like going anywhere on Clinton hey. Dude was rude to me. They really don’t have great to choice from. It’s clean all I can say about it. Just not big fan any of those shopping place right there. Most of the employees are rude or watching poeple to see if they steal too judgemental for me.

Ordered a PS4 online for pick up site said the store had them in stock. When I got there they said they already sold it. And will have to wait till they get another one and it can take 2 weeks before it comes in and I am not guaranteed that they will hold it for me

Due to a new policy I basically wasted my time here today. The sales clerk was very nice but I was unable to make a purchase because, after standing in line for 15 minutes to pay, I was told none of the games I picked were in stock. If they are not in stock, dont shelve them!

The guy working register was very rude to me when I first walked in but overall would definitely be going back and would recommend this location to others.

Only 4 stars because of the selection and prices... But, I do realize that their stock comes from the public who turns in the games, so that isnt their fault. However, for games that have millions of copies out, they could definitely do better prices. The workers werent too helpful either... But the line did move fast and I got 3 games (GTA San Andreas, Skate 3, and Elder Scrolls V Skyrim) for $63 plus change.

Walked up to the counter with three items that I have picked up off the shelf. I was told of the items that I had actually walked to the counter with only one of them was actually in stock. Kids were very disappointed. If you dont have an item available for sale dont make it appear that you have it on the Shelf ready to purchase.

We love going to this particular GameStop. They have the friendliest, most helpful employees. They try to get to know you without being pushy. Very knowledgeable and eager to make suggestions based off of your interests. Always accommodating if any issues arise. We enjoy talking to them so much that my husband, jokingly, said he kind of wish they were unhelpful and rude so we would quit going in there so much! Even if we just go in to browse we seem to never leave without buying something. Great place. Definitely recommend.

I always enjoy gamestop. The staff always seems like the know what they are talking about and if they dont they can find someone who does. I almost never leave empty handed. Prices can be a little high but it is always worth it.

I come to Game stop for all of my gaming needs. They almost always have an answer for anything that has got to do with gaming. They even have more than gaming stuff. They have t shirts, movie dolls, and more. I would recommend this place to all gamers in general.

This is the district manager office store or whatever (or it was anyway) and it seems to always have the best merch.T-shirts and weird accessories! 🎯

Know everyone there on a first name basis from how often I visit, everyone on the staff is extremely helpful and do their best to help everyone in a quick and orderly fashion.

If you are into games its the place sometimes you can find really good deals on pre-owned games

I ordered a package through this place and paid for express shipping and was told my package would arrive within 2 business days, as the 2 days passed I never received my call stating my item had arrived so I came into the store for pickup just to be told that my item had not arrived as I was told, and it would be another 7 days for my mom acoagr to arrive. They didnt have an apology or anything for me all they said it they didnt have any control over when it would arrive. Really bad customer service and awful communication. Go elsewhere trust me.

So yeah, a friend and I stopped here for some business. They offered $17 on a recently purchased $60 game, you can do the ripoff math. They probably still give you more if you were trading. I dont shop GameStop because online prices are often more fair on used games. I also use eBay & Amazon to find the best prices. Still they stuffed this store with so many toys, its practically a mini Toys R Us. Theres a figurine and plush for every theme.I also watched one associate put a customer on hold... and then forget about them. Probably because there were gamer girls in the store. Not that I have a problem with them.

I love this store. Ive found very few negative things on any visit. The only point I might be able to come up with is the lack of for any PC gamers. Then again.. I dont think many PC gamers would use Gamestop when they have Steam. If you go there and are in the market for anything console gaming, the tall gentleman is very helpful. Just ask for the former IT guy. He really helped me out one night when I was in a pinch.

I didnt see a pre owned Copy of the game My Daughter wanted but the Employee knew there was one and found it for us. Saved $20 doing that.

Renewed our menbership and wasn’t asked about the magazine being digital sooooo now I have to wait a whole year to change anything

They had precisely what we went in for and the staff went above and beyond (in my opinion) to help me locate a rare and difficult to find Funko figure for my daughter. Definitely our favorite location in the area.

It was great, the sales rep had the game ready when I got there, while she was dealing with several other things at once and she was very friendly and professional.

Went in last night to find a Christmas present five employees was there one of them was taking care of customers while the other four was ignoring customers trying to guess names on a hat when we where finally acknowledge we were told what you are looking for if we have it is in this pile no employee came to help they rather stand and talk amongst themselves being a manager of a large retail chain myself I would coach or restaff

A slight misscommunication about the deals that were offered. Ended up finding a solution to my liking that negated my interest in the deal to begin with. Was very apologetic and polite.

I like the convenience of GameStop storefronts. I shop at Turkey Creek and West Town Mall now though...those stores actually answer the phone so I can make sure the item I want is available. Clinton Hwy location literally never ever answers the phone. Its either busy or rings until some automated thing picks up. So even though Clinton Hwy is closest to me, yeah freakin right. If this location closes, Im gonna guess the crappy customer service is why. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I used to think that this was the best place to go for games because of the interaction from the employees but every time I go into this location in particular there is never an engagement. I feel ignored for the majority of my visit. When I went in today the employees were watching a video on their phone laughing together, ignoring me completely.On another note the excuse that I would use in-store credit to launder money by buying gift cards to Amazon is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. There are better ways to do that then accepting your sorry excuse for trade in credit.And the fact that you dont price match because of the trade in program is also just an absolute lie because best buy does it.The only reason I still get games here is pre-owned because I can at least return the game if it isnt that great.Wish they had better customer service and didnt feed me excuses that are untrue and ridiculous. I would have been more satisfied with thats just our policy

Has many games for many devices. If you are a member, you do get a discount here. Wal-Mart is in same shopping complex, and prices are very close without the membership.

Horrible customer service. Anytime you call in they put you on long holds and act like they can care less about helping you. Was in the store one say and there were 6 people in the line and the manager just walks out telling the one guy behind the register he is going to lunch.....really????

My boyfriend and I visited the Gamestop location on Clinton Hwy today. We were in there for almost an hour, and out of 5 employees that were working at the time, not one single person asked us if we needed any help. They literally asked everyone around us. The only time we were even spoken to was a half-hearted Hey as we walked in the door. My boyfriend finally walked up to one employee to ask for help finding a game, and was told he needed to go stand in line so one of the cashiers could help him. This was really upsetting and I have never felt so discriminated against as I felt in this store. I supposed we werent dressed fancy enough, or didnt look like we had enough money to merit any sort of noteworthy customer service. I have spent so much money at this store, but not anymore. Id rather go to McKays and spend 30 mins looking for something myself, because at least I dont expect anyone to assist me there.

Gamestop has become very well rounded. Great prices on some items are tempered with not so great prices for others.Every Gamestop store Ive ever been in (including this one) seems restrictively small for the customer volume they routinely recieve.

They have some reasonable prices for games and systems its best to go gamestop

A fairly large Gamestop that has a nice selection of used and pc games which is getting more and more rare in physical stores. The employee was very helpful in offering helpful choices without being pushy.

This PARTICULAR GameStop location is getting a bad reputation because of corporate policies, and thats not fair. Everyone on here is complaining about things that are completely out of their control. The woman with the controller that wouldnt work whose kids threw away the receipt? Name one other business that will accept returns without one. They have that policy because of rampant theft. The person complaining about buying a new game only to have the display copy given..thats still new and never played, thats simply the LAST COPY they had in the store. Youre lucky to get that one, most places just tell you theyre out. Finally, over the store credit thing, this is a simple case of supply and demand, and once again those prices are deemed by corporate and are in that system. This location has been great to me. Ive been shopping there for over eight years, and I wont have it blasted over things their corporate office does. If you dont like GameStop, thats cool, but DONT leave a review about GameStop as an entity on Google reviews when this is geared towards one store. Thats not fair to the excellent staff.

It is a big GameStop, but not many employees for help. Other GameStops provided help when needed.

Every time I am in here no one greats us. No one asks if we need any help. I called to ask if they had a ps4 headset and the man replied yes we have over 10. False.The man at the register was not friendly or helpful. The other employe ignored all the customers and talked to a friend about food.Poor poor customer service

I will never buy anything from here again. I Bought a brand new game and they handed me an open case with a sticker on it that said new and pulled the game out of the drawer. thats not new to me. Then another time I waited in line for 20 mins to buy a white ps3 controller and they didnt even have them in stock at all! They had the boxes on the shelf like they had them, but 20 wasted minutes later they didnt have any at all. Worst service ever.
