Issac helped me so much. He got my bill straightened out. Made some adjustments and fixed my incorrect email. He showed me some things on my new phone that I didnt know. Im so glad that I came in person and he is awesome customer service. He definitely deserves a raise or bonus

Internet service is poor. Worse than poor. Many drop outs. Almost impossible to talk to a human when you call support. Once you do make contact all they want to do is reset your modem. My neighbors have the same issue. No one is happy. But Xfinity has a monopoly in the area, so they probably dont care. The county is supposed to be laying fiber and offering Internet service in the next year or two. Cant wait for that.

Our contract ended so we went to Comcast and found out there were no promotions currently and the worst part was to keep our rate we had to end our security plan. So now we have cable and internet for the same price. Long term customers mean nothing to Comcast. Been with them 30 years and pay on time. So you get less for more. Means nothing to Comcast. Offer something to long term customers. Very very disappointed.

I do not recommend Xfinity. I have had several issues with phone and internet services most of which with being given misinformation and lied to several times resulting in me being charged more that I am told on several occasions and my services being different than what was promised I am leaving Xfinity and glad to refer friends and family to what has happened in my case as to hopefully help them avoid what has happened to me in many situations with xfinity. I dont have just one complaint I have a list of issues. I dont usually give such low ratings but feel this could help.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. “B” was horribly rude, I have never met a public customer service worker as unpleasant/unhelpful as him. After years with Comcast I will now go to AT & T and tell all my family to do the same (& anyone else I talk to getting service), surprisingly it starts at $39. a month compared to Comcast’s $187. monthly for JUST internet…& they couldn’t tell me WHY I was paying so much a month, “it just jumped in price”, yet I have no subscriptions, nothing but plain internet and a Flex box (supposedly free)…was charged numerous unauthorized fees yet they refused to make it right after promising months ago to do it…BE WARE of Xfinity they are unscrupulous to deal with and if you ask questions they are down right hateful. Go to AT & T or Dish (only $64 a month bundle at dish) * Angela Ouzts

All I wanted was for a HUMAN BEING to TALK to to answer a SIMPLE question. I called the number on the website 3 times only to be told to go to my account. When it tried to connect me, it said I was giving the wrong information, which I knew better. Then when I finally found addresses for 2 more stores, they would not list a phone number so that you could TALK TO A HUMAN! I hate dealing with this company, paying too much for lousy service anyway, and am looking for a better company. COMCAST! GET HUMANS TO WORK FOR YOU!

Store was somewhere between “Don’t know.” And “Don’t care.’ And “Not allowed to find out.’ I was to the point I’d buy an iPhone 12 Pro Max to anyone who’d tell me an answer to my question. Short story, I was a Comcast customer but now call T-Mobile family, at $400 more and better for it, but much better service and Comcast not the time of day. Written from my iPhone 12 Pro Max business line. All I wanted to know is if could record calls, t-mobile took the time to find out and demonstrate. Actually device instead of Comcast attitude/apathy. Better coverage too, streamed videos all the way to Nashville and back.

I’m a graduate student here in Knoxville in a program that requires a lot of internet usage. I have had Xfinity for around 3 months now and the internet cuts out (short bouts) multiple times a day 5-6 days a week. Multiple hour outages occur at least 1-2x/week. I’ve called multiple times and have had tickets placed to fix this but nothing ever changes. This has to be the worst ISP I have ever used.

Sent me home with equipment that had a faulty cable, and proceeded to charge me a $100 professional installation fee when a technician came out to diagnose that the equipment was the problem. Agent over the phone told me if the equipment was the problem the fee would be waved, but employee at the store says if the technician enters the home at all, a $100 fee would apply. So hypothetically, my box could be entirely faulty, and I would be required to cover the cost of the technician coming out to diagnose that problem.

I personally love going in to get my issues resolved. Brian, took excellent care of me and actually listened to what I had to say. He showed me some offers that fit for my usage and saved me eighty dollars compared to my old bill. They are always friendly and helpful once you explain the issue. Comcast wont lose me anytime soon.

Left xfinity a few weeks ago due to paying too much and rude service. Today I get billed my used to be normal monthly fee and I’m now over $200 overdrawn on my bank account. Ty so much for the kick in the rear on the way out the door!

What happened to existing customers being able to get promotional pricing, nonexistence now. Price increases dramatically every two years, after our first two promo offers, it was ridiculous for what we have. If you want internet only, going to cost what basic cable plus internet used to cost. The only decent internet around. Worst company EVER! If you need an agent, better allow several hours for the chat!

Very helpful staff. It is always clean and pleasant inside. I always use the kiosk inside to pay my Comcast bill and they keep them very clean as well. I also enjoy being greeted by the staff each time I enter😊

I have never seen an organization that provides worse service. We have an Xfinity communication line that has been laying across our driveway for almost two weeks. I cannot find any way to actually talk to a human that works at Comcast or Xfinity. All you get is a computer assistant answering service that hangs up on you and gives no option to talk to an agent and discuss issues. I have tried every option they provide and none work. The local office for Comcast also does not even have a local number to call. Unbelievable. I would recommend using another type service.

Awful! We loved our tv and Internet but customer service and help is TERRIBLE. They charged us $400. $200 was for our bill and then the other $200 was for late fees that we didn’t even owe. They said that our payment was returned when we have bank stubs that say otherwise. We will never return here and I would be warned about using them at all. All they’re out for is money!

Good luck trying to get service from Comcast. I ordered internet/TV from them July 17th. Still waiting for setup as of 9-2-2020. Have spent more than 5 hours working with customer service and repeatedly routed to numbers that are dead ends. Rep claim they will call me back and never follow through. No emails updates. No updates on my account page. Basically no customer service.

I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with xfinity. All I wanted to do was switch from unlimited data to 10 gig shared data on my mobile service. Nothing was resolved at all. I was told to call back the next day. Im sure my time is just as valuable as anyone elses, and this is absolutely unacceptable...I WILL NOT.... call back...I am going to switch to another provider that wont put me off over something so simple. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I AM DONE!!!

The staff is great in the store. The xfinity services in general are poor and it takes a while to get in touch with someone live if you call xfinity for help with an issue. We moved and they dont service our new area and said they would not charge a termination fee. However, they charged us a termination fee and 6 calls later (and I was re-assure 5 times we would be refunded) they are now saying there is a termination fee and it will not be refunded. Very conflicting.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They lied to me about certain networks on my account and my deal. Then won’t let me access my account for management to see my account details or on the streaming app. Says my login is correct but I’m not “authorized”. Looking for them to come back and pick this equipment back up because they won’t get another dime out of me until they fix it. Go anywhere else that has any sense of service or quality. Do not use them for business.

Terrible customer service. While I had their services it was fine. Not the fastest or greatest Internet but worked for me. The problem came when I moved this past June. Originally I had planned to keep xfinity’s services and had scheduled the service to move to my new address. When I hooked everything up in my new home though, it wouldn’t work. We spent hours with customer support trying to troubleshoot, but just wouldn’t work so we scheduled for a technician to come the next morning. Technician never showed. Said they had “no record” of us ever scheduling for one. At that point we were frustrated and decided to switch to a different company for our Internet as they could come out the next morning. I called xfinity and asked to disconnect and stop all services. A month goes by and I notice a small-ish charge from xfinity on my account. I let it go, assuming it’s a final bill of some sort. Another month goes by and they charge me again, this time much more money. (More than I actually paid per month when I used their service) I called to ask about the charges and they tried to deny them until I told them that I had bank statements with the company’s name on them. Then they told me that I disconnected my service when I moved, but hooked it back up a month later. (Which I obviously did not do) I explained this to them and we went back and forth multiple times, them claiming multiple reasons this was my fault (saying I didn’t actually call to cancel the service, saying that I canceled the service but didn’t fully do it, etc) Finally they told me I should receive a refund within 30 days. I waited SIXTY days (trying to be patient and not be that customer who pesters them over and over) and still didn’t receive my refund. So I called back. The technician has no idea what I’m talking about but eventually I manage to get through to her and she tells me that the agent I talked to last time “forgot” to finish the paperwork for my refund. She assures me it’s all taken care of and I should have my refund in 2 weeks. It’s been more than two weeks now and still-nothing. This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Tried to deny the situation, then when I tell them I have proof they blame me for it, then finally they own up and still won’t refund me. Would not recommend them at all.

Would offer 0 stars, not an option. We were sold a bundle a year and a half ago including home security. We purposely mentioned a plan to relocate within 2 years to a major city without Xfinity. We were assured that no cancellation fees would apply. Today we learn that after 14 years of service, we owe a $250 cancellation fee for the home security. Consultant Brandi and manager Chad had a very condescending tone. It was a sad day when the customer service at Sprint was better than here.

I went in to get a modem for new service. This employee Brian hands me the modem and says youre good to go. I said Thats it? Yes, he replied. I verified that he had activated it under my name as a brand new service and that it would work when I got home. He said it would. I get home, try to activate the device, and the guy DIDNT LINK IT TO MY ACCOUNT. Therefore, the device will not work and I was stuck on the phone with customer service for 2 hours before we could figure that out and there was nothing we could do about it. Now I will not have internet for two days and will have to drive 20 minutes back to the store to return the modem and set up a whole new one. This is especially frustrating because I asked him to verify several times that it would link to my account and would be activated. I wasted hours of my time, gas, and energy dealing with this. I am NOT a happy customer.
