Boom Straight up quality, spent a arm and a leg, but was treated with respect and patience. Questions where answered like they knew what they were really selling. No hussle, no bussle, no bull. Prices were steep. But i still bougt a bundle, and Id probably do it again.so as i got back friends enjoyed the chocolate real taste. Checkem out, at least you can say you tried them out once. I did two days in a row. Even added their white chocolate covered cherries and tuxedo strawberrys to one of my adult sites.

Schakolad Chocolate Factory of Knoxville has the best chocolates made fresh in the store every day.This amazing chocolate factory has been one of my favorite places to eat milk chocolate and white chocolate made from start to finish.My two sons always give me a special box of Schakolad Chocolates for Mothers Day every year

The chocolates are always delicious here! Stopped by tonight to get a gift box, and the owner was super friendly and helpful! This is the only store within 100 miles to get this caliber of chocolate, and the price is totally worth the handcrafted care that is put into it!

My weakness..chocolate covered strawberries. The berries are HUGE sweet juicy. The chocolate is devine. These are heavenly. The chocolatiers are fantastic and friendly. I was having a terrible morning. Came in for my 3 berries. When i came home. There was a smaller extra berry in the bag. I know to them it probably wasnt the top notch size they sell and charge for. But that lil extra sweetness made me smile when i just want to cry. Thank you!!! I will be back!!

Good chocolate and not too pricy

Kelly and Andrew are amazing! We had a group of 10 for the class and it was so much fun! We received a great history lesson and had the opportunity to make some amazing chocolate treats. They are very hospitable. I would highly recommend doing a group event there. We had an amazing time and went home with a bag of chocolate goodies!

I got some Valentines Chocolates and some chocolate covered bacon. The actual chocolates were good but the chocolate covered bacon tasted rancid.

Factory tour evening fun. Learned about Chocolate history and how to make them. The store has variety of chocolates and molds to make them. Tasted a few of them and they were all great! Came home with lots of chocolates!

I went to an event they were having. I highly suggest this if they are still doing the. The chocolate they make is so good and taste flawless.

Awesome experience at Schakolad! My 3yr old daughter and I went in on a Thursday evening to get my wife a little surprise and had a blast picking out a box of chocolates with the owner Andrews help. Andrew was super nice, engaged my daughter and made it a fun experience for her to pick out the chocolates. Also...they have chocolate covered twinkies, may sound like a little much but it was AWESOME! Price was great, quality was A+ and we are half-way thru the box and I can so far say the chocolate covered cherries are unreal and definitely try the espresso bean chocolates! Enjoy!

MOLD! Thought I would give this place a try. Just spent $21 on about 12 chocolates. The very first one I bit into had mold growing on the filling. It was a raspberry ganache chocolate. I mean how long does a chocolate have to sit there for mold to start growing. Needless to say I wont be back, and Im not real excited to bite into my remaining 11 chocolates.

Did a tour. Was able to see how chocolate was made and even got to make some and take it with us.

Great customer service, great chocolate and gelato, and the BEST hot chocolate I have ever had!

The caramels were very tasty and the bark was great. Pistachio was lackluster and the prices were excessive but Ill be back eventually to try the truffles with my fiance.
