My husband gets me edible arrangements for various events (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.) because I am not a flower person since flowers always die and that makes me sad. Usually they are very good but there have been a few times when the fruit was not super tasty. I suppose it probably depends on the season since some of the fruit is seasonal.My last one was yummy (from this Friday). My kids and I ate all the chocolate strawberries in a few days after we got them for our anniversary. (They would have eaten them faster if I let them eat more than 1 at a time.)

I ordered my arrangement two years in a row to be delivered at Hampton inn Knoxville on pratt road! My order was delivered on time and the fruit was very fresh. Will order again when in the area.

I placed an order for my Nana for Mothers Day and had no trouble with delivery - I ordered on the 4th for delivery day flexibility and it was delivered on Friday the 7th. The store called to confirm someone would be home, and my Nana absolutely loved it. She said everything was fresh and delicious - overall very easy, and with much better pricing than sending flowers!

Twice now I’ve had an issue with this store. Once had the wrong arrangement made when I went to pick it up. This time I paid for same day delivery and was told they couldn’t deliver it same day, after asking I was told I wouldn’t get charged the same day delivery fee. Woke up to the full charge including the fee taken out of my account. When I called to ask about this the manager/owner was completely rude “what do you want me to do, give you a $10 bill?!” I just want my order correct and not to pay for a service I don’t get. I work in service also and I would never be rude to someone when they are over charged on our account.

Seems like a accountability issue and flaw in ownership(aka laziness) Owner and employees always rude when you talk to them on the phone making it seem as it is your fault they dont want to deliver. Had alot of employees ready to place orders today but had them all go back and cancel or not place orders with this store. Reading previous reviews seems to be a norm with this store. Seems as if new ownership is needed or someone needs to be held accountable for making this corporation look so bad.

I placed an order the morning of for a birthday delivery. They had already started deliveries by the time I ordered so I was afraid it wouldn’t be delivered the day of. But, Bo called me and was above and beyond helpful! He ensured my order was delivered and even offered to deliver it himself if he had to. Great customer service!

Worse Place To Order A Birthday Gift From Ordered My Daughter A Wonderful Arrangement Of Dipped Fruits For Her Birthday As A Susprise. And It Never Gets Delivered And Bo The Store Manager Was So Rude I Almost Had To Swear At Him To Get The Point Of Correcting There Mistake This Is Sad. Absolutely terrible experience.Ordered something for Valentines Day, Paid for everything in advance and then was told about a computer issue so it couldnt be delivered.Now, Im pretty old but I think a modern system would be able to account for this higher volume level.I tried calling the store but only got voice mail?!?!?Who, today, still has customer service as a voicemail???

I was absolutely amazed and surprised with my Valentines gift that my Boyfriend got me. The strawberries we humongous, really fresh and delicious! I was unaware that they also did chocolate covered caramel apple and the one I got was delicious with the tart Granny Smith apple. I wasnt comfortable ordering fruit i have only seen pictures of but was very happy with it. I got chocolate strawberries for my mom but she only works ealy mornings so it was important they got it there before 12. They did and she loved them. You can pick a date and location to send them. This store has failed to deliver my order on two occasions. In addition they do not recognize special offers given by edible arrangements. They do not give free delivery when free delivery is offered by Edible Arrangements. The employee told me they would not recognize a free delivery order for mothers day on Thursday morning prior to, when the special offer clearly stated the offer was good until 2:00 PM. In addition she claimed their driver had already left at 9:45 am and could not go back to Fountain City from Kingston Pike, a 15 minute drive, again today. I would not waste my money on this store. They are LAME!!!!

The Management has been a big improvement over the year. Every time I call, they always help me choose the perfect arrangement to send. They are very thorough over the phone to make sure everything is correct.

The owner has made promises that the staff apparently never knows about. He said they can deliver before 11 but when I called to check on the status the girl on phone said the drivers dont even leave till 11. He just likes to blow smoke with no follow through. Dont trust hat he says

Called late afternoon on Feb. 13th for a Valentines Day delivery. The folks were very busy, judging from the back ground conversations. They made several nice suggestions, and quoted price ranges. Simple and easy. Delivery was made on the 14th as scheduled and promised. The boxed Strawberries were plump, beautifully coated with dark and white chocolate. I ordered a same day delivery around 9:30am. The delivery was going to a business that closed at 5:30pm, I called multiple times after ordered to ensure it would be delivered before the business closed. I was told each time I called to check the status that it would arrive before close of business. The arrangement finally arrived at 5:45, 15 minutes after the business had closed. I had to call and let them know a delivery was being made and to stay in the office longer which ruined the element of surprise for the recipient. I would not recommend this branch to anyone wanting there order delivered by the close of business. They should not say it would be delivered by close of business if they cant guarantee it will be.

While the food was okay... the blonde haired upper middle aged woman who waited on me was super rude. I made an online order -already paid- and I was just picking it up... and she treated me like I didn’t deserve to even be in the store. Very snotty and very stuck up!!!! Very poor service. A delivery was suppose to be made on Saturday afternoon and was not. I had to call back on Sunday and they were full of excuses as to why they had not delivered. It was to be delivered to a hospital, and Fred said his driver could not find the location??? He then told me it would be delivered on Sunday. This was in the morning and it still wasnt delivered until around 7 p.m. I called again today and he said they had more deliveries than they thought. Really????

Bad customer service, they dont ever pick up the phone. Also they can never delivered.. just bad business youre better off burning your own money then spending at this so called business..

This location went above and beyond to assist me in a surprise! Not only did they honor my groupon code, they allowed me to include my special surprise gift in my delivery that was about 30 mins away. Ive shopped at this store many times within the last six months and have found them to be professional and polite. When an error was made they called to resolve the mixup in orders letting me keep the fruit I had picked up by mistake.

Received these from a family member for my birthday and was extremely disappointed. The night they arrived my birthday I had to throw one strawberry away because it was molded. The next night I had to throw two away. I cant believe by Friday they had a small probably being with the others I had to toss them. Sad to say my birthday gift was wasted by bad fruit.

Do not order from here. Talk about a waste of packaging! 8 strawberries and 12 SMALL cookies came in a huge box packed full of styrofoam.In addition to adding to the pubic landfills, the damn strawberries still had the leafs on them that were frozen into the chocolate.

I usually dont review but I am a leader in business and what I experienced with Edible Arrangements was terrible! People today unfortunately have lost the ability to connect with humans and just DO THE RIGHT THING. Yes, I understand there are policies however these people obviously only see obstacles and how they cannot make someone happy versus figuring out a way to make it right. I ordered an arrangement for my employee who was working many hours of overtime for me to say THANK YOU. He was alone in a store from open to close. As his leader, I wanted to do something nice and also make sure he had a nice bite to eat. Long story short, my order was delivered a day late to my business. It came destroyed, melted, disgusting and unedible. I have photos. I was told the order was delayed for a holiday that was a day before my delivery(Columbus Day). In addition, a double order was placed, my cc charged twice and 2 duplicate orders were delivered late.They offered to refund or resend but no one stepped up to DO THE RIGHT THING. It would not have hurt the company. I know this. When I screw up I own it! Its unfortunate that we have people working that wont work and lead with their heart. These edible arrangements are supposed to be special. I pay money and expect you to deliver your product. I do understand things hapoen but either make it right or change the process to avoid problems in the future. When a customer or recipient of this product does not receive it as described or late it is a HUGE deal. These could be patients, or loved ones, or someone who needs help, love or maybe someone who had a loved one pass away. Get it right EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS. IT IS YOUR DUTY AND OBLIGATION TO MAKE PEOPLES DAY BETTER. Not only did you make mine not good but you also disappointed my recipient. Unfortunately you have lost a customer, and yes I am just one but every person makes an impact and they matter. After talking with your employees, I feel terrible. I hope for change in your company. I hope that someone has the HEART to make some changes. People who are unhappy or scared and want to enforce rules without remembering that human connection and the business they are in means they fear a leader might discipline them if they extend a helping hand and say, I will help you, I am sorry, let me make this right. Change the culture. People should be inspired to work and not scared and have empathy and love. I do not really want money or refund, nothing. I dont think your company or employees understand that they have an amazing platform to impact peoples lives in a very positive way. Its ashame that they choose to do the opposite. Im my position, it is my duty to speak up and try to help someone, just one person. I only wanted someone to DO THE RIGHT THING and I hope someone will see this, be brave enough and make a change not for me or my employee but for your company employees and other future customers.
