As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sweetest lady who literally took me around the whole store even though I could see she was busy when I walked in probably doing managerial stuff. She took the time to treat me like she wanted me to be there. And my maxi dress and super cute sweatsuit fit amazing! I would highly recommend this place, the store is also super clean and the clothes are true to size!

By far the best lotion and soap company! LOVE this place. They have products that are made with natural ingredients and smell heavenly. Best of all, their products actually work and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Did I say I LOVE this place...yup...cant say it enough.

Love love love! Aside from being the only black owned store in West town Mall this place really brought their A game!I was treated with overwhelming kindness as soon as I walked in the door and all of the products that are your normal things you would see I was given great detail about them and their origins.They have really great bath bombs that are fairly priced for where you are and smell lovely with a great size!Their menu and fresh take on everything they do is something needed and very unique for this small. I hope they stay around for a very long time and that they can expand and share with others what they have already discovered. SHOP will you need it

I always have a great experience when I come to fresh kale. Everyone is so nice. My daughter loves to get the latest bath bombs. She has also bought some bath salts that was amazing and the smell was wonderful. The owner was also nice to let me get a sample of her bath soaps and I was very pleased with the outcome. Recommend going there. Also had some sleepy time bath bombs made for my son. He loves the colors. I love the night night time😁

I love Fresh Kale!! All of the products are absolutely fantastic. I have not had one problem with any of the items I have purchased. Not only are the products fantastic, but all of the employees and managers are absolutely wonderful!! I have shopped at Fresh Kale multiple times since they have opened and have had wonderful experiences every single time. I highly suggest shopping Fresh Kale for any of your pampering needs!

Ive been to Fresh Kale a couple of times and I absolutely LOVE their products! I have sensitive skin, and have always been cautious with scented products, but Ive been able to use multiple lotions and soaps with no issue! The employees were really helpful both times and took the time to find the perfect products for me. Ive seen a real difference in my skin since using their products, and Id definitely recommend them to everyone!

I recently went into this store the staff was excellent and I had a great experience. I purchased a few items that were on sale. It was something new I had never tried before and I was excited to take it home to try out this new bath product. Unfortunately it did not work the way I thought it would so I figured I would just take back the one I didnt use and exchange it for something else. I checked the receipt before I left to make sure I could return it and it clearly says a 14 day return policy. The employee that helped me today was very confused on how returns worked and immediately said she cant do it. Thats when I let her know on the receipt it has a return policy. She said she would still have to call her manager because no one was there to assist her. She seemed to know very little about how to handle the situation which only made things more frustrating. She said she would try to get a hold of her, but she made sure to let me know she only answers for emergencies. I decided to shop around while I waited and found a product to exchange it for. She eventually got a hold of her manager and said it should be completely fine. I continued to shop around for another 5 minutes and decided to check out thats when she decided to let me know that because the item was on sale it was non refundable. This made no sense because no one ever told me when I made the original purchase the day before nor does it say it anywhere on the receipt or anywhere else in the store. I told her I was going to spend 25 $ and you cannot exchange a 3 $ item and she refused because it was a sale item. I immediately left the store and I will never return to this store again. I will encourage people to never shop there with pitiful respect they treat their customers. Avoid at all costs!

LOVE their bath and body products. I had some severe itching with my skin all over my body. Not even my doctor could help me figure out why. I changed my clothes detergent, even the food I ate and still itching until I bled. It wasnt until I started using their aloe vera gel, aloe vera bath bombs and oatmeal and honey soap that my skin finally stopped itching. I havent had a problem in over a year now. Love the owner, the products and the overall mission of this store.

My husband and I are big on supporting small businesses. We had heard from a friend on how great their products were, so I thought I’d give it a go. I’m starting to diverge into the all natural thing anyways. First of all, I haven’t disliked a single product I’ve tried as of yet. It’s all AMAZING. Seriously. I’m not big into bath bombs but I’ve heard good things. The baby bath bombs are amazing on my toddler. Five minutes after I put her to bed she’s out like a light! Second, I’d like to mention the employees. It’s family operated. Which I LOVE. They are so kind a personable. They don’t make you feel pressured to by anything. They are relatable. And also great with my toddler. I love these products and I absolutely love these people. I can’t give this store praise enough!
