No coupons whatsoever are accepted at this location on Parkside drive in Knoxville, TN. Signs were posted on door so you will be aware.. The store had no customers when I entered so the inside was clean. The price of one scoop of ice-cream in a cup with no toppings is over 4 dollars including tax. I have had better ice-cream at other places, but to each their own....

Awful awful experience!!!!!! First off, I ordered one scoop for my 4 year old, and the size of it wasn’t even enough to satisfy a toddler! I ended up ordering her a double scoop. I also ordered a double scoop for my teens as well, and come to find out, about half way down, the cone was completely empty inside. I paid $22 for 3 cones and it was a total waste of my time and money. We should’ve waited until we went home to Oak Ridge to visit our local Baskin Robbins where coupons are accepted and the you get what you pay for. The management and employees should be a ashamed! What a Rip off!!

Fine service for me. At times like these no one wants to work so I’m understanding of the staffing issue. And it appears to me that most of the customers that come here don’t understand what a closing time is or what its like to close down a business like that. Yes, walking in RIGHT BEFORE close is rude and inconsiderate idc what anyone says. If it closes at 8, it closes at 8. If you complain about the staff being shorthanded, apply! Solves that problem doesn’t it? People complain about the smallest things! It’s ice cream yall, be understanding and enjoy it!

They close at 8pm and 7:47 pm I am walking in and the lady said hurry up lets go, im closing up then yells at a family getting out of their car if they are coming in and to hurry up. Just wasnt expecting to be rushed like that.

Wish I could have had some icecream but they only had 1 person to serve 28 on the busiest day for icecream. You think the most popular location for the most popular icecream joint would have more than one person at rush hour.

My family visited Turkey Creek location on Saturday night at 8:30p (4/17/21) only to find it closed early. A person standing nearby the door commented that the employee said she couldnt get out of there fast enough since no one was around (no emergency). We ended up at Brusters, which is nearer to our home, but thought Baskin-Robbins was worth a few miles farther. NOT ANY MORE! Too bad Baskin-Robbins. We have a new favorite, who is sure to be open!

The older women who works there, maybe the owner, is very stingy with toppings, Im always disappointed when I see she is the one working there.

Surprisingly clean! It’s a chain, and it lives up to the branding. It’s nothing too special because it’s a Baskin Robins, but that’s what you expect when you get ice cream at 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday.

The Very Berry Strawberry was delicious. The ice cream is great but it was expensive. $11.81 for 2 ice creams. I only got one scoop with a waffle cone and so did my moms bf.

No hot fudge, guy said he could not get it ready before closing time..... its two hours before closing time. I asked for NO nuts and still had nuts on my sundae. Very green bananas yuk . Waste of money

I came Sunday 6/3/18 with my husband and two daughters. There were three girls working. Two were very nice but one was extremely rude. Other than that it was great. I hope someone can teach her better customer service skills.

Try the new vegan flavors, very good! Expensive, and a bit uptight staff (not friendly for an ice cream shop) & weird rules sadly though.

I sent an email to corporate about a good worker they have on their hands, but Ill leave a review here as well. Her name is Hannah and she is excellent when it comes to customer service. We ate our ice cream in the store and I continued to watch her help other customers as they came in. She was very helpful and polite, carried on a conversation with who ever she was helping. When I asked for her name, she immediately looked scared but I assured her that her great service was appreciated and let her know that I thought she was an extremely good worker. Baskin Robbins Turkey Creek should be very thrilled to have such an enthusiastic worker who seems to really enjoy her job on their team, its hard to come by good customer service these days. We will be back to your store!

If I could give zero stars I would. They dont take online gift cards and coupons that came from their own app, the night manager was very rude and claimed he was the smartest there but still failed to get the online gift card to work, and said they dont plan to update the system at all, so if you want to use the app I would recommend going somewhere else. Plus their ice cream is not the best.

Okay so they need some employees that are going to treat people better. I Came here a few nights ago and there was a young lady working, a teenager just like me, she was the by far the rudest employee I have ever came in contact with. I work myself and I have never treated anyone as crappy as she treated me and her own co-worker. Also, not sure how much the waffle cones and medium shakes are, but my total came to $13 and some change. Didn’t even realize that until we had left because when I paid I was heated because of the employee so I didn’t care about the price then. We only got 2 things.

The ice cream is always so good but the prices have gotten so expensive even for just a small ice cream cone. Its getting so bad that we cant even bring our kids here much anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to this location to use my gift card and a coupon that I have on my Baskin Robbins app. Their system was so outdated they couldn’t scan my coupon or my gift card off my app. They were very rude about it too. They said they are not updating their system what so ever and they don’t use the app because they are a individually owned franchise. So if you want to use the app at all go to a different location. Or check out one of the many other (and much better) ice cream shops in Turkey Creek.

My amazing girlfriend works here and she is such a hard working woman. To me shes the whole reason why the store is so great. She must have rubbed off on it.

My wife baby and I showed up early on a Sunday morning to pick up an ice cream cake. We waited a full hour and they never opened. Nobody showed up to open the store. We waited along with 3 other families. We all eventually left when the place didn’t open by 11:30. Others went to the oak ridge location and we went to Kroger to get a cake. This location won’t be getting our business anymore.

On the board they show a three scoop sundae heaping over the edges of the cup. What was served was didnt even reach the edge of the cup and that is with whipped cream. Youre going to get very small portions here.

They havent had the chocolate fudge flavor in over a year. Employees have said as much. That flavor is the only reason I go to baskin robbins

I hate going be a Baskin Robbins such a low review, especially on a first visit. My impression is they struggle creating an environment for quality workers and customers. Good ice cream of course and very clean.

Wont be visiting them anymore :( If you ise prepay cards, they wont accept your payment and get declined. I had a prepay card from work i had won in a conteat we had and they declined it. Sad for me cause they just lost me as a customer. :(

Not a great franchise, pretty much Baskin-Robbins in name only. Always has a sign up that says, “Sorry, we don’t accept coupons or BR gift cards here...”They always scoop stingy. I have to order a triple to get what other locations scoop as a double. The freezers aren’t set up correctly. There are frequently cartons of ice cream in the case that have melted and were taken back to the walk-in to refreeze, so you’re getting that nasty refrozen mushy ice cream. But pralines and cream is my jam, and this is the only place I can find it.

Its 9:30 and the chairs are up. I asked the worker what time they closed, And the said 10:30. The signs are off and chairs up an hour before closing.Ice cream is fantastic, I just dont see why they would do this an hour before closing.
