I want to let everyone know what exceptional customer service Moonshine Mountain Cookies provides. I ordered cookies to be delivered to my son for his birthday. He lives in Tennessee and I live in Florida. So, it was important to me to have something special delivered for his special day since I couldn’t be with him. I received a confirmation email that the cookies had been delivered however my son had not received the cookies. When I contacted the company to try to figure out where the cookies were, Robin offered to replace the missing cookies without an additional charge. Fortunately, the cookies were found and all was well. I was so impressed by Robin’s quick response and willingness to make the moment right for my son. Thank you!!

This darling cookie shop is tucked in a strip mall near West Town Mall. It’s worth finding! These mountains of deliciousness deliver. Great flavors, good prices and the darling girl helping was kind and friendly. And who could resist “buy 6 get one free”?? Love this place. Best cookies.

Hi, i have ordered a chocolate chip birthday cookie but for some reason it kept looking like a oat mill cookie with chocolate chips in it.. We are not a fan of oat mill cookies at all like that.. I wanted a chocolate chip cookie cake. Decoration was nice.. The taste of the cookie cake is alright but very dissapointed.. Why did the cake have oatmill pieces in it when it was suppose to been a all chocolate chips?

Went there on a trip from Philadelphia. We were traveling by car from Nashville to pigeon forge and saw the car that said follow me to the cookie company. We decided to stop and phoebe was nice and accommodating, we had a great discussion about the cookies and whats inside of them. The cookies were so great and we enjoyed them so much, that we stopped and bought another dozen on the way back to Nashville.

The cookies, while small, justify their cost by being much more filling than you might expect. If you are a chocolate lover the chocolate cookie (not chocolate chip but the one thats all chocolatey) is a hit, but Id skip the peanut butter cup cookie.

The cookies here are unique. I have enjoyed all the flavors I have tried, so much so that I have given them as gifts more than once. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I have never had to wait a significant amount of time. My only disappointment was that they werent making any more pumpkin cookies and I gave all the pumpkin ones away.

Good and not so good review.Received as a gift. Nutrition value is very bad. Natural ingredients? Not really. Dry. High calorie. Super high carbs. A bit bland. Need a lot to drink to make it through one cookie, didn’t finish one. Moonshine? The kind from the Smokey’s. The powder mix of course. Not my thing. But I hope this is a self starter business and not become a overpriced chain like most places do. Kudos to anyone following a dream. Recommendations? Lower the carbs! Need to be less dry.

Carmel by the sea is the best cookie by far. As a professional pastry chef, that one cookie crushed it but the rest of the cookies are really lacking. Very dry. I would advise sticking to the one cookie and maybe even figuring out how to recreate that same experience in the other cookies.

I had someone bring some of these cookies to my office and I was blown away. They have an amazing consistency, incredible flavor, and leave you craving more! I would say that if you are on a diet it would be wise not to go near these because you will have a hard time resisting them. I had the John Lemon (blueberry and lemon) and invite everyone to try this cookie if they like any lemon things like lemon pound cake.

We started eating them in the car on our way home, which was about 4 minutes later. Went to Moonshine Mountain Cookie Company today and it was awesome. Got a variety of cookies and we cut them in quarters and enjoyed them all. Leah assisted me at the counter and was so friendly then Mike (the owner) came in with supplies for the shop and was just as friendly. They both gave their recommendations of their favorite cookies and I cannot disagree with either of them. Love that their cookie is oat based. If you have not been to this local gem you are missing out. You will not be disappointed....

This Cookie store is absolutely brilliant! The cookies are on a whole new level as far as taste goes. They have a wide selection of delicious choices. This is a great business, it was very welcoming. The second you walk in you; you are met with a smile and a friendly face. While there they met me taste test a cookie to see if I was satisfied and I was. I have tried all of the flavors and they were wonderful. This was definitely worth the $2 per cookie

Smelled good... Walked inside and didnt get any service. Also, I noticed the cookies are a big lump with thin edges. This is usually caused by baking frozen cookie dough, which is not what I was looking for anyways. If they were thawed first, the product would be much better quality.

Visited the store just after being open for two weeks and after seeing them on local TV. I needed a small gift for my granddaughters Valentine box. The chocolate chip cookies are delicious, gooey and full of chocolate chips. However, a bit pricey at $2.00 each!! They are the normal sized cookie not large at all! Not sure if I would make another visit.
