This place is a dump! I was super excited to come here, because I love sweet frog, but this location is run down, dirty, and doesn’t have that fun vibe that most sweet frogs have. There were broken lighting, broken machines, a TV falling off the wall. They also didn’t have any color changing spoons, or fun sweet frog merchandise to purchase. No warm welcome or excitement from by the associate who seemed inconvenienced when I asked if the one machine was broken. Will not be back.

After we got ours there were customers sampling the yogurt off their finger tips - put their finger on the machine to get some, lick it off than repeat. My son and I both got the chocolate/cake batter swirl (mine with cookie dough and his with strawberry poppers [neither of which were cold]). We both ended up throwing up within a couple hours. Employee was sweet but very distracted by her friends. Looked reasonably clean.

They’ve got a good selection of flavors available and a sizable toppings selection, plus whipped cream and various sauces. The store could be a little cleaner, and the decor is sparse.

This place is straight trash now. Been coming here for last 6 years, but it’s went down hill.... a lot.Super dirty, nothing works it seems, always out of the syrups.Employees obviously don’t care and owner is oblivious it seems. Pretty sad actually.Go somewhere else

Benches either need to be scrubbed well or repainted. There was a hair dried onto our table and ice cream dripped down the side of a table even after I watched just the top get wiped off. The peanut butter froyo was awful, but the chocolate was good.

This place was so dirty. Bathrooms was disgusting. Tv falling off wall. Hair in food. The. Cashier was just sitting on her butt. Could have used the time she was on the internet to clean cause its a health hazard for a place to serve food to be so filthy!

Love sweet frog. They have gluten free choices and lots of choices in general.

The kids love this place, they can choose all the toppings that they want (which is all of them) and there is plenty for the price.

Tasty! Chocolate and Raspberry/ Pomegranate was a winning mix. Lots of flavors and toppings. Clerk was nice too. We will come again.

Almost exclusively low-fat flavors. When I go for dessert, Im not looking to skimp fat, calories or flavor or bulk up the flavor with even more sugar than necessary. I recognize that some people are, so Im not campaigning against their very existence, but at this Sweet Frogs there are about a dozen low-fat offering and only one or two normal ones. However, the place is clean and the service is efficient.Update: I dropped in (never said I didnt like it) and counted the flavors against my claim. Of fourteen offerings, it appears nine are low fat or low sugar.Also, they have a 100 health code score which is nice to see!

I had a very displeasing experience at this particular location. The initial flavor that I wanted did not even dispense the yogurt at all. I took the first bite of my second choice yogurt, and it tasted sour and smelled fermented. I immediately expressed my concerns to the staff member; who initially seemed concerned. She went next door to the Indian cuisine to get the manager, who in fact, never showed up to deal with this issue. I showed her which flavor I bought to ensure that no other customer received the same yogurt. She then went to the back and I never saw her again. I was never offered a refund or told to get a new cup of yogurt. I hope that for future customers they can improve the quality of their yogurt and the customer service could be improved as well. I will not be returning to this location and I hope Sweet Frogs as a company does much better with their management at other locations.

Overall the froyo was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the cookie dough toppings tasted a little weird (but that’s just my opinion) and it’s a little hard to keep up with how many ounces you have while you are making your treat. The person working was nice. The shop was clean and neat.

This place used to be fine. Not the case any longer. Half of the machines were out of order, the ones that weren’t dispensed very questionable looking product. The shop was dirty, tables are broken. And as much as do love curry, when I go to get a frozen yogurt desert, I’d rather not only be able to smell curry. I’m honestly surprised the kids didn’t get sick, and I ended up feeling like a bad chaperone for letting them eat there.

Place smelled TERRIBLE and was very, very dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will never come back :(

My husband used his birthday reward for a free 12 oz fro yo, and was letting our 4 y.o. son help with the toppings. The cashier rang it up and let them go to town with the flavors and toppings and didnt make them weigh it. I thought that was a nice gesture and it made our sons night! He also wished him a happy birthday on the way out.

My family and I stopped here at the end of a short day trip to Knoxville. It was AWESOME! The place was perfectly clean, and they had a terrific selection of frozen yogurt flavors to choose from! Great selection of toppings, too! I really wish we had one of these in Greeneville. I would visit often! This will definitely be a must-stop-here destination any time I visit Knoxville in the future. Very nice establishment!

We just hosted our daughters 2nd birthday here. It was a fantastic experience! Janice, the owner, stopped in the middle of her day to meet with me without an appointment and was so accommodating to us and our wishes for the party. The day of the party, the two employees were so wonderful to allow us pretty much free run of the dining area to set up and do the party as we needed to. They patiently and kindly rang up and kept a tab of all the yogurt our guests ate. We hired a balloon twister and face painter for the party so you can image with approximately twelve kids and their parents, there was a lot of people in a relatively small space, but it was surprisingly organized chaos, if you will. We received so many compliments and rave reviews on the party. We were absolutely delighted with everything about Sweet Frog and the party from start to finish. ***Something else Id like to note that made us choose Sweet Frog among their competitors is that the facility is so CLEAN. This business takes great pride in its store and the food and its presentation.

The ice cream was runny. Two flavors were sour. We have had issues in the past with spoons cross contaminating with nuts. When we voice concerns bout the ice cream being runny a gentleman from the Indian restaurant next door came over and check the back and said the ice cream was fine. It clearly was not since two flavors were sour and three of the flavors were not frozen.

Customer service is amazing. Everyone is always very sweet, and the yogurt is great! My daughter and i go there frequently.Would recommend to anyone questioning the place. Bathrooms are also very sanitary for a plus. 10/10

I’ve had 1 or 2 ok experiences here but tonight was unacceptable. My friend and I went in for no weigh weekend and problem number one came when the cashier weighed our yogurt. We both assumed we just misread the dates and sat to eat our yogurt. Both of us continued to make faces as we are because we both had chosen flavors that had a funky flavor. My peanut butter was a touch sour but my friend’s vanillla yogurt was plain awful. We notified the cashier who went back to check for abnormalities. He came back and told us it didn’t smell very good. He apologized and went back to his station at the register. He did not put a sign up to stop people from eating the yogurt, he did not offer a refund, and he didn’t offer a different flavor. We threw our yogurt away and walked away as he stood at the register.

Pretty expensive and the place inside was a mess... There were four Cherry stems on the seats, just generally dirty in the seating area. Two of the machines were out of order and the selections were kind of gross.

After a long hot trip, went to sweet frog for a cool wonderful treat to end the day.

Family friendly place. They have an extensive toppings bar and a good selection of flavors. They also have tasting cups if you want a sample. This is my grandchildrens favorite stop. Its always clean and the napkins are accessable.

Loved everything about this frozen yogurt place except, their selection of low calorie/low sugar items was very limited. And their plain yogurt had gone bad.Great selection of toppings, including mochi, which is my favorite. If u havent tried mochi, its like a marshmallow but made from rice. They come in many flavors. I think this store had plain, and chocolate available.

We go quite often and love sweet frog but our experience today was often! the owner was very rude as well as the manager didnt even get greeted. they defiantly lost our business.

I never give negative reviews but we really had a notably bad experience and I’d want to be warned. Maybe it was a very off day since other people have had good experiences. But today the yogurts were mostly runny and not frozen (our family tasted over half the flavors... 2 were literally just liquid), Oreo cookies were stale, and it was totally overpriced. We will not go back.

So, these business owners decided NOT to honor U.S. Veterans, by refusing to follow the Veterans Day discount on Sweet Frogs corporate website.
