Such a fun marketplace of stalls, with each one featuring goods from local artisans and small business owners! Lots of cute locally made items - a lot of clothing, art, jewelry, other accessories, and home decor stalls. Love the model - you walk through the different sectioned off stalls, picking up what you want as you go, then bring everything to a central register where they write up the stall/item and price for each item.

Huge selection of items to decorate the home are available here. You can also find functional items for the kitchen. Different artist craftsman offer handmade gifts that include jewely and fiber arts. The place is packed with Christmas decorations/ ornamets etc.

Super nice and dainty little gift boutique store filled with 40 different mini shops. A variety of jewelry, clothing (clever adult themed socks), home decor (farmhouse/custom signs), art (some local, some prints that are not). A lot of items are things you could find online for less but there were enough like shops that upcycled things into smart and trendy home decor. A lot of southern/Tennessee themed gifts as well. Found some cool yard art/garden decor as they have an entire section of that as well. Very nice owners, clean and charming little spot.. Dont miss the poo-pouri display in the bathroom!

The Southern Market Is Absolutely Amazing! The staff are very friendly and eager to help you with whatever you may need from them. The store itself is so Beautiful and filled with many different merchants and so many wonderful items to purchase and to choose from. I love how its always clean and laid out. And the owner Susan, is so amazing, very friendly, total diva when it comes to style, and a great person all the way around. I am So blessed and lucky to have meet someone like her, and to be given the opportunity to have my art displayed in her store!! I’m so very sorry to write this review because I love southern market. I went there today and I am totally confused because they have posted signs reminding you to please. Wear masks and social distance but no one working there is wearing one? As a elderly woman I was very concerned to see No enforcement of social distancing at all. I wanted to stay and purchase many things however every time I stopped to look people were up almost in my face . I am a where that masks are not required at southern market however how are they going to get business if they don’t take this seriously? I would love to go back but am too afraid.

Staff was very nice and showed my mother and me around the store and different Kiosks.

A slightly hidden venue well worth the visit. Lovely mini-shops for gifts, clothing, and home decor. Good prices is in very nice environment. Will definitly be back and bring friends and family.

Cutest place ever. This place is a gem. I was just driving by and I was curious to see what was inside. It was the perfect place to find gifts for a few friends of mine. The decor is so nice and I love the free gift wrapping they do. All the little shops are perfect for variety shopping.

I never (ever) write reviews, but I had to for this store. Although the employees and shops inside The Southern Market are great, the management is SO rude and unprofessional. The owner is not a nice person at all, it is a shame she runs this market! The owner believes she is better than everyone, and CLEARLY shows it if you ever meet her. This place needs new management, terribly.No, I am not mistaken, Susan Worthington. I never called, that is not me that you are talking about.

Love the store and the ladies working were so sweet. Some items were overpriced but where does that not happen. You just dont buy it! But I will be back! Its a drive from Greeneville, so itll be a multiple stop shop kind of day!

My favorite destination for variety and originality. Especially love the local gifts and crafts.

Most of the prices on the merchandise was reasonable. There is so much stuff to look at, plan on being there for an hour or two.
