I visited this place not too long ago to replace some batteries in my quarts watches. They charged me $10 a pop, and were kind enough to set the correct date and time without needing to ask.In addition to the watches, they also sell antique and custom jewellery. I had my eye on a couple of pieces, but Im too broke to afford much of anything at this time 😅... I even spotted some really cool cufflinks that were made from old watch mechanisms (some of them still had the gems).All in all, they seem like a good bunch.

Great service. KWW removed my extra watch links and replaced the battery for $20 all within 25 minutes. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

They did a great job on my Seiko Padi Diver Automatic. I sent it to Seiko first, who said it had been modified and that they wouldn’t fix it. The other shop in KNX estimated $400 minimum over the phone. KWW took it on on a free estimate, estimated $150, and fixed it for that. It works great! I’m extremely happy with their work and love my watch.
