I’ve bought 3 mattresses here over the past 3 years. This store is the best. Andrew was beyond helpful, he spent an entire day replying to my million text messages, I had so many questions and he went above and beyond to reply to each one. Because of my work, texting was my best way of communicating, and it was not a problem for Andrew and this store. I was able to get the mattress of my dreams without spending hours in the store. When all our communications were complete I went in, got set up for payment and left. So easy!If you are on the fence about what type of mattress to buy, I highly recommend the store brand! After three years they still look and feel brand new! No sagging, no droopy edges. They sleep cool to the touch and are the perfect mix of soft and firm. I wake up feeling like I didn’t roll over or move once. They cradle your body.

We have been looking for a mattress topper for a long time. With all this no one wants to work so we dont have it Bedr mattress had it. They work directly with suppliers that are able to give them what they need. Price was a little higher than we have paid in the past but you get what you pay for. We got a lot of information to help us understand what they had to offer so we had choices, it was a great experience. Since ours was a special order we have to wait for it to be made. We are excited.

Wow! What a great experience! We called with an urgent need and one of the owners came to the rescue personally. With an 81 yr old sleeping on the floor, NO ONE else in town was willing to go the extra mile like Bedr Mattress! Cant give 10 stars, but I surely would.

This was my first time buying a mattress and I’ve only looked at ordering one online. I was driving by and decided to pull in and get some more information. My husband and I shopped for beds locally and online for a couple of months. This is a major purchase for us and we wanted to get it right. The right bed from the right place at the right price. Some of the places were just trying to up sell us on something we didnt really want for way more than we wanted to spend. Some places we just turned and walked out of immediately. Some mattress types just werent a good fit for us. We walked into Bedr on a lark after having breakfast at the cafe next door. It wasnt even on my radar and while walking to the car we noticed that it was a bed store and decided to go in. Immediately upon walking in we felt good about this place. The sales guy (who we found out later was the owner) didnt try to up sell us. He went the extra mile to make sure we had all the facts and worked within our budget. We took a couple of hours to think/talk it through and returned the same day to make the purchase. They were able to deliver the next weekend. Delivery was great. The guys even took the extra time and effort to reassemble my bed frame. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

At the end of 2017, my husband and I needed a mattress quickly. We had just moved and thrown our old mattresses away, and I was about 8 months pregnant with our first baby. Dustin at Bedr Mattress in Cedar Bluff gave me excellent customer service in the store and a good deal on a memory foam mattress. He even stopped by our house to deliver it a few days before Christmas because we were in a rush! The mattress itself is extremely comfortable and is holding up well. Just make sure that if you buy memory foam, you let it expand for a whole day before using it.

We couldnt be happier with our experience at Bedr Mattress. I find mattress shopping stressful, as do most people. I feel I cant trust the people selling them. To me, Mike at this location (one of the owners, actually) was trustworthy. He gave us great advice. Here are some of the things that led us to Bedr Mattress:- These reviews. There is a reason this store has such high reviews on Google.- They are the only mattress store I can find that lets you do TWO mattress exchanges if one doesnt work out. They have a good selection, so you are definitely going to find something that works in three mattresses.- Mike was knowledgeable and helpful, but not overbearing. We made two trips. First we laid on several models and narrowed down our selection. Mike talked to us quite a bit that day giving us advice we actually needed. But he also left us alone in intervals to try things out. A few days later, we went back a second time to really lay on the top two choices. I came in, told him we needed some time, like 10-15 minutes to lay on each one, and he left us completely alone. It was so nice. Ive rarely found mattress sales people who will actually leave you alone when its appropriate.- They make their own mattresses and they seem really good. One of theirs was our second choice or third choice if our top doesnt work. But so far our top choice is working great. They are supporting local jobs and are really invested in this area. For most of the mattresses weve bought before now, those stores dont even exist anymore.- Mike didnt try to upsell us. He didnt try to push their own brand. He just wanted us to walk out happy with our purchase. He didnt rush us.- We first went to the West Town Mall location and the sales person there was very nice and helpful to us. This was the gateway to us visiting the Cedar Bluff location later. It appears they hire good people who like their job. Thats a good sign.We are loyal customers to Bedr Mattress now. This will be the first and only place we go next time we need a mattress.

I would definitely recommend Bedr Mattress (next to Maple Street). My wife and I bought two mattresses around the New Year--one for our youngest who was transitioning from a toddler bed and a replacement for our oldest Wed bought the cheapest mattress we could when she got her big girl bed, and it was terrible after a couple years. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable. We tried out mattresses while he ran the math on getting us the most bang for our buck with the sale they had going on. I never felt like he was trying to up-sell or take advantage of us; he was very straightforward in explaining the differences among the pricepoints. Good delivery experience too.
