Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!! We had gone to so many mattress stores in Knoxville in search of a quality, comfortable mattress at a good price and had no luck until coming here. There were so many options within our budget and Donna worked so hard to take care of us! The staff is amazing and we are incredibly happy with our purchase and our experience here. I will recommend them to anyone!!!!

Went in and explained a situation, that I was buying a bed for a woman that didnt have a bed or anything except the clothes on her back. Quickly found a bed with the helpful staff, and a beefcake, and paid for it and about to leave when a gentleman offered me a headboard at a price I couldnt turn down. Friendly environment, helpful staff and highly recommended place to shop. We will be back soon to purchase our own mattress.

I badly needed two beds. I tried to buy online and was overwhelmed by the options and the price. I saw the rave reviews for Discount Mattress and decided to visit. I was in and out in 20 minutes with two high quality beds at half the price I was going to pay. I was truly blown away by the people there, the quality of beds I was able to purchase and the reasonable prices. I will never ever go anywhere else for a bed.

I recommend Discount Mattress over any Nationwide retailer. My husband and I went to several stores looking for a King mattress. The prices at Discount Mattresses are unbeatable. I promise you will be amazed.The owners were super nice! I love them. It’s a family business and they made us feel like family as well. They never pressured us to buy, gave us the best deal, and did not to try to sway us to the most expensive mattress. The owners truly try to cater to your needs (rather than what they want you to buy like most sellers). We were stuck between two mattresses. We were allowed time and space to make a decision which I appreciated. I’m only 27 yo but it was one of the best buying experiences.

I was hoping to find a nice, firm king size mattress for less than $500 and I did! Donna was great. Service was fast. This is a no frills and thrills kind of warehouse, but when spending $1,000 or more on a mattress is not an option I definitely recommend coming here!

I was getting ready to order an online mattress from Wayfair, but even with the 100 night free trial (and return) policy, it still made me nervous to order a mattress without laying on it first. I decided to check out Discount Mattress because of their good reviews, and boy am I glad I did. Excellent customer service (non-pushy, just helpful), awesome price, and same day delivery!! I got a mattress that feels identical to my Serta, at a third the price. This place is absolutely amazing! They had exactly what we were looking for at an even lower price than we expected!!! They stayed open 2 hours past closing time to help us and some other customers, and even gave us some free accessories out of the kindness of their hearts! Really great people working here! This place is great and has variety to accommodate everyone. Myself and several coworkers have bought from here and the mattresses exceeded our expectations. I bought bed boss brand king memory foam mattress almost 8 years ago. We still look forward to laying on it every night. No reason to pay the giant prices for the main brands.

Shopping for a split California king adjustable bed and they were awesome. Beat the best price we could find by about a grand. When our second mattress failed to arrive with the first, they offered to deliver it to us. Will definitely recommend!

They were super helpful with helping me find a great mattress within my price point! The particular mattress I eventually got was not in stock, but they gave me their card with the information of my mattress and reserved one for me when it came in. Not only did I receive great service, they were also kind enough to load it into my vehicle. Admittedly thats probably standard everywhere, but still, they were super nice about it.

Dont let the outside of the place fool you. They have good mattresses. There isnt any bells and whistles, just good prices on mattresses. We were very happy with our experience at Discount Mattress. We were mattress shopping and this was the last place we visited. We actually called to make sure they were open and they said they just closed, but would wait for us to come by, so we did. Im glad we stopped in, because thats where we ended up buying our mattress set. They are very friendly and have a good selection of mattresses. We are very happy with our purchase.

The prices are excellent and so are the people working there. They are well knowledgeable and can walk you thru each bed. They also have 10 year warranties on some of their beds. Out of all the mattress shopping Ive done, Discount Mattress was wonderful.

Such a great experience here! After getting frustrated shopping for days I was able to walk in, spend about 15 minutes, and leave with a much better mattress than I was looking for (and spent about half the price). Of course the money I saved was crucial, but their helpfulness was above and beyond. I would recommend Discount Mattress to anyone looking for a mattress!

Cheapest place in town. i shopped around all day looking for an affordable priced bed. i found exactly what i wanted for a quarter of the price. this place had the best quality for the lowest prices. my wife and i are so thrilled with the bed and sleep grate ever nite. i tell all my friends bout this place. please dont let the previous review discourage you. i go alot by reviews and it is ovious that if someone had issues several years ago they would not wait to so long to post negative reveiws. please at least give them a chance like it did. it saved me several of dollars.

We stopped Discount Mattress after reading reviews online and are so glad we did! We arrived 10 minutes before they opened, as we didnt know the store hours, but the owner let us come in anyway rather than making us wait. We told him what we were looking for and he showed all of our options including prices. To be honest we were blown away with the variety and price compared to other mattress stores. The price was very fair and they were very courteous. I definitely recommend Discount Mattress anytime you need a new mattress. The building isnt fancy but they are able to give better prices because of it.

Cheaper than most places for the quality of mattress and friendly service

Buying was easy. Getting it delivered was impossible. Was told (and got it in writing) it would be delivered by 2pm on Friday. At 1:30p the day of delivery I got a call saying it wouldnt be delivered that day. Asked why I got the call so close to the delivery deadline and was given nothing but excuses. No legitimate reason given and then Danny tried to tell me we said Friday or Saturday. Informed him that wasnt true and just got more excuses. Go somewhere else for your mattress needs.

I got a sleep time queen mattress protector to try out and it works wonderfully with a 7month old crawling around !

They were so nice and welcoming, I had looked at other mattress stores like mattress firm earlier in the day and decided, because of the good reviews I saw that I would stop by here. My spending max was 300 but everything that I was interested in was 800 and up. In the other stores, if they had something in my price range, the mattress had inner springs that you could feel moving every time you moved on the mattress and a very shallow pillow top. I almost cried when I walked in here and he showed me my options. I wound up purchasing a mlily elation memory foam bamboo infused mattress that I LOVE I didnt want a memory foam originally or an inner spring, what i wanted was the best of both words and that is what I got. When I got home with it I researched the price from other stores and this sold on sale for $899 at mattress king, I paid $260 with tax. They even stayed after hours so that I could take it home that day. Do not let the outside throw you off, or blow 600 extra dollars somewhere else, stop by here first, or last and I am sure you can not only find what you are looking for but find it at a good price.

Very Disappointed in the way we were treated, specially by Dona. Purchase Dutch Crabt 12 Memory foam, when we tried the mattress at the store, it was soft and what we got was a hard as a rock. Was not happy and took it back but would not give money back. Only exchange. He showed us another mattress that was softer but later found out that was the floor mode that he changed the cover with to make it look like new. since we couldnt get refund we went with the Englander and paid more money. Still not happy, my wife complain that her side of the bed it all shrunken in. It seems to me that they sell used product. Buyer be ware!!. I would shop some ware else.
