I had a spectacular experience at the Mattress Place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and was given a layout of the store. They asked me if I needed help with anything and was helpful in pointing out specific mattresses fitted to my needs. The price for the set I got was also amazing, especially compared to competing places around Sevierville through Knoxville. The owner allowed us to put a fraction of the price down to hold our set there until we move which was super helpful. I highly recommend coming to the Mattress Place if you want a great mattress at a reasonable price!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. This was such a pleasant buying experience. I felt at home and so comfortable trying out what was a good fit for me... and Tom was so courteous and helpful. I bought my mattress from there a few weeks ago and I still couldnt be happier with my selection and the help I received from this place. WOW!!!!! We saved around $6000 on the 5 beds we bought, compared to the other stores we looked at. The owner was so helpful, he even called the factory to find us the exact size and style we wanted. Same day delivery, other stores were quoting 1-2weeks.

This place was amazing! My fiance and I were looking for a new king and a spare room queen. Tom helped us immensely! He gave us our space but was keen on seeing what we liked and didnt like. Super kind and informative staff. I came by one day and I didnt make it before closing time but one of the staff members was restocking and he offered to show me a few mattresses while he worked. FIVE STARS FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Both the men were VERY helpful and took excellent care of my husband and I. There was zero pressure to buy! They helped us get all the accessories we needed to go with our mattress and gave us a nice bundle price. Our set was delivered the NEXT day. The delivery men were super nice and had a great attitude even after finding out the king size bed was going upstairs in our house. (Weve had furniture delivery guys sigh and complain about having to carry things upstairs, even though you PAY for their services. So their great attitudes meant a lot to us). They carried it in, set it up and cleaned up the trash! We will definitely be back in the future!!

My wife and I had been researching mattresses for a couple of months. Due to sports injuries resulting in quite a few surgical repairs we had to be rather picky about mattresses. Cost wasnt going to be an issue however quality and service were. Steve delivered on all three. We got a high quality (International Bedding) mattress, box spring at a reasonable cost and they were delivered within a week. The same rated mattress from another local retail store would have cost over $2,500. Another point Id like to make is The Mattress Place honors veterans discounts and Steve is also a Marine corps veteran. Great place to shop.
