Our unit was up 11 steps but not bad. There were trollies you could use. Chuck was extremely helpful and knew what he was doing!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to rip me off and make me replace something I did NOT damage. Don’t waste your time here.

I’ve called 3-4 times per day for the past 3 days with no answer. Why have a phone if you’re not going to answer it? Thank god the west town local answers their phone. Looks like I’ll be driving to the other side of Knox for any kinda Uhaul service.

Came here just before closing for a last-minute trailer reservation. The parking lot was well-lit and the lobby was very clean. The owner was extremely polite and helpful. Had the trailer hooked up in a jiffy. I was in and out in about 25min. Because I showed up late, I was able to drop off the trailer at my convenience after closing. The whole experience was easy and hassle free. Would definitely come here again when I need to move something.

We rented a pickup for yard work hauling. We needed to add a few extra hours and called to see if it was possible. They were very flexible with us ! We returned the truck and for a whole day only paid around 30$. Much much cheaper than Home Depot! Would definitely use this location again!

Just rented a 26 foot truck to help a friend move to a storage unit on site. The truck was very clean and well maintained. The manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. The storage units are well lit and clean. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul to everyone.

Do not rent from here. Their vehicles are borderline safe. All tires were bald on the truck. One tire blew and caused us to slide across the wet driveway and get stuck. They said we wouldnt be charged for it. Almost 2 months later a charge of 267 dollars is made on my card. They are a fraudulent facility and disrespectful. Under no circumstances give these people your card information. If you must rent from here go with the cash deposit of 100 dollars . They will steel your money.

The staff at the U-Haul at 4612 Rutledge Pike are among the rudest employees I have ever had the gross misfortune of doing business with. The way they spoke to me and my family was absolutely unacceptable. The woman behind the counter berated my children, for “annoying” her. I’m unsure what my 18 and 23 year old children did to bother this woman but she told me she was “…going to tell them like I tell my kids… take it outside.” So, I called them down.When I walked to the window and asked if she would point out the type of truck, which I was inquiring about, she refused to walk out from behind the counter to point out the window at the truck. She rudely stated, “What truck are you talking about!” If only she had stepped out from behind the counter and walked the five feet she would know which one I was pointing at.The check-in experience was just as bad. The male employee did not speak to me as he continued with his work and left me standing there next to the rental truck holding the key. Minutes later, once he finally come up to the truck, he still did not address me, or even look at me. He simply walked around looking at the truck, getting the mileage and checking for damage. He then showed me some sort of handheld computer screen and mumbled something about the money that would be put back on my debit card. Then he walked away.In an age of choice, you can do better than to do business with this location. U-Haul is a great company and these employees are an embarrassment. Do yourself a favor and save your family the headache, take your U-Haul business elsewhere.

Great experience staff very friendly will highly recommend to anyone needing to rent a truck I rented a cargo van twice and both times they were top notch will do again if needed.

Have done business at this location on several occasions storage, truck, and tow behind rental. Have never had any problems that the employees didnt go above and beyond to help. I even hauled some items to heavy to move by myself and they lended a hand which is not so common these days.

Over charging by the day $30 a day to rent local when we just rented a trailer 2 weeks pryer it was $60 for 3 days local wow really? Must be nice to steal from people and take advantage Im sorry but ur not putting my money in ur pocket thanks but there is other uhaul places....

When I walked in asking to rent a 15 foot truck. The rep had a smart mouth and replied nope! Not today upon which I walked out and called the nearest u haul rental place that did..

The staff is very friendly, but the storage rental rates are quite high compared to other places in the Knoxville area. The parking lot is sorta difficult to get in and out of here, especially with a large truck and trailer.

The door is broken and has been for months so you have to use the main doors hard to move in and out! Also had to deal with roaches! Had to put off bug bombs before I could move it out its sad folks would try something else!

Terrible experience. Rude unprofessional male clerk made it impossible to rent within the county. I had to call the corporate office to find out why I was being denied a truck rental because he was too tired to talk to me.

They rented me a truck on the verge of breaking down and ended up with a flat tire because they never change them!!!! Now I have fraudulent charges filed against them for removing several hundred dollars from my bank account without authorization

Do not do business with the Uhaul at 4612 RUTLEDGE PIKE.They accepted an appointment from me on top of three existing appointments. The mechanic just called to tell me Id have to leave my vehicle rather than wait on it.What kind of incompetent business quadruple-schedules their technicians?I needed this service done because I have a load to haul and now Im stuck. I will not be returning.
