Terrible experience. Take your business to the Kingston Pike location near West Town Mall and save yourself some time and frustration. The associate we dealt with at this location was rude and lazy. Sent us off with a wave in the general direction of the truck and once we got in the check engine light was on. He said that was normal and was just an O2 sensor. Didnt even get up to come look. We had the truck for less than 4 hours and it cost almost as much as the 20 truck we rented 3 days prior. Would not recommend.

Never had a problem here and rented multiple times every time I rent some where else theres always something like the item I rented they never have when I get there but not here great staff too highly recommend

This uhaul is simply OK. Just adequate. Customer service is severely lacking. Given the choice of this uhaul or any other location, I will absolutely go to any other location. Also if the heat is an issue, consider employment elsewhere.

Extremely rude. Employees are allowed to yell and cussed customers in front of the manager and he just stands there. They even rent to teenagers who only have a leaners permit without making sure they jave a licensed driver with them.

The gentleman was very kind & helpful with my sister & me. Showed us exactly what we needed to safely pack & ship our Grannies precious china. Thankfully, it arrived to our family member flawless. Wish I could rem his name. He is the example for all CSR persons, to represent any/all businesses in treating their customers. Give this gentleman a Raise & the Recognition he so greatly deserves. I see by the other reviews, that he services all of the customers at this U-Haul with the same dedication! Thank you Sir for making our experience a pleasant & rewarding one.🙌

I was helping some family that had moved into the area from Kansas, and was impressed with the facility. There is a clear and marked way to go in and out. This is awesome for security reasons. At interning and exiting you are seen. Way to go, it is an additional security measure for peace of mind.

Great experience overall, a 29.95 rental truck ended up being over 100$ for 40 miles, so IDK how they figure 29.95, unless you pay that and sit in the parking lot lol But great service, helpful employee, couldnt ask for better service.

Reserved a truck and car dolly in advanced for a cross country move to Texas. They called the day before to inform me that there wasn’t a single 15’ truck or dolly in all of Knoxville for me to pick up (which is what I reserved). I then called Penske and, luckily, they were able to have a truck for me in the size I needed right by my house for the very next day.

My husband took his truck in to get a electrical brake system installed when we dropped it off all of the lights worked ( brake lights, turn signal) and now they dont.. Was told be associate we dont fix that, told associate that all of that worked when we dropped it off
