Nice to still go into a smaller local place like that. Full if experts that can provide you the attention you need when making specific purchases of a high quality product. The sales certainly dont hurt either.

Not very helpful at all. But really really nice!! I was expecting to find some cute clothes also, not the big selection I was hoping for. They did have lots of Chacos though in lots of sizes!

Bad customer service. Lack of selection. Salesperson never spoke to me to ask if I needed help.However he spoke and welcomed others who came in and looked more outdoorsy.

This a scaled down version of their two other stores. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.They have products like ie. Kavu bags, Shoes (La Sportiva, Keen, Salomon), Sandals (Chacos, Tevas) Clothing and few outdoor hiking and trail items. This store can save you a trip. Their are no Kayaks or boats at this location.

Terrific very helpful.

Staff wasnt friendly and frankly didnt say a word to me until I approached with a question 15-20 minutes after being in the store. Two staff member were in the store, however one was leaving. The other seemed too preoccupied surfing their phone. Bad experience and wont go back.

Closed for lunch at 4:00pm on a Friday? Pathetic.
