Went in for clubs multiple times with the intention to buy but staff only helped certain clientele. Good selection on gear and clothing but could be better service.

Probably the worst club fitting Ive experienced. I went in looking to get fit for a new driver, and after explaining what I hit now, my normal ball path, and what Ive been looking at/looking for, the staff set me up with three used drivers and walked away. I hit for 20 minutes or so, but none of the drivers felt good, my ball path did not match my typical shot, and I was feeling frustrated.The staff member only came back over once seeing that I was about to leave, and instead of tweaking the weights/shaft/head of the clubs, he suggested that I get lessons. I have been playing for some time and take lessons, and Ive had true fittings for my other clubs that went great in other parts of the country, so Im not sure if I wasnt dressed the part or what, but I wont be going back.

This place had a huge selection, one of the best Ive seen around town. Lots of options on clubs, fitting and testing clubs. The only issue I found is prices are not competitive to online stores. Having to buy most of my golf supplies online, I am very familiar with the selling prices. This place was retail list price while online is the sale price. Used clubs were going at or above excellent condition values, regardless of how bad they looked. Would use this place to try out the next clubs, but would save me 30% by ordering online.

Regripped my putters!

Horrible customer service every time I walk in that place. I was there the other day ready to buy a 500 dollar driver sim max 2.... in the store over a 30 minutes hitting the driver nobody asked me if I needed any help or tried even selling it to me... got frustrated and walked out...

Bradley is consistently phenomenal! Im a high profile, demanding client - he always offers technical advice and expeditious, quality service. I highly recommend asking for him (therell be a line) to have a professional experience. In addition - the inventory (new and used) is broad and deep. New manufacturer products are consistently on the shelves.

Friendly, helpful staff!

I have purchased several sets of golf clubs, drivers, bags and other items from Turkey Creek over the years. I called yesterday and asked if they had Titlest T300 irons and a Sim Max 3 wood and was told they had the wood and 2 sets of irons. I asked them to put back for me to pick up today. I drove 1 1/2 hours from home to purchase and was told their inventory was off with a cavalier attitude. I came prepared to spend approximately $1500 and left with nothing. I will never purchase from Edwin Watts again.Alan Holloway

Went in to look around and ask about a club fitting, couldnt tell who was working except for the person at the checkout counter. The only other guy I saw that I think worked there was so into his phone he didnt even notice me or ask how I was doing. Decided to wait at the counter behind another customer checking out to ask about club fittings. As soon as that customer was done, another walked in and as I was trying to ask the person working there a question, he talks over me and addresses the customer walking in with golf clubs in his hand, so I walked out. Will not be going back, dont know if I wasnt wearing the right attire or if they just didnt want to help me, but either way I dont think customer experience is there strong suit.

Just got my 8i back after getting it reshafted. The ferrule is loose, cmon man, you had 1 job.

Just did a demo at Dead Horse Lake Golf Club, went to the shop and Michael was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable and wanted to help. Went above and beyond to help.

Brad the assistant manager just amazed me. Brought my putter in to be reshafted and a few clubs to be re-gripped over the weekend and 1 of the employees said I wouldnt get my putter till Tuesday and today (Sunday) I called to check on the other clubs and they were ready to go but not the putter.Well Brad must of heard I was on my way and he went ahead and got my putter reshafted and new superstroke grip all within 25 minutes of me arriving and handed it to me as I walked up to the desk! I was on my way to play golf that very afternoon and was going to just use my slightly bent putter and return it later but Brad stepped up and got it done in time! Thank you and will definitely return because 0f this kind of service!

They have a lot of clubs to chose from. Enjoy their simulator and demo clubs as well.

Been coming here for years simply because they stock stuff I need. The worst customer service Ive ever seen. We have a joke amongst our guys at work, lets see how many of us can go in there at one time and simply get an associate to at least acknowledge we are in the store lol.

First time customer but they treat you like they have always know you

Went for a driver fitting. Very unprofessional. Fitter was practicing imaginary chip shots, or waggling his own driver directly behind me while I was trying out the driver. The only helpful part was the computer read-outs comparing the two drivers I was shown. I asked for other brands of drivers - going with an open mind- but was told he only shows 2 (Taylormade and Callaway). There were a total of 6 people in the store and 3 of them worked there! Whats the rush? I dont highly recommend this location for a professional fitting unless you dont mind the distraction of people practicing behind you. Who does that?!

Customer service was sub-par, pun intended. Really though, I have never felt less welcome at any establishment than I have here. Someone who plans on spending money at your store doesnt have to be treated like royalty but at least with some respect. I will not be shopping here any longer!

I have visited this store a few times since it is the closest golf shop to where I live. I am amazed of the complete lack of customer service every time I have been there. I have been shopping for articles without any assistance being offered by whoever work there. Most of the times when I have picked up articles there, the check-out person has been indifferent and not inspiring me to come back.

Very helpful once they get to you, about 30 min wait. Not enough people.
