Had some more work done they are quick respectful and didnt try to overcharge us on everything. They also didnt try to upsell us on things we didnt need only mentioned things that we truly do need. That I was actually already aware . So it wasnt just them trying to make money. Will definitely use them again in the future you may not have bought our car there but will always take our Honda there for service. And if the sales processes anything like the service well buy our next Honda there too. Well worth the hour drive.

Actions speak louder than words. And the actions of Kokomo Auto World consistently underdeliver their overpromising words.I purchased a used car from Kokomo auto world. During my test drive, I noted that one of the wheels sounded out of round. The car also alerted me that the tire was under-inflated. Upon discussing with the salesman, Matty Crull, he and his manager, Andy Sprager, assured me that this would be a non-issue. The car would be inspected and repaired the following day and driven to us with a full tank of gas. This was put in the terms to buy the car in addition to providing a second key, fixing a spot of rust under the seats, and detailing the car. The next day we received a text indicating that the wheel was indeed out of round and it would not be a simple fix. A part would be ordered and arrive in 4-5 days. They offered to drive the car to us and have us drive back in once the part was there or to keep the car there until it could be fixed. We considered taking the car, but found out that driving a car with an out of round wheel can destroy your wheel and axle. Thus, Kokomo Auto World was advocating further damage to my car. Furthermore, they had a damaged car on their lot which had not been properly inspected.Then began 1.5 WEEKS of silence. We called. We texted. Anyone answering the phone would take a message but we COULD NOT talk to Matt or Andy. Matt would occasionally text back happy-go-lucky messages but never respond to our concerns. Finally at 1.5 weeks I talked to someone working in parts who thought the part might be in in 3 days. On the third day, Matt texted us saying the part had not come in. It came in the next day, was fixed, and brought down to us the following day (MORE THAN 2 WEEKS after we had purchased the car). When delivered, the car was dirty inside and out (see below), the rust was not fixed, and clearly had not been detailed. The car also had less than 1/2 tank of gas. Furthermore, there was only 1 key.I immediately called Matt. He made an excuse that he had been out of the office the past couple of days so it was probably missed to have the car detailed. Apparently the previous owner (who sold the car months ago) was supposed to drop off the key. I asked him if anyone had reached out to her. NO ONE at Kokomo Auto World had reached out to her in over 2 WEEKS. He said he would try tomorrow morning. No other promises to fix any failing of the contract they signed.GROSS NEGLIGENCE. OVER-PROMISE, UNDER-DELIVER.Do NOT buy a car from Kokomo Auto World.

Cain was my sales guy and he was super knowledgable and made sure I got the car that had all the features I wanted and for the right price while making me feel as comfortable as I would hanging out with one of my friends. Working with Nick has been the worst. We bought a Honda and then found out it had been wrecked and it wasn’t even the right car fax. Then we traded in somewhere else and have been waiting over 5 months for our refund of their warranty. The didn’t even call us to sign papers! We’ve been promised the check would be in the mail ASAP and we are going on another 2 weeks. The communication is beyond terrible. We are young and they for sure keep taking advantage. Will not return. Go somewhere where the value your word!

It is easy to write a great review when a process works great. In my case, it got more complicated. Things didnt go according to plan. Nothing intentional at all, just the kind of thing that happens once in a while.That could have been a real problem, but Greg and Linda were very understanding and resolved the situation in a very satisfactory way. My point is that even when things got a bit tough, (and we all agree they did), Greg and Linda worked with me to get to an agreement we could both be happy with.That kind of service is just as important as a perfect first time experience, and I could make a good argument that it is even more important. It is easy to give kudos when you dont have a problem, much more difficult to do so when you do. In this case they deserve it for working through the situation and resolving it.

Took my car in for an oil change today and they came back tell me that I needed new brakes on all 4 tires and the cost would be $600-$1000. I digested that terrible news for a bit and left. I then got my car into another shop that specializes in brakes...upon inspection from this company, it was determined that the brakes were just fine and all I needed to have done was to turn the rotors. All told, I left with a $90 bill from the brake specialist that Kokomo Auto World was going to charge me $600+ for. Very disappointed with not only the cost, but the blatant dishonesty...please get a second opinion from another place before allowing this place to take your money.

Sales department need to be more efficient. Most customers dont want to spend more than hour on trade in value etc...

I would not recommend purchasing or leasing any vehicle from this dealership. My lease is up on my Honda and for 3 months now it has been a nightmare and run around. Nick Teeter, supposedly a sales rep at Auto World, was a complete waste of time!! Not sure if hes afraid to speak up or just lacks customer service skills that bad, but the man went ghost on every occasion until I demanded an answer.Honda kept referring me back to Auto World to handle the remaining balance that had to be financed. It was a complete mess and due to covid I had no proof of income except my self employment income. They refused to accept paypal as bank, refused to allow me to pay off 8k and finance 5k with a cosigner that had excellent credit and in the end Im taking the car and dropping it off at dealership. Cant even get a response on how to do that.This used to be a great place to buy a car, but its went downhill fast over the years. Do yourself a favor, save your time and go to a better dealership with real customer service and sales!!Update-Heard from Nick. Said he hadnt received the mileage onmy car so I forwarded a screenshot of the email I sent him 3 days prior with the mileage. And hes ghost again.So today I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and with the BBB. Call Adam Richardson! I will never go to another dealership again. I live 3 hours away in the Chicagoland suburbs. I was looking for a very specific Subaru and had visited several local dealerships. The price point was a little high and the customer service at all the dealerships were lacking. As if the cars will sell themselves. Not at Kokomo. I contacted them via email and immediately Adam Richardson called me back. Answered every question or concern I had. And sent me a personal video tour of inside and outside of the vehicle being honest about every single detail about the car so there would be no surprises when I arrived. They gave me top dollar for my trade in and worked out all financing, details and negotiations before I even arrived so I did not wast my time. Their price was the lowest in a 200 mile radius and had the most features on the car. Adam was absolutely amazing to work with. Went completely above and beyond for me. This is how all dealerships should be. Andrew and Chris helped out in the financial aspect and got me an amazing interest rate. I couldn’t have asked for better service than what I received there all around. No high pressure. Treated me and my family as if we were their family. So glad we made the drive out there. Incredibly poor customer service. Complete inconsideration for their clients. I would never recommend the service department for they will make excuses to push off any warranty matters. Refused to supply loaner vehicles as well as refusing to service our vehicle. Beware of dealer. I’d advise those looking in the Toyota/ Honda market to visit Ed Martin instead.

I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. Being a female, they definitely tried to take advantage of what they think I didnt know. I even felt bullied at some points in the transaction. Conveniently after I signed all the paperwork and still went through with the purchase, they showed me a dent that is on the brand new car. They had me sign an We Owe You for them to fix it. Im from out of town, so I drove over 3 hours for my appointment and the repair person wasnt even on property. I was told to come back 2-2.5 hours later after I just traveled all that time. All the time and effort it took for me to get off work and other accommodations I had to make, I didnt go back. Now I cant get a response back from my sales person or management and I still have that dent. Also, its been over 30 days and I have yet to receive the paperwork. Needless to say, they rave about the service but they definitely believe after they made the sale that they dont have to follow through with any promises that they made and that we signed for.

They sell vehicles without disclosing prior knowledge of fire damage. I can prove they covered it up. They sold me a car and fraudulently manipulated the carfax to hide fire damage. When I presented this information, they tried to deny it.

I had a break down and needed to be towed. My car was taken to Kokomo Auto World. It was a few minutes before closing time. Yet I was greeted warmly and with smiles. My car was repaired in a timely manner and it was Christmas week. I am not from Kokomo but I was treated like I was a friend. Thank you, Kokomo Auto World.

Had my toyota serviced & was pleased for the most part after questioning the bill difference from original estimate ($130 difference )reduced final bill to $45 difference, which I would have liked to have been aware of on estimate. Had a 1 pm appointment & got the car back about 4:30. They changed 2 light bulbs, checked fan motor on air conditioning . Waited the last 30 minutes for the paperwork after car was finished (thought it was finished ) after checking lights 1 had not been changed but service technicians changed it in less than 5 minutes

I had been a Nissan customer for the last 10 years. I lease all of my vehicles because I literally never keep a car more than 3 years (I get bored!). Leasing is the best option for me. I wasn’t sure what Toyota could do for me but I was really interested in test driving a Prius. Not just any Prius though, I had my mind set on a certain one. I’m very picky when it comes to my cars. It has to be the right color and the right interior or I’m not interested. LOL (Sorry Jake!) Long story short, I found myself at KAW and Jake Handy was the first person that greeted me. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and the price range that I was not budging from. I told him I want this car in this price range and if you can’t do it then I’m out. Jake and his team worked really hard to make everything happen and I’m proud to say that I am currently leasing my perfect vehicle right now! I will say that this is the first car dealership that I walked into and wasn’t treated like I knew nothing because I am a woman. Jake and the rest of the team treated me with respect always and REALLY listened to me as the customer. Jake and KAW has a customer for life now! Used car department manager Andrew is slick talker, Chris in the Honda building is dishonest, the Managing partner always asks what can he do to make it right, and when you tell him, he says he can’t do it. His son works in sale Cain. So guess who’s making most the deals there. Conflict of interest much? All family works there, so they back each other up. You can’t win! They give you invoice up front like it deal, then add pulse that you have to pay for and other fees. Your better off in Anderson. In response to the owner: Hey, so you can do nothing about it? Sure when and where would you like to meet?
