Theyve fixed my front Shocks and struts and a few months later, fixed my passenger side lower control arm. Everything was done in a timely manner, communication was great compared to other auto companies. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone who needs car work done.

Had this place do an alignment. Turned out many suspension parts needed replaced and they failed to mention it. They did the alignment and took payment knowing it was going to be a bad alignment.

Ive found KMA to be professional, honest and prompt with all my auto repairs. We have four vehicles which we try to keep in great shape, while extending their useful life. I save so much by maintaining these vehicles with KMA - no car payments, just occasional visits to the shop. We have over 100K on three of these, yet they are driving as if they came off the lot new. The only breakdowns Ive experienced in 40 years were with brand new cars, so weve decided to drive nice used vehicles. I credit KMA with much of our success with cars over the years Its great to know and trust the people working on your vehicles!

Recently we stopped by here to have a new car inspected. KMA was the perfect place to have our vehicle looked at. The staff here is very professional and knowledgeable. Im a bit disappointed that I cant have my vehicle serviced here as we are from out of state. Overall KMA has given me the impression that they know what they are doing and truly care about their customers. Also KMA seems to be honest in recommending preventative maintenance, they are not just interested in selling you a service you dont need.

My brakes were going to the floor. I saw an ad in a local coupon book for KMA Auto on Kokomo, IN., they came to my home, towed my card assessed my cars problem, called me to relay information, and fixed my car In a timely manner. I was glad I was able to find a reputable Auto Repair Shop that helped me in my time of need as I was lost without my vehicle! Will Recommend to friends and family

I called twice trying to get a quote to get work done on my car, both times I gave my name and number to SOMEONE (not a machine) I was told I would be called back and never was. Not very professional. I will definitely go somewhere else. And would rather pay more than to pay kma!!!

Had my truck in for simple front end work. Called to notify me of additional play in ball joints that I opted not to fix at the time. Failed to call and notify me that both coil springs were broken on the front end, claimed they aligned my front end, refused to provide any documentation of alignment (tough to align a truck with broken coil springs) - but still charged full price for the alignment. Wont be back - steer clear of these crooks.

KMA is AWESOME!!! This is the second time I have taken my vehicle there for a repair, and they let me know there wasn’t anything wrong. 😊 They are HONEST! Also, the diagnostic fee is reasonable, and if they don’t find anything wrong, you can save your receipt and use it for a free diagnostic the next time you come back (if something ends up being wrong—ie a noise that comes and goes and they can’t find, but it gets worse and then they can diagnose it at a later point). The mechanic called and asked me about my car, since it was older. He said he was assuming I only wanted to fix safety issues, not everything under the sun that could possibly be wrong with my 1997 Honda Accord that we just use as a “beater”. Most mechanics would have you try to fix tons of things that are surely wrong with that car. He was correct in assuming I only wanted safety issues fixed, and I am thankful he was thoughtful enough to consider that I might not want to repair a lot on that car. He could have easily called me and told me things that needed repair, and I would have had them done, Bc I don’t know what is a safety issue vs just an annoyance. I am taking our nicer vehicle there for a repair tomorrow, because we do want it running perfectly, and it has a noise. I have complete faith they will be honest and not try to do anything unnecessary (even though I am a woman and know ZERO about cars). We will never take our cars anywhere else!

I had a bad experience with them giving me the run around on my car a few months ago and now my friend has been completely ripped off by this company! I mean literally. Their car was being stored there and during that time KMA tore up the steering wheel column, took other parts and ripped out the back seat to use the parts on other vehicles they were working on! How is that ok or LEGAL!! I hope they press charges! This company is nothing but greedy crooks!

They have fixed my cars and trucks I found them to be honest and helpfulfor example my ca need the constant velocity joints replaced in about 6 months I value the early warning I have found andrew to be helpful and honest .
