Tried to set a deal via email/virtual on a truck in their inventory. Person by name of Austin basically told me take it or leave it when discussing price. This is not the TNT I have dealt with in the past so am wondering if the sales strategy has become this non-focused customer approach due to the inventory issues.

I would have to say my experience was five star wothy. Not only did they help me get what I wanted they were very polite and well mannered. I would recommend them again and again. I told them I was interested in one of their cars and asked to hold it for me. A week later in in the very car I wanted. They helped me where other dealerships wouldnt I appreciate their service greatly. Shout out to Colton for his manners and his service thanks tnt.
