I came into the store to return a flex. I mentioned to Tim that I had problems getting on the app to sign up for paperless billing. I told him I had been on the phone with three agents to take care of it and no one did. He was so helpful and took care of my bill. Kelly, the manager was also very helpful. I appreciated all their help today as I was a little stressed about it. Thank you both!

Xfinity is easily the worst company I have ever messed with trying to get a person on their 1-800 for assistance. They try to force everything through their automative system and it’s extremely faulty software. Constent hangups.

Came to Kokomo, IN to just return old equipment. Only 2 people working, and they were with customers; and everyone knows thats like buying a car...takes FOREVER! I had to leave for an appt, and will have to go back afterward, and probably wait & wait AGAIN. They need more staff!Also, Im very ticked that when I got internet, I had to find someone to hook it up, and you changed my service! I told the guy I did NOT want to bundle, but he did it anyway, and I lost most of my channels!!! This is a CROCK!!! And I still dont have my internet connection!

The employees aren’t bad. The service has gotten really bad though. Just finished switching to a different provider. Its more reliable, cheaper and over ten times faster!

Melissa is great!!! I just moved here from Pennsylvania and was needing some good energy. I walked into Xfinity and she greeted me within 10 seconds and I was mesmerized by her positive energy. I absolutely adored her and if I have any problems I will make sure to come back and ask for her!!! Thank you Melissa! You are phenomenal and know your stuff!!!!

Been a client for years and they always just increase your bill, make you call in and take over an hour to get help. They increased my bill $50 and charged me .50 for not using a box they charge me 7.50 a month for! Got disconnected twice so now 2 hours in!!!!

With working from home developing and testing automotive software on remote hardware, combined with home schooling and generally always being home, our data usage has significantly increased. So I went in to add unlimited to the home internet.I was helped by 3 people working together to get this added! They were all so nice, with helpful suggestions to make the most out of my service and save me money. I really like that aspect of Xfinity!The building is quite impressive with their measures to support social distancing, while still keeping an inviting feel. Kudos to the designer!Consequently, I always go to the local store rather than a phone call. They get me what I need in record time! Glad they are open!

I tried this service for my house. Everything is perfect on the phone and we checked everything, I asked the representative if $54 is the price we pay. He said yes, I asked no tax right? He said yup no tax. He didn’t even tell us about the charge for renting the equipment. After everything was set up and we received the bill we saw that $14 for renting the equipment. Now it says we have to pay $64.98.

Everything was fine until a utility company stretched and ripped the drop line from the side of our house. Comcast came out and patched the same spot twice. (The patch leaves the cable exposed to the elements. See the picture.) We are still having dropped internet problems. They want to blame the modem instead of replacing the line completely. We had their modem and now our own modem and both have the same issue. We are looking for other internet options.On top of that every time you call for assistance you have to go through a lot of trouble to get to a human being.

While installing my wifes contact information, they accidentally deleted mine. I was quite frustrated. However, they were able to restore the combination of mine and my wifes. So as it ended up, I had to remove all the duplicate names from both cellphones. I would have given them a 1, but they at least I didnt have to key in all our contacts.

I’ve had to call numerous times due to cable box not working ... was told new box would be shipped repeatedly... when box was finally sent it was the wrong box for my tv.After calling again I was sent another box and it didn’t work!!!Each time I called I was put on hold for 90 minutes.I’ve asked several times to have my account credited for a month of not being able to use my second tv. No response for that.

Ive been to this new location several times. Although I have a lot of trouble with my actual Xfinity service in my home, Ive always had great customer service at this store. I like how they run things & I never feel rushed at all. Ive even made some of them laugh when they clearly only wanted to bang their heads up against the wall.

I do love my Xfinity. There was not a big selection of phones like there was in the past. And the lady that helped us was not very knowledgeable about the internet or the cell phones. But my friend did purchase a new cell phone

Have had problems with internet for 3 months and can’t even talk to a human. Kokomo Indiana store location is still closed due to the pandemic. It is July 2, 2020. Everything else in Kokomo is opened back up to the public except Comcast exfinity. Why is this. They take my money every month but can’t provide service. Going elsewhere for my service.

I arrived to pick up equipment to start services and sat for 20 minutes until finally an associate walked up to ask me my name. She informed me there were 3 other people in front of me so I sat back down. After another 30 minutes the same woman approached me and asked what I was there for. I showed her the paper work I had and she took a brief look at it and informed me they had none of the equipment in stock and I would need to call customer services to have it shipped to me. Before I left I heard another associate tell a gentlemen whom he was already assisting in paying a bill that he would need to go back to the back of the line if he wanted to add equipment because they checked that he was their to pay a bill. Seriously!!!! why not get his equipment and let him go?????

The people are ok, but whenever I have technical problems with the equipment, I can never get past the automated system to talk to a REAL person. Way Beyond frustrating. Also, internet and phone service keep going out and cable service messes up alot too.

My experience here was fantastic! Josh and Tonda went above and beyond to help me save as much as I could! I went in looking for a home security system, and left actually saving money each month, and got a brand new home security system. They explained all my options to me and I never felt rushed or like I was in the way. I highly recommend going to the Kokomo store by the mall instead of calling in. Definitely will continue business there bc of their great customer service today!

Had internet installed in October and was told they would be back within 14 days to bury the cable. 9 phone calls later, 9 excuses, and texts and emails stating job is completed, I still have an orange cable laying accross my yard, my neighbors yard and in a grade schools soccer field.I guess its all about micro management now adays. My last call, I was told dont call again. WOW WOW WOW!!!

Just drove 35 minutes to turn in my box. Was told its at least a 40 minute wait to turn it in. The young guy there was quite rude. It seems once they noticed I was turning in something they no longer cared. Its funny 2 different people can come up to me and tell me how long my wait is, then continue to walk around and seemingly do nothing. Then when I get a little up set and leave think its quite funny. Dont bother going here. Use spectrum, or metronet.

I went in to pay my bill and this little old lady was at the kiosk trying to pay her bill as well. She didnt know or understand how to use the machine and she asked for help numerous times from the employees there which a few of them stated that they could not leave the floor for whatever reason until one did. I find that whole situation disturbing and quite distasteful.

The lady who helped me was great.The whole process is very odd.Sign in to wait while associates are available, and maybe I just caught the manager in a bad mood. But the initial conversation with her was not great, and then I had a simple question which about my purchase, she was still semi unpleasant then.

Customer service is very helpful when you call the 800 number however in store they tend to give you a little bit of false information. I was told when I paid off my phones that the bill would be adjusted even though my bill had already been issued. But the bill did not adjust in the time specified and needs to be paid in a week. I called the 800 number to be only to be told that in store I was given false information about the bill being adjusted. That the adjustment didnt start until the next bill was issued. Had an issue on the cable side as well when I signed a 12 month contract at the end of June 2018 they did not inform me that some of the promos would end nearly 2 months before the contract was up. I had to go in store and cancel things to get the bill back down to where it was originally even though the contract was not up yet. They are very quick and helpful with fixing problems and I dont have any issues with Internet outages anymore or with my phones not working I just wish that in store they had all the correct information instead of me constantly calling an 800 number only to be told I was Given false information

This has to do with Xfinity in general. You lose cable all night and a message is on your screen saying to check your connection. So even when the shoddy service goes out it is your fault? If it is the connection how did it come back on the next day?

The line was physically cut on our house . The service call was routed to a foreign county . They some how do not understand how the line can be physically cut . Wow !! spent a hour on the phone . And they still don’t understand the line has a physical cut in it .
